Hotel a 5 stelle in Voivodato della Bassa Slesia, Polonia

If I had known that it was not possible to open a window and ventilate the room (which for me is the minimum required, like changing bed linen between guests, and air as well), I would not have thought of checking out the possibility of staying there even if they had given it 10 stars (I am starting a search for hotels with a sauna and an indoor pool and a minimum of 4 stars). The biggest disappointment is the pool that children use to learn to swim!!! Terrible acoustics, the wet sauna, after a minute I ran away from there because of the noise. The hotel lobby is bustling and noisy, you can't sit and chat. I must mention the staff member from the reception who was very helpful and helped with useful information. The breakfast staff as above (the disappointment is probably because of the previous hotels (5 stars) that we stayed at in Zakopane, Krakow and Lodz)

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Hotel fantastico proprio nel cuore della città. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camere pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Il soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico. La colazione è superba e molto varia. La spa e la palestra sono un po' piccole, ma entrambe offrono tutto il necessario. Ciò che ho apprezzato in particolare è stata la posizione vicino alla cattedrale e la tranquillità, nonostante la posizione centrale.

L'hotel è modesto in termini di colazione e servizio. Le camere hanno uno stile particolare ma sono spaziose, il che rappresenta un punto di forza e la qualità migliore dell'hotel. La posizione è eccellente e anche questo è uno dei suoi punti di forza. L'ingresso dell'hotel è caratterizzato da un lungo e tortuoso percorso per raggiungere la reception, il che risulta molto scomodo per chi ha bagagli, dato che non c'è nessuno ad aiutare. La connessione internet è lenta.

Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację - znajduje się w centrum miasta, tuż obok Starego Rynku i w pobliżu głównych atrakcji turystycznych, co sprawia, że jest świetną bazą zarówno dla turystów, jak i osób podróżujących służbowo. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, a łóżka wyjątkowo wygodne. Obsługa hotelowa jest uprzejma, profesjonalna i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Śniadania zasługują na szczególne wyróżnienie - bardzo duży wybór potraw, świeże produkty i wysoki standard podania. W hotelu dostępne są również udogodnienia, takie jak centrum fitness i szybkie WiFi, co dodatkowo podnosi komfort pobytu. Z drobnych minusów warto wspomnieć, że ceny - zwłaszcza za parking i niektóre usługi dodatkowe — są dość wysokie, a część pokoi mogłaby już zostać lekko odświeżona. Ogólnie jednak Radisson Blu Wrocław to miejsce godne polecenia: eleganckie, dobrze zorganizowane i oferujące wysoki standard, idealne zarówno na krótki wyjazd, jak i dłuższy pobyt w mieście.
