Ciò che lo ha reso ancora più speciale sono state le attività della fattoria: dare da mangiare agli animali, raccogliere le verdure e scoprire la vita in fattoria è stata un'esperienza davvero divertente e unica. È perfetto per le famiglie o per chiunque voglia rilassarsi provando qualcosa di nuovo. Il personale è stato accogliente e ha reso tutto semplice. Lo consiglio vivamente se desiderate un soggiorno che unisca comfort ad attività memorabili!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Questa viaggia a Beijing ha ancora scelto un hotel di catena di marchio, e mi sento molto bene in generale.Grazie mille, Iris, ci ha aiutato a aggiornare la suite aperta, spazio aperto e ampio e molto comodo per soggiornare. L'ambiente dell'hotel è bello, il mantenimento dell'hardware è in posizione, il personale di servizio è gentile e amichevole, lascia buoni ricordi per questo viaggio di arbusti, raccomandato!

Absolutely fantastic. Staff went out of their way to help us. All were so friendly, and at the end of WeChat if we wanted help. We are vegetarian, and they cooked us separate food in the evening. The family tent was just perfect. The beds were so comfortable, two different types of pillow and a lovely duvet. Bathroom was very clean. View was stunning. We were in A123. When we left they gave us a present of local tea.

Sono rimasto nel continente per una notte e vorrei avere più tempo qui. L'hotel è nuovo e decorato in una elegante, ma estranea moda. La camera è molto spaziosa, con un comodo letto re di dimensioni e scelte per le mutande. Alberghi, camere con la normale linea di prodotti di cura personale (anche se la barba per capelli è ancora abbastanza rubinosa ...). La vista dalla stanza è splendida, vista sul fiume Yili e sul piccolo lago di mele con le montagne in fondo. Il salone è colorato e l'orario di buffet è delizioso (anche se non ha scelte alcoliche enormi come alcune altre sale), sedere nel salone e guardare il sole sopra il fiume è stata una fantastica esperienza. L'hotel è un po' lontano, ma è perfetto per chi vuole camminare intorno al parco del fiume Yili e/o fare una lunga e tranquilla giro/bicicletta. La piscina è piccola ma soddisfa le esigenze di base (ha campane da bagno, un allenatore e un palco, ma non ha campane da bar o racchiuse). Infine, e soprattutto, per il mio soggiorno, ho apprezzato davvero il duro lavoro del personale qui, che mi hanno perfettamente perfezionato. Un grande grido alla squadra di concierge, soprattutto Leonard, il supervisore di concierge, hanno lasciato il loro modo di aiutarmi. Volevo visitare un bar etnico a mezzanotte e, data la distanza e la mancanza di taxi, Leonard, insieme al suo team, mi ha aiutato a raggiungere il posto giusto e Leonard mi ha condotto personalmente dal bar alle 3:00. Ho potuto avere una bella notte grazie a lui. Dopo aver controllato, mi è stato anche dato un bel ricordo per marcare un soggiorno perfetto (infelizmente l'ho lasciato sul taxi perché stava correndo!!! A chiunque sia il prossimo passeggero fortunato a prendere: sono geloso!).

選擇絲路有約民宿讓此次喀什之行無比圓滿開心，從下飛機那時開始到結束旅程整個行程完全可以無腦跟着走就行.我是家庭出行訂2個房間，訂房時不知道民宿是散佈在東西城各個建築裏的獨立院落，就訂了2個不同院子的房間，出發前管家瞭解我們是家庭後協調把兩個房間調到一個院子裏，4個人獨享一個安靜的院子，沒有嘈雜喧鬧，佈置雅緻舒服，白天在院子裏喝茶曬太陽，晚上閑聊聽音樂，長者孩子都很開心。 下飛機後有專人舉牌接機，不用打電話到處找車。到古城後管家小艾帶着直接到達入住的院子，全程自己不用動手提行李，也沒有繁瑣的入住程序，落座後小艾馬上送上來各種水果和小食、當地熱茶；房間乾淨衞生床品舒適，路途的疲憊一掃而空。 第二天管家小艾在約好時間來帶着我們去吃早餐，早餐後小艾帶着我們逛西城，帶着我們打卡當地人才知道的小眾拍照點，並全程負責拍照，讓我這個特不愛拍照的路人出了很多好片，超愛了。晚上我們去看演出，小艾幫着買門票，票價比其他官方渠道便宜100多一張，演出結束後小艾又帶着我們逛東城看夜景。 在喀什古城兩天行程裏，必須好好表揚管家小艾，服務細緻入微，有任何問題都第一時間解決，待人真誠有耐心，沒有應付和套路，是真正的在認真做事。 入住當晚我就推薦給了身邊的親戚朋友了，到喀什，選絲路有約.西域美學宿集，不用懷疑，直接訂就是了，推薦推薦還是推薦！

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

An amazing stay in a picturesque location. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was both spacious and cosy, and despite the temperature falling to -15°C we never felt cold ever in our tent. The food options were delicious and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was provided with a smile by the diligent staff, whom despite our language barrier did their best to cater to our needs. The view alone is enough to make us want to return to this place.
