L'hotel è molto carino. La camera è ok. Il personale della reception è molto collaborativo. Seher in particolare aiuta a risolvere tutto il processo molto rapidamente. Aiuta anche a tenere i bagagli per un breve periodo e ha aiutato con il check-out. Grazie per questo.

È stato il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai affittato. L'unico problema è che l'autobus parte per Haram prima dell'area progettata. Ma il servizio e altre cose sono quasi al 100%.

First time doing Umrah and this hotel was walking distance of about 10 minutes to the haram, and was not much costly for the 4 night stay for me and my family. I landed in the morning while my checkin was at 4 but the lady at reception was very kind to give me a room in advance. The luggage guy Alamgir was very helpful to take the luggage in the trolley and also helped with loading the luggage on my way out to Madina. The cleaning staff Salim was very polite and made sure the rooms were kept clean and also provided extra towels when needed. All in all, a very good experience for me and family and would prefer this hotel for the next trip as well.

La stanza è pulita e il personale è utile e accogliente. Un po 'di distanza da masjid al-haram ma si può raggiungere lì in 20-30 minuti di autobus. I bus sono regolari e convenienti.

So late to release my voucher travel by staf emaar elite...I must wait around 1 hour to check in my room ...I must show may voucher every time when another staff ask me n I must show them latest email by trip to confirm my voucher....

Caro Elaf Qinwan, Grazie per l'ospitalità durante la nostra breve fuga a Elaf Qinwan (20-25 marzo 2025). Il nostro viaggio indipendente per l'Umrah è stato reso ancora più piacevole dalla sistemazione con standard decisamente buoni. I servizi sono sufficienti, è possibile richiedere una ricarica ogni giorno, cambiare gli asciugamani ogni giorno. L'acqua minerale può essere riempita ogni giorno, a patto che ci si ricordi diligentemente di fare le pulizie di casa quando ci si muove al mattino. La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza vicina a Harom Durante il Ramadan, usa la navetta 2 volte e tutto è gratuito. Servizio navetta dall'hotel a Kuday in meno di 10 minuti, quindi si prosegue con una navetta speciale per Harom in 5 minuti. Il processo di check-in e check-out è molto veloce Grazie Trip per questo viaggio confortevole!

The hotel has a very good location and bus service to Haram. A bus leaves almost every 10-15 minutes. The staff is very accommodating but you may have to wait for long times during checking in. Very rarely i found that the lifts are crowded. Rooms are of okay size and have good amenities. The washrooms are a little smaller and water doesn't drain property.

As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel situé à 20 minutes du Haram en bus. Un système de navette est en place avec un bus qui vous dépose et ramène à chaque prière. Les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés et le bus est très souvent surchargé, cela rend l'expérience assez éprouvante. Par ailleurs je regrette le manque de communication de l'hôtel sur le fonctionnement de la navette. Mis à part une affiche sur le comptoir de l'accueil, aucune mention ou explication n'a été faite lors du check-in par l'employé. Il a fallu que je me débrouille seul pour comprendre le fonctionnement, le lieu de dépose...etc j'ai trouvé cela fort désagréable. La chambre était propre mais manquait cruellement d'équipement, aucun ustensile de cuisine juste une simple bouilloire. La literie est très ferme, ne conviendra pas à tout le monde. Durant mon séjour, l'eau chaude n'a quasiment jamais fonctionné ce qui est fort dommageable. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un grand axe routier très bruyant, ma chambre était située côté route et le bruit était assez dérangeant notamment la nuit avec les klaxons incessants des voitures, l'isolation phonique est assez faible. En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix est correct, cela se fera forcément au prix de certaines concessions.
