Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di al-Sharqiyya, Arabia Saudita

Мы отлично провели время в Даммаме! Но к обслуживанию в отеле у нас есть несколько вопросов: 1. За 4 ночи к нам ни разу не пришли убираться (никто даже не предложил вынести мусор или поделиться туалетной бумагой и т.д.) 2. Все купальные принадлежности почему-то были в одном экземпляре (полотенца, шампунь, мыло и т.д.), несмотря на то, что нас заселялось двое. Не думаю, что хорошая идея — заставлять гостей выпрашивать это у отеля. Учитывая тот факт, что 4 дня не было уборки и возможности обновить полотенца тоже не было — это стало проблемой для нас. Но нам очень понравилось, что номер был чистым. Также у отеля хорошие завтраки (с возможностью заказать свежий горячий омлет).

very nice place，convenient location and reasonable price

New hotel and loved the ambience and everything about it. Ahmed the front desk guy is friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast was awesome too!

L'hotel è molto ampio e tempestivo, e vicino a tutto nella stanza.

Location is great , breakfast ok nothing special about it, hotel needs to have more services and get the small business center to what it used to be as only on pc that does not work the other one has been removed

New aparthotel. Clean, comfortable. Loves the pillow & bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are several towers & the reception for check-in is at the 1st tower after the main gate. They provide iron/ironing board, drinking water, kettle & microwave, toiletries. Need to ask for more towels, though. Our 3 bedroom suite has a very nice view of the Jubail Bay. There are several cafe/restaurants nearby

Abbeth era un ricevitore, tardi a Shoi, quando chiesemo un cappotto, e la spiaggia, Mo era pulita, l’hotel era pulito, la fretta era sweeping, gli ascensori erano più, e i bambini egiziani camminavano e disturbavano.

Everything was okay but when I found bed bug I really felt pukish They should maintain hygiene and cleanliness they should throw the blankets and sheets and buy new ones

It was a very nice experience, good location, good service, good facility, good hospitality, and the hotel's outside view was so beautiful.
