BBlair TanHotel is quite central, walking distance from ciq, at night have to walk other way, the place is cosy enough for two paxs with those really vintage feel. Would go back again

UUtente ospiteI stayed at Fives Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it remains my top pick for 3-star hotels in JB — this is actually my fourth time here! Everything about the stay continues to impress me.
The amenities and toiletries provided are comparable to those in a 4-star hotel, and I appreciated that two bottles of water were replenished daily. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast spread is generous and satisfying.
The location is also a huge plus — it’s convenient, close to the customs, and within easy reach of shopping malls. All in all, a fantastic stay once again. Can’t wait to be back!

CChu Chee LoongLocation and eatery are convenient. Room design is modern but toilet is inappropriate with the glass wall designed as a family room, except for some wear and tear and a cockroach to welcome us. Overall good stay experience and we even planned for next trip with Kyoto before we check out, until we met 10 Nov morning shift receptionist with attitude issue, and check out process is slow. Frontline service crew is important, what a ”good” start for my day while seeing the black face during check out.

UUtente ospiteThe room is nice, and the hotel service is good. However, one thing that bothered me was the bedsheet. Although it was clean, it had some stains. I requested a change, but the new bedsheet also had stains, though fewer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth the money.

EetRloRimanere solo per una notte - In generale, più che soddisfacente esperienza. La pulizia era in coppia, potrebbe essere migliore in manutenzione, utilizza cose di buona qualità come sanità, aria condizionata e ventilatore soffitto potrebbe mantenerle meglio. La posizione è molto conveniente se si ferma qui. Il parcheggio è stato molto utile e sicuro, una volta parcheggiato fino al check-out, a meno che non viaggiate fuori da questa zona. Tutti i membri del personale sono amici.

Parking is at your own cost shouldn't be difficult to find parking lot.
Room is huge and basic service, cleanliness can be improve. Toilet shower head is mouldy.
Red sofa is not quite clean for me to sit so I just put my luggage.

RRainbow98I especially love the quality shampoo and bath that exude a pleasing fragrance. But a downer was I realised the bath was very diluted to the point of being watery. Gave feedback at the reception and they assured me that housekeeping had been informed. I second guess that the bath was so good that the previous guest pilfered most of it.
The complimentary breakfast was simple, just eggs, toast and beverage (coffee and tea only). But I must say the eggs were done perfectly. The hotel is not near eateries, perhaps that’s why breakfast was provided. The only eatery within it’s premises is a bak kut teh shop.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is almost perfect! (Would be 10/10 if have washing machine & dryer).
Bidet would be useful as not everyone will be comfortable to use the automatic toilet seat bidet.
But other than that, room was very spacious!
My husband and I love this hotel sooo much!
