L'hotel è una buona opzione per i passeggeri che viaggiano non lontano dall'aeroporto. Inoltre, c'è un grande plus che l'hotel offre il trasporto gratuito al terminale aeroportuale. Il personale è attento e mi ha fornito, su mia richiesta, il riscaldamento portatile e ha aiutato con le copie del passaporto. Naturalmente non è un famoso hotel in catena, ma con il suo prezzo credo sia un buon posto con buon colazione.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, respectful, and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and whenever I needed assistance, the response was quick and professional. It’s rare to find staff who maintain such a polite and cooperative attitude consistently, and that genuinely improves the overall stay experience. Considering the price point, this hotel offers very good value for money. It is budget-friendly without compromising on the basic comforts that matter—clean rooms, proper hygiene, comfortable bedding, and a peaceful environment to relax. If someone is looking for an affordable stay near the airport with decent service and good hospitality, Airport Hotel The Volga is definitely a practical choice. Perfect for transit travelers, business visitors, or even short stays in Delhi.

Tutti i dipendenti, compresi i proprietari, sono molto amichevoli. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel per la prima volta, il conducente di autobus umani era quasi rimosso dal pagamento, ma attraverso la mediazione, ho cercato di ridurre al minimo i danni.

La cosa migliore dell'hotel era che era ragionevolmente prezioso. Il portaman era molto gentile e amichevole. I ricevitori erano generalmente amichevole, ma la donna a volte aveva un po' di atteggiamento. Non prenoterei più in questo luogo. Questo hotel è in particolare a una stretta strada che non è accessibile con la macchina, quindi si deve camminare pochi minuti all'intersezione o 10 minuti ad un'intersezione importante perché la strada vicina è VERamente congestionata tutto il tempo. Questa zona è anche molto densamente popolata e il taxi prende per sempre per arrivare e uscire L'hotel non era il più pulito. Non mi aspettavo molto, ma c'erano pochi anatre e insetti volanti nella stanza. Ci sono stati tinture sulle foglie e biancheria. Ho soggiornato per diversi giorni e non ho ricevuto servizio in camera una volta. Mi chiamarono e mi chiederono una volta se volessi, ma quel giorno mi rifiutai. L'acqua di doccia non era calda (ma è calda accettabile se si tornava calda) durante il giorno, ma solo durante la sera l'acqua era calda. La piastra di doccia non era abbastanza profonda o il drenaggio era bloccato e c'era sempre circa 3-5cm di acqua in fondo. Il bacino era fuori vista la stanza che era bella, ma il bacino è più di 40 pollici sopra il bacino che ha fatto esplodere l’acqua. Il colazione era buono. La presentazione e il colore erano grandi, ma il sapore non era buono.

Had a really good stay at New Delhi Homestay AC Dormitory. The AC runs 24 hours, so the dorm is comfortable throughout the day and night. Soft drinks and water bottles are available, and there is also a water dispenser with filtered drinking water for free. The dormitory is located on the 3rd floor and has easy connectivity. The metro station and bus stand are both nearby, which makes travelling around Delhi very convenient. Overall, a comfortable, budget-friendly place with good facilities and a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend it for travellers.

Durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, ho avuto un servizio eccezionale per i clienti da Arun , l'agente del servizio ospiti . Era incredibilmente utile, attento e assicurato che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte immediatamente. Arun professionalismo e amichevole demeanor ha davvero migliorato il mio soggiorno complessivo. Molto consigliare questo hotel per il suo servizio eccellente! Molto bello hotel in una comoda posizione di Delhi. Le camere più alte hanno una vista incredibile della città. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile e si assicurerà il bagaglio se arrivate presto. Amiamo l'accesso rapido al treno e così tanti ristoranti fantastici. Ci è un caffè sulla strada principale vicino al servizio clienti. Le camere sono molto tranquille e spaziose.
