Situazione fantastica con facile accesso a tutti i trasporti pubblici! Solo fuori dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale principale, dove ci sono anche carichi di tram e autobus vicino. Non è un problema se il trasporto pubblico non è la scelta di viaggiare all'interno di Mannheim, come centro città è a piedi.

i love this hotel! Located right next to the main train station, which is the main reason i chose this hotel as I didn’t want to haul my big suitcases to the old town. We arrived at about 2pm but was told that I could not check in “early” as the rooms are still being cleaned. We took our time to eat our breads at the sofa and approached the counter again at 2.34pm but was told the same thing. Guess the hotel is not so flexible to allow “early” check in 🫠 ok then we stored our baggage’s and went to the old town first. Also the staff could have told us that we could enjoy free transportation in the town if we joined the H Rewards when he told us how to go to the old town by “buying a ticket at ticket machine for tram #5”, only for me to find out when I browsed the internet. That would save us many euros. Other that above points, I love this hotel! Super new super clean, the lobby was pleasant, the room design made super sense (with USB type C provided, rain shower and toilet were great too. Also, was pleasantly surprised with the good window view of the train station (but remember to close the window as it is noisy esp at night). Overall, am pleased with my choice of this hotel.

Il servizio è in posizione, ogni volta che arriva, devi vivere!Trasporti comodi, strutture di accoppiamento della stanza sono ragionevolmente organizzate, e sono comodi!L'igiene è pulita e con un buon senso, che può essere pensato attentamente per gli ospiti.

Grande fan del Leonardo Hotel!!! Super amichevole personale, camere perfette e la posizione è super. Purtroppo, alcuni edifici attualmente non sono ostacoli.

Perfekte Lage zu den Öffis. Sehr ansprechende Einrichtung und super freundlicher Service, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar abends. Es wurde auch nicht gemurrt, dass wir zum Fussball schauen nur noch einen kleinen Snack bestellt haben. Im Gegenteil, wir wurden so freundlich bedient wie bei einer Hauptmahlzeit. 100 % ihr Weiterempfehlung.

The drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto alle sorgenti termali. La camera è anche molto comoda, con una piccola cucina. Quello che mi piace di più è il piccolo balcone europeo. Ogni tanto ho incontrato il personale delle pulizie, anche loro molto cordiali. L'aspetto negativo è che non c'è una reception, non c'è personale di servizio e la comunicazione avviene solo via e-mail, quindi aspettare una risposta è un po' ansioso.

La posizione è magnifica - la stazione centrale di Heidelberg è praticamente vicino alla porta (3 minuti a piedi). L'hotel è molto nuovo e ha un piano aperto nella zona lobby e colazione - attrazione per i giovani viaggiatori. La struttura e la progettazione della stanza sono molto ben pensate, e tutto quello che vi serve per un soggiorno lungo o breve è nella stanza. Non abbiamo bisogno di servizi di pulizia quotidiana, quindi siamo a posto, molto meglio per risparmiare acqua e detergenti.Il colazione è buona, anche con una vasta gamma di scelte di succhi, bevande calde, pane continentale, tagli freddi. Abbiamo avuto due incontri (non potevamo capire come usare il cuoco e il asciugacapelli) con il personale e sono davvero efficienti e utili.

Ein mega Hotel mit einem super freundlichen Service eine super dachterrasse mit tischservice mit QR-Code. Der Spa-Bereich im Keller ist wunderbar groß modern und hell. Die Preise auch für die minibas sind unfassbar gut. Außer das Kissen das ist schon etwas ja in die Jahre gekommen die könnten vielleicht mal ausgewechselt werden.
