Posizione: Situato vicino all'autostrada, conveniente per una notte. Circa 1 ora di guida al Grand Canyon. Purezza: buono. Servizio: Grande, la ragazza del desk front è molto gentile da aiutare, consigliare negozi vicini, come utilizzare le strutture. Servizi: Piscina piena con piscina è un plus per bambini. Molto piacevole soggiorno, consigliere per nuovi soggiorni.

Siamo stati bene. Il lodge è composto da molti edifici ed è molto carino, noi avevamo una camera nella parte Ovest che è tutta su un piano (mentre la parte Est ha camere sia al piano terra che al primo piano, forse scomodo con le valigie). Parcheggio davanti alla camera. Frigo e macchina del caffè in camera, mentre non c'è il microonde. Ottimo per una notte nel parco del Grand canyon, posizione imbattibile. Attesa per il check-in un po' lunga. Pulizia buona. Consiglio

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Situato a pochi isolati dal centro e proprio davanti allo Stadio dell'impronta, l'hotel Courtyard Phoenix Downtown dispone di camere quasi simili a vicenda, ma confortevoli, pulite ogni giorno, Non si può dire che sono eleganti, ma sono belli con mobili funzionali - forse un po' impersonali - con letti confortevoli e un'illuminazione adeguata. In breve, questo è più un hotel commerciale che un hotel di quattro stelle.. Colazione mattina vi permette di provare la cucina locale con eccellenti burritos vegetariani e deliziosi torte di caffè tutte prodotte da Shamrock Farms. Tuttavia, alcune carenze hanno messo l'hotel in una cattiva luce a mio parere: la piscina è bella e ben mantenuta ma non riscaldata (!); il parcheggio dietro l'hotel è offerto per 40 dollari al giorno (ridendo!); il piccolo angolo interno per qualsiasi necessità quotidiana costa una fortuna (un pacchetto di Lays crisps è 9 dollari più tasse (!!) e infine il personale che non sempre si sono accolti e proattivi: durante il mio soggiorno volevo assolutamente provare almeno un giro su Waymo il Il servizio taxi auto-conduttore conosciuto a livello mondiale, che corre in tutta la città. Tuttavia, nessuno dei membri della reception mi ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione e mi ha aiutato a fare un giro. Direi molti si, ma anche alcuni no.

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff? I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout. The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them. It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed. Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

La cosa più bella è stata la colazione. Abbiamo confrontato altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato prima. Aveva solo cereali. In questo hotel ci erano uova bollite, muffin, waffles, yogurt, farina di avena, formaggio crema, cereali ... La posizione era molto lontana dall'aeroporto perché non abbiamo nessuna macchina. Se hai una macchina, va bene. L'ultima cosa è la pulizia.Sono deluso per questa visione. Le foglie e le mutande erano davvero sporche.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!
