Hotel a 5 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

La grande area della camera. La sedia a canestro era così bello e si addormenta. La temperatura e la pressione del bagno puliti sono solo buone.

房間衞生不錯 環境的話 就是那種很北美老式的風格，加拿大這種滑雪度假的地兒感覺都差不多這樣！酒店服務很好 前台很熱情 細心講解一些問題！酒店有免費存放雪板的地方 拿完雪板出門就可以直接滑到纜車那邊 還有個hot tub可以泡着看着外面的雪山 一天滑完去泡一泡還是蠻愜意的 就是不大 人比較多！酒店周邊吃的逛的也不少 大部分西餐！整個小鎮不大 感覺十分鐘哪兒都能走到！

Was so excited to take my mom to this Hotel for her Birthday. Was disappointed with all my requests being ignored. I asked for no Alcohol in the room and they did finally help me but it was very confusing and not worth the stress. Be aware the bathrooms are EXTREMELY small, due to the history of the design of the original hotel. Front desk people are great and friendly, just wish I could have had my requests listened to.

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

Molto bel hotel. Il personale era molto bello. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. La posizione era buona in città. I prezzi sul mini bar per immagazzinare i vostri oggetti erano un po' sorpresa. Forse guardatelo. Ma ci sono notizie che suggeriscono che ho sbattuto.

Siamo stati impressionati dalla suite spaziosa e artistica, dalla cucina e dalla lavanderia. Devi portare il tuo detergente o comprare il tuo posto al lobby. L'intera suite ha un'ottima illuminazione per la riparazione, soprattutto la zona di immersione del bagno. La posizione è buona, 1 min alla stazione di gas e al supermercato, 10 min alla radio calda primavera. La piscina interna e il tubo caldo sono disponibili, e una piscina all'aperto. Purtroppo, la tavola da piscina può essere acceduta solo se si affitta l'intera sala da tavola per un prezzo. Ci piace tornare la prossima volta probabilmente in estate, per esplorare più le strutture dell'hotel e il campo da golf.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

Hotel pulito con ottimo servizio clienti. Servizio di navetta gratuito da/a l'aeroporto. Solo auspici che il servizio di navetta sia in servizio 24/7 per le persone con voli precoci. Raccomando questo posto.
