The only main negative point was that the WiFi signal was very weak or nearly not working in level 9. The location is not far from Haram. The shuttle is sometimes crowded so I had preferred to walk which in most cases took less time than using the bus.

Adoro l'hotel, ma il bus navetta non viene mai a prendere. 2 giorni consecutivi non arrivano mai alle 14:40 e alle 16:30. Mi ha fatto incazzare, dato che fuori fa molto caldo alla Mecca. Ci sono gli stessi autobus che arrivano più e più volte, tranne il bus navetta dell'hotel ibis

La stanza è pulita e il personale è utile e accogliente. Un po 'di distanza da masjid al-haram ma si può raggiungere lì in 20-30 minuti di autobus. I bus sono regolari e convenienti.

Surprisingly a decent hotel, a good value as room was spacious and with good furnitures. The size of the room with two beds is bigger than those room, I have stayed within vicinity of the clock tower. The lobby, the room and corridor is very clean and spacious. It is walking distance of 20 minutes to Masjidil Haram but on the way back, require a climb of as hotel location is on a hill. A few reasonably price food shops nearby and quite near to a local mosque.

Devo dire che soggiornare in hotel è la scelta migliore. È raggiungibile a piedi dalla Moschea del Profeta (Masjidil Haram). L'edificio è nuovo, pulito e il personale è molto disponibile. Grazie.

The hotel has a very good location and bus service to Haram. A bus leaves almost every 10-15 minutes. The staff is very accommodating but you may have to wait for long times during checking in. Very rarely i found that the lifts are crowded. Rooms are of okay size and have good amenities. The washrooms are a little smaller and water doesn't drain property.

********** abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole qui a Le Meridien Towers Makkah. Non è così pieno e la navetta a Haram è 24/7 con quasi nessun tempo di attesa quando vogliamo prendere l'autobus a e da Haram. Il nostro hotel ci ha aggiornato piacevolmente e ci hanno anche dato un tè complimentare la prima notte. Quando siamo arrivati molto tardi la notte, sono grato di poter ottenere un po' di snack rapido per il mio bambino e che i negozi rimangano aperti. Non abbiamo chiesto alla custodia di venire a pulire le nostre camere, ma erano attenti e in fretta nel loro servizio. Insya Allah possiamo restare qui per la nostra prossima Umrah.

Hôtel situé à 20 minutes du Haram en bus. Un système de navette est en place avec un bus qui vous dépose et ramène à chaque prière. Les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés et le bus est très souvent surchargé, cela rend l'expérience assez éprouvante. Par ailleurs je regrette le manque de communication de l'hôtel sur le fonctionnement de la navette. Mis à part une affiche sur le comptoir de l'accueil, aucune mention ou explication n'a été faite lors du check-in par l'employé. Il a fallu que je me débrouille seul pour comprendre le fonctionnement, le lieu de dépose...etc j'ai trouvé cela fort désagréable. La chambre était propre mais manquait cruellement d'équipement, aucun ustensile de cuisine juste une simple bouilloire. La literie est très ferme, ne conviendra pas à tout le monde. Durant mon séjour, l'eau chaude n'a quasiment jamais fonctionné ce qui est fort dommageable. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un grand axe routier très bruyant, ma chambre était située côté route et le bruit était assez dérangeant notamment la nuit avec les klaxons incessants des voitures, l'isolation phonique est assez faible. En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix est correct, cela se fera forcément au prix de certaines concessions.
