Overall, it's nice, but there was no robe in our room, but they gave it to us after we asked, the pool toys weren't working, as far as I know, for 1-2 months (and still are). They didn't give us a fork when we checked out, they asked us for it (really strange), the breakfast wasn't very rich, and we got bored after 2 days. It's close to Vinwonder and Safari, but far from other shops and markets.

Awesome location and great pool. Staff are so friendly and the view and pool are great. A bit superficial but the carpet in the hallways is gross. Eg, full of stains. A tiny bit of work would make this place shine. The gym is in disrepair too. But, I'd still give this place a 5 over all because the staff really were awesome and the rooms were lovely and spacious.

We stayed at Vinsholiday Hotel and found the overall experience could be improved. The check-in process was inefficient — we arrived 3 hours early and were told we had to pay for early check-in. However, even when it reached the official check-in time at 2pm, we still had to wait a while before getting our room. The cleanliness of the pillows and bed sheets was disappointing, with some noticeable stains. The pillow quality was also poor and too thin, so we had to request a replacement. Soundproofing was another major issue — we could clearly hear doors opening and closing, doorbells ringing, and people talking in the hallway. The good part is the location — it’s very close to Grand World, and there is a free shuttle bus to VinWonders, which is very convenient.

Amazing hidden gem of a hotel. Great Service, great staff, beautiful pool, private beach, massage on the beach service all at very reasonable prices. A great lobby service gal, named Dung (pronounced Dzuung…) with a smile that is so Big, she literally melted my heart. She was very helpful with all my needs. One suggestion for hotel management. Please reduce plastic waste, by eliminating daily “shampoo” and “body gel” little bottles. Please replace them with large individual, refillable dispensers. Be kind to our environment.

We stayed at the Venice Hotel for 4 nights from 8 to 12 Jan 2025. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to many activities and food. The hotel offers free buggy service to anywhere within Sunset Town and even a free 30 mins Sunset Town tour, cable car ride to Hon Thom island and Aquatopia Water Park! As we had an ocean view room, we were able to watch extreme sea sports and Symphony of the Sea performances as well as fireworks from our balcony every night! It was so awesome!! The staff at Venice Hotel were very polite and helpful. We want to thank Hannah and Scarlett especially for going out of their way to help us with many of our queries and requests. We were also surprised to see the general manager, Ms Marissa, sitting at the reception area, quietly doing her work and observing and rendering help when the need arose. We would highly recommend the Venice Hotel. But for those who are early sleepers and prefer quieter lodging, this place may not be for you as there are two pubs just across the hotel and you can hear the music till the wee morning of 2am-3am. We worked around this issue by wearing ear plugs!

+ Molto tranquillo. + molti fiori e alberi. + il personale è molto gentile. Il buffet è molto semplice, piccoli uccelli carini vengono a tavola per ottenere cibo. - Le strutture del bagno sono vecchie

Excellent location on the river and walkable to everything in town. The hotel has an old world charm to it. All its staff from reception to dining to bellboy were extremely alert and on the ball. The general manager made his rounds during breakfast to make sure guests were happy. Reception took care of our tours and onwards transportation. Thank you !

La posizione nel centro di Duong Dong è la migliore! Tuttavia, devi allontanarti un po' dalla strada principale. Ci sono molte terme locali in giro. Mi piace il complesso turistico perché ha un'atmosfera del sud-est asiatico. Ho alloggiato nella camera di Bangalore e aveva un'atmosfera unica da resort del sud-est asiatico. Tuttavia, tieni presente che il frigorifero quasi non funziona. Fate attenzione alle zanzare e agli insetti, il bagno è come una giungla quindi bisogna stare attenti. E il vantaggio è che la piscina è aperta fino alle 21:00. La piscina è bella di notte, quindi assicurati di andarci. La colazione era ordinaria, in stile locale.

1. La stanza sembra le foto pubblicizzate.Lo spazio sotto e nel quadro della porta quando si chiude la porta era molto grande, che era molto importante per i bug per entrare nella stanza. 2. Mi piace davvero l'aggiunta del bagno e che vi forniscono sali da bagno.Il doccia è bello e così sono il doccia fornito, gel shampoo e condizionatore. 3. Abbiamo chiuso sul balcone la prima notte perché la chiusura della porta era davvero libera e quando si chiuse la porta, era chiusa dall'interno. Eravamo fuori per un'ora gridando per aiuto, e non c'era nessuna sicurezza o personale sul terreno. Il nostro vicino ci ascoltava e ci chiamava il desk, e finalmente entrarono nella stanza e aprirono la porta, e il giorno dopo cambiarono le chiavi, ma lo stesso valeva. 4. Il desk front ha chiamato la nostra stanza al 6AM il nostro ultimo giorno, per la macchina dell'aeroporto quando avevamo dichiarato (e avevano scritto ) che volevamo la macchina per 6PM. Il colazione era incredibilmente sottomarino.La metà delle cose sembrava vecchia e non molto adatta per il colazione. 6.In generale, non è stato il peggiore soggiorno a Phu quoc.. ma dubito molto che sarei rimasto.Ci sono troppe questioni prevenibili

La riunione del nuovo anno 2025.ha amato la salute del nuovo anno dalla finestra della loro stanza,è stato delizioso.Vorrei segnalare soprattutto le persone che lavorano in questo hotel. Così è emerso che abbiamo lasciato, dopo l'espulsione, nel passaporto, in sicurezza e in denaro.Tutto è stato restituito. Grazie mille. Consiglio a tutti questi hotel. Voglio una grande prosperità alberghiera.
