Hotel a 5 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

Happy with overall stay experience - clean, excellent service, fantastic room. The feel of the hotel was unique in its vintage and historically significant decor. Only felt that the restaurants within the hotel were not exactly family friendly but there are plenty of them just right outside the hotel for us.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella camera dell'icon. La stanza era spaziale, anche se non era la più grande dell'hotel. La decorazione e il posizionamento dei mobili erano molto speciali. La mia camera era doccia, ma era spaziale con doccia. Abbiamo preso la navetta complimentare dall'hotel e il conducente era amichevole. Non abbiamo fatto colazione. Il prezzo era molto alto per la notte in cui mi fermo, ma l'ambiente è principalmente parcheggio e alcune aree industriali.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

My girls and myself had a wonderful experience at Four Season. Staff are friendly, helpful and provided with flexibility in terms of check-in or check-out arrangement. The room is just perfect, either cleanliness or settings. Food was great. re-visit is a MUST.

The check in staff was friendly and the bell boy was very helpful. Location was quite central in the village. A few things for my low rating is that the room was dusty and the air conditioning was very noisy and it was right beside the bed so it gets too cold. The other thing was the lift from the village side was not working on the day my friend wanted to visit and as she was on wheelchair, she could come into the hotel. There should be an extra lift for emergency. If she was to come through the front door, it was too far.

An enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city centre, with a tube station next door, so you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean and the facilities are brand new. There’s also a swimming pool, hot spring and sauna, which are very relaxing. The only thing is that the bed was a bit too soft.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Questa volta è un po' deludente, perché mi sono assegnato una stanza proprio fuori dalla piscina, così ho dovuto chiudere tutte le tende per la privacy, abiti di invecchiamento rispetto al mio precedente soggiorno con loro. La cosa molto buona che vorrei consigliare agli altri al hotel è che cercano di controllare il loro meglio anche se tu fossi molto presto. Ho avuto un volo 14+hrs e avrei bisogno di letto male e si sono organizzati senza dire nulla.
