Hotel a 5 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

C'è un posto di pro e di cons, che è stato un travestimento per la mia notte scorsa a Vancouver, e la cosa che mi ha più entusiasmato è stata la finestra di accompagnamento con una bella vista. Beh, chiunque abbia installato questo tubo particolare era incompetente perché è indietro. Letteralmente si fa fronte al muro. Se si fa clic sul collo per guardare fuori dalla finestra vedrete un parcheggio e edifici. Ora, se il tubo si trovasse di fronte come dovrebbe essere, si guardarebbe semplicemente fuori la finestra in una bella vista dell'acqua e delle montagne. Inoltre, il pavimento riscaldato nella mia stanza non funzionava. Poi pensavo... perché fare il bagno nella sua stanza, ma con pareti e porte di vetro chiare? Le porte di scivolo verso il bagno sono anche impraticabili.Grazie a Dio sono stato un viaggiatore solo, ma se non lo sei, avvisati! Il servizio all'arrivo era buono, il lobby era piccolo e non aveva abbastanza posti. Il vuoto fuori dalla mia porta alle 8:30 era un po'scioccante, ma grazie a me dovevo essere sveglio comunque. Dopo aver controllato, gli ho informato del calorifico del pavimento e ho anche detto: ”Sebbene io so che non è colpa tua e non puoi ripararlo, forse vuoi sapere che il bagno in questa stanza è indietro”. La navetta aeroportuale era grande. 👍🏼 Il letto è comodo. Il vestito e i pantaloni sono stati apprezzati.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

The hotel was beautiful and in excellent condition, the room was great, and the only downside was that the pool and hot tubs were very busy.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Questo resort Whistler offre un luogo eccezionalmente conveniente con accesso rapido e senza difficoltà sia al villaggio che alla stazione gondola. Sebbene le camere e le strutture siano in generale abbastanza buone da offrire un soggiorno confortevole, va notato che la torre meridionale mostra un po' più di quella più recente della torre nord. Per il tempo libero, gli ospiti possono godere di divertimento casuale nella piccola piscina riscaldata e tubo caldo sul posto. Quando si tratta di tariffe, i visitatori dovrebbero anticipare costi aggiuntivi al checkout; la tassa di autoparking per $37 CAD, combinata con le tasse di ristorazione, aggiunge fino a $90 CAD o così via. È molto consigliabile acquistare un biglietto alpino, poiché copre senza sosta il gondola di montagna, il famoso gondola di picco 2 e l'ascensore al topo, che si sdraia da una splendida porta montagna.

We had a great stay with the Hyatt. Our room was clean with a great view. The amenities were also great with open timings. Just docking some points for client service as Brian at the front desk was very passive aggressive with his approach and tainted our initial impression.

Servizio di lusso. Suite corner al 6° piano ha una vista del killer sul porto e l'edificio parlamentare. Camminando a distanza dal ristorante e dal museo BC. È davvero apprezzato avere un soggiorno separato dalla camera da letto.  Tutto era molto bello, ma la stanza non era nuovamente rimodellata, ma guardando però l’opportunità di rimanere ancora lì.  La piscina era una grande carenza, la zona di sauna era parte di un giardino di fitness. Non l'esperienza di spa che avevo sperato.

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.
