YYingC'è stato un incidente inaspettato che la chiusura della porta era fuori dalla batteria e non potevamo aprire la porta della stanza a 1am ++. Abbiamo uscito per la riunione durante il CNY e siamo tornati a mezzanotte a 1am. A causa della questione, abbiamo aspettato più di 1 ora al lobby. Il personale ha cercato di aprire la porta, ma non l'ha aperta. Poi ci fu offerta un'altra stanza temporanea, ma la cosa da sottolineare era la nostra valigia e i pigiama lasciati nella stanza che era chiusa e noi eravamo davvero stanchi al momento. È necessario migliorare il controllo regolare della batteria della porta per evitare di nuovo questo tipo di problema.In generale, è pulito e il personale è amichevole.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is a good hotel to stay they have a small fan inside the room which is rare nowadays and also aircond which can make your room colder. Bed quite good but the space quite limited if you have a big lugage u might need more space which room i staying at cannot offer because the space really limited (im not joking) and their bathroom can occupied one person but i love the mirror which separate the toilet and shower area ... besides their room service employee quit nice i did ask for more tissue towel and they hands me along the bottle water as i did not request for room make up so i had no complaint about that .. and i love their basement parking which u can enter your floor directly from the parking area .. they also serve a very good breakfast i really love their phrata and dhal gravy .. one thing that i would like to highlighted is their check in time STRICTLY 3.00PM !!! I arrived at their hotel around 245pm and ask for early check in but they did not consider that which is a little bit why im not satisfied😌and consider this area at night time more yunniang/ahkua around😂be careful because they also staying at this hotel but no worries they did not disturb others (i think so) unless u really good looking men🤣ahh last but not least at Sunday they have flea market infront of the hotel and this hotel is walkable to Kinta Riverwalk where you should try Miker Pizza really goodddd !!!btw thank you for accomodate me might be coming back again !

The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills.
Apartment Features:
The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather.
Service:
While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Amenities:
One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

The parking : most of the parking lots have a lot of birds droppings.
On 4/5/2025 after we had our breakfast, the contractors started doing construction work at the rooftop. It was so noisy that we cant even continue our sleep.
Breakfast : good.
the hotel can do the construction work on weekday where lesser guests coming to their hotel.

UUtente ospiteSolo una cosa darò 5 stelle di questo hotel è il personale dell' hotel , non ricordo il nome ma ha lavorato al turno notturno . Super amichevole aiuto, abbiamo poche richieste come sala di cambio ( la prima stanza che controlliamo è molto calda , l'aria condizionata ha problemi con il gas o troppo vecchio già non sono sicuro ) così questo personale ( maschio ) lavora a turno notturno . E' molto utile e amichevole, molto veloce per aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Si prega di scusarci anche dopo aver cambiato la stanza. Se la prossima volta rimango in questo hotel, penso che sia principalmente perché questo personale maschile ☺️😎☺️😊

MMJ BuBuRegalodge Hotel Ipoh is an older hotel, and it shows—especially the lift and room fittings. The room has a bathtub, but you can tell the place has aged.
Breakfast was decent. I enjoyed the nasi lemak and they had a mix of local and western options, including pau and eggs. However, our request for boiled eggs was declined due to limited availability. The breakfast setup felt very old-school.
The plus side is free car park availability, which is great if you're driving around Ipoh. Not ideal for walking, but convenient for those with a car.

UUtente ospiteLocated conveniently near the clock tower. Short walk from train station to hotel and short walk to eateries and places of interest in Old Town. Best for visitors that are not driving.
Hotel room is basic but adequate. No cupboards, no fridge. Our room with window opens to adjacent building wall, 1m away. Shower is ok but water is not hot.

Except for the dining Sidai restaurant service staff, bad attitude and even giving faces when chef kitchen asked them to prepare things missing. My husband is a hotel chef for 10 years so he knows how to operate a 5 star hotel. Didn't keep baby chair clean too, full of dirt (serious not like some dirt). Should be in SOP to wipe everyday, but luckily service crew help me wipe upon asking. Spot another couple brought baby too and they wipe themselves while GM kutuk them then they still watching customer wipe themselves without go in front and said I help to wipe, so hilarious 😆You're charging a lot for this resort, so I expect at least 4 star service.
Room cleanliness can be improved, especially bathroom. Dirt marks between tiles can be easily fixed by just putting tile grout then problem fixed. Room photo is different from the one listed on Agoda and Trip.com so there's a expectation vs reality scenario but I am okay with a smaller room, just that maybe others won't be happy.
