Hotel a 5 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

Abbiamo visitato l'hotel per il nostro evento Duex Days e abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza complessiva. Il parcheggio dei valetti era tranquillo e professionale, e il personale dell'hotel era generalmente gentile e cortese. Un aspetto, tuttavia, potrebbe essere migliorato: la flessibilità al check-in; ero un po' in ritardo, quindi mio marito, che condivide lo stesso nome e che era sulla prenotazione, ha cercato di controllare davanti a me. Nonostante l'offerta di inviare una foto del mio ID e confermare i dettagli della prenotazione, il personale del front desk insisteva che dovessi essere lì personalmente. Capisco l'importanza della sicurezza, ma un po' più flessibile o metodi alternativi di verifica avrebbero reso il processo più conveniente e accogliente. Inoltre, il nostro soggiorno era piacevole, e apprezzavamo il servizio e l'atmosfera in generale.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella camera dell'icon. La stanza era spaziale, anche se non era la più grande dell'hotel. La decorazione e il posizionamento dei mobili erano molto speciali. La mia camera era doccia, ma era spaziale con doccia. Abbiamo preso la navetta complimentare dall'hotel e il conducente era amichevole. Non abbiamo fatto colazione. Il prezzo era molto alto per la notte in cui mi fermo, ma l'ambiente è principalmente parcheggio e alcune aree industriali.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

The hotel was beautiful and in excellent condition, the room was great, and the only downside was that the pool and hot tubs were very busy.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

This Whistler resort offers an exceptionally convenient location with quick, effortless access to both the village and the gondola station. While the rooms and facilities are overall good enough to provide a comfortable stay, it is worth noting that the south tower is showing its age a bit more than the newer north tower. For leisure, guests can enjoy casual fun at the small heated pool and hot tub on-site. When it comes to pricing, visitors should anticipate extra costs at checkout; the $37 CAD gated self-parking fee combined with resort charges adds up to an additional $90 CAD or so. Despite these extra fees, the property ultimately delivers great value for money. The experience is further elevated by Whistler itself, which serves as a spectacular, scenic destination—particularly on a sunny day. Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway.

Abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno con l'Hyatt, la nostra stanza era pulita con una vista magnifica, e le strutture erano anche grandi con tempi aperti. Solo un po'di punti per il servizio clienti, come Brian al di fuori del desk, è stato molto passivo aggressivo con il suo approccio e ha disinvolto la nostra impressione iniziale.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 notti. Sono in una grande, se non la migliore posizione a Vancouver. vicino alla stazione di Waterfront dove hanno il treno Sky, il mare, gli autobus e il treno. Anche letteralmente al Canada Place dove hanno la navetta gratuita per Grouse Mountain e Capilano ponte. È possibile vedere anche il crociera, l'avione marino e l'elicottero dalla vostra stanza. Minuti di cammino a Gastown per vedere l'orologio del fiume. La cosa migliore è che quando si acquista un magnete frigorifero di Vancouver, l'hotel fa parte dell'edificio iconico. Anche il personale è molto amichevole, la nostra stanza è sempre pulita. Se ho una denuncia, non sono molto abituato ai trolley del custode di essere 24/7 sull'aspetto nel corridoio di un hotel 5-star. Oltre a questo, è un soggiorno quasi perfetto, e piace la vista dalla nostra stanza.
