I had a wonderful stay at The Armstrong Hotel this past Easter weekend. This was a staycation while I hung out with some friends who live in Windsor. So, I didn't do much on the main drag of College Avenue. But it seemed like a bustling and exciting place.
The room was well kept and clean, and the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I requested a luggage rack, and someone placed in into my room with no problem.
I would definitely return to stay again. Maybe the 3rd floor next time. I was on the second floor and bless the cleaning staff for all they do, but they are fast and furious with that vacuum cleaner in the morning. That was the bulk of the noise I experienced. Not terrible.
The parking was convenient, and close by. My only critique is that the parking lot next to the Bohlender Funeral Chapel needs some light at night. When returning late at night, the parking lot is extremely dark. And some cars were double parked.
I read some reviews about the loudness of the train that goes down the next block on Mason Street. It wasn't bad. You should always travel with earplugs, but the hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.

Quattro notti. Uno dei quattro, il 28 luglio, camera AC si fermò circa 2am e la stanza era 76F. Ma gli altri giorni erano ok. La colazione dipende dal giorno, a volte molto buona e gli altri come il livello del motel. La gente era carina.

Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel è stato in generale grande. Tutti i dipendenti erano gentili e utili. Il colazione è stato variato e apprezzato. L'unica questione non era avere abbastanza ascensori che correvano durante le tempi occupati del giorno.

As a Hilton gold member I Always make it a point to stay at a Hilton for it good desk service and neat room and this Hilton did not let me down.
Location is excellent with 16th street mall at the side

UUtente ospiteIl primo posto in questo hotel è molto situato. Puoi accedere a C-470 in solo 2 - 3 minuti e l'accesso a I-25 è altrettanto facile e richiede solo 5 o così minuti. In meno di un chilometro di raggio è il Parco Meadows Mall, diversi supermercati/store di droga, più ristoranti di quanto si possa immaginare, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, campeggi di golf, tracce di bicicletta, parchi, ecc. L'hotel sembra essere stato aggiornato abbastanza recentemente, poiché tutte le finiture dell'edificio sembravano pulite, luminose e completamente nuove. Ci piaceva in particolare che la zona doccia/toiletta fosse separata dalla zona di bagno, la stanza era molto tranquilla, perché non c'era nulla di rumore dall'esterno o dalle camere ad essa accanto, né dalla strada. Di solito non dormo bene in hotel, perché il rumore più basso mi mantiene sveglio, ma durante il nostro soggiorno qui ho dormito come un bambino. Il personale del front desk era professionale, sapiente e molto accogliente. L'unica cosa meno della nostra esperienza è che il menu del colazione era sul lato luminoso rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, ma lo spazio per la cena è spazioso e pulito. In sintesi, non si può sbagliare a scegliere di rimanere in questo hotel ben gestito.

The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful.
We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick.
Overall, a great experience.

Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.

La nostra più grande denuncia è la finestra gigante che vede nel doccia che chiunque in camera da letto poteva vedere molto bene voi nudi, che vetro congelato non bloccava nulla. Probabilmente bene se sei in camera da solo o con un partner, ma se potresti avere amici per conoscenze fermate mentre sei ancora pronto o se condividi una stanza con il tuo bambino... E' solo una sorta di strano.  There was also not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s quite common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. Sarebbe stato bello anche avere più di due asciugamani nella stanza.
Rimarrò qui ancora perché mi è piaciuto davvero l'atmosfera e la posizione era perfetta per quello che mi serviva.

The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress.
I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call.
Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again.

GGOAL NGUYENQuesto è il mio hotel preferito durante il mio viaggio 28-day esplorando gli Stati Uniti. La posizione è fantastica dietro l'hotel c'è un piccolo creek che conduce direttamente alla strada principale, e la passeggiata è bella. La mia famiglia l'ha amata. L'hotel è spazioso, molto professionale e completamente attrezzato. La stanza ha tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno: una microonde, frigorifero, piatti e anche un bagno. La stanza offre anche prodotti naturali per la cura della pelle, che abbiamo apprezzato davvero.
Quello che ci ha colpito più è che la stanza ha così tanti outlet di energia così pensativo design!
Ma la parte migliore del nostro soggiorno era il personale del front desk. Era incredibilmente dolce, gentile e paziente quando ci aiutava. La mia famiglia aveva davvero giorni rilassanti e meravigliosi qui.
Se ritorniamo a Breckenridge in futuro, rimarremo certamente qui di nuovo.
