Trova hotel a 4 stelle a Koh Samui

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

We stayed here for a week March 24 , weather was amazing !!!! Hotel was very clean , rooms are huge and beds made up everyday and rooms cleaned daily if wanted Good location as it’s not to far from main nightlife of Chaweng Nice pool area and right on the beach , beach was very dirty but if you walk down the beach about 10 minutes it gets better Would defo stay here again if we come back to Ko Samui

Avevo un soggiorno fantastico nel resort Bandara.Abbiamo avuto una stanza 146 che era grande e i giardini erano bellissimi!! Speciale grido a Kitti, che è un ottimo ospite e ha fatto il nostro soggiorno speciale!! Una bella custode di casa per la nostra prima settimana che ha lavorato molto duramente per rendere la nostra camera fantastica e profumata Devine quando è tornata dopo un giorno. E Faye/kaye scusami non sono al 100% al colazione lei era bella anche. Personale speciale merita una menzione speciale!! We will definitely return! Great location to walk to fisherman’s village for great restaurants x 😀

Questo è il mio hotel preferito mai Holiday Inn Samui. Perfettamente colazione, camera completamente arredata, piscina grande, campeggio per bambini, Kids Club e così via.Devo menzionare questo; abbiamo incontrato ‘Khun Nim’ al grande ristorante per colazione e lei ha portato la nostra famiglia al Kid Club... Dopo 3 giorni il nostro bambino quasi dorme lì. Hanno 3 o 4 persone non sono sicuri di prendersi cura dei vostri figli e anche di rompere il tempo per pulire la stanza, giocattoli e così via. Per i genitori è perfetta la ragione per cui puoi lasciarli lì, un po' di carta d'informazione per firmare, non preoccuparti che hanno molte attività per i tuoi figli: giocare, ascoltare, guardare, dipingere, disegnare e salire. Ci serve più tempo qui.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They work so hard and handled any problems we had the best they could. The hotel does need updating, We were allocated a Mountain View room, you could just see it behind all the wires and busy road, we upgraded at a cost to a sea view, it was worth it, the view was stunning! The room was comfortable and clean, as much as I tried not to, I couldn’t help but flood the bathroom, the water runs along the bath and straight to the floor! Breakfast was nice and again the staff were really on the ball, the service was faultless! In reception there is a pond that runs all around with several koi carp in, we brought some fish food from one of the pet shops and fed them every morning (there is food behind the desk if you want to fed them) The beach is lovely, Despite the place needing updating and a few repairs I would stay here again, we had a lovely holiday in Lamai.

È a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Central. La colazione è piuttosto ricca, sia occidentale che tailandese. Vale la pena alzarsi presto per vedere l'alba a Chaweng Beach. After managing to secure a booking for the 2 x Duplex Pool Villas myself and our friends were looking forward to rounding off the previous 3 weeks with a relaxing 10 Days after a long trip visiting Singapore, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Bangkok & Finally Koh Samui. The rooms booked vary between prices but generally are charged out between 4K - 8K per week so you would expect top notch facilities and service - to be fair we paid slightly less due to booking it months in advance but regardless if I had paid full price I would have been severely narked to say the least. Room Plenty of space and the infinity pool on the 2nd floor looked great in the photos on the website. The reality is shoddy workmanship is all over the rooms and the cleaning of the room is not great. (See Photos) The pool furniture is a joke - your paying top prices for basic plastic beds, ripped parasol - our friends didnt even have one. The small main pool had lovely Ratan Furniture with comfy pads and we get cheap plastic crap. *** Restaurant Staff were mainly friendly, cocktails literally had no alcohol in them and when we asked for more alcohol a couple of staff members moaned and pulled faces. Food was reasonable but Pizza base was just sloppy and not cooked so 2 pizzas we had were in the main inedible. We booked 4 meals one lunchtime, all 4 meals turned up at different times and by the time the last meal arrived 2 meals were already finished and this took over an hour. If you fancy a nice quiet drink at night forget it - last orders are 8.50am and staff are pushing you to leave the outside seating area 40 mins later regardless of wether you have finished your drinks or not. In summary its a shame that the most expensive rooms are not what is depicted on the website and why on earth the owners never checked the finishes of these is beyond me - I can only assume they were running out of money as the finishes are pitiful - other cheaper rooms locations are not great with no views whatsoever. Infinity Pool is excellent - If you are looking for a Luxury Break this is not the hotel for you !!!

Il personale è AWESOME, grida a Za (Spero che il tuo nome sia giusto) il miglior server!! L'hotel è molto pulito e confortevole. La ricezione è anche eccellente, il cibo al ristorante era delizioso, ma una cosa è che non possiamo fumare nel balcone, ma che non è davvero una grande questione

Ottimo resort a Chaweng immerso in un bellissimo parco, personale cortese e super disponibile. Un plauso a Claudia per la sua disponibilità e cordialità. Ottima colazione. Ottima cucina anche per la cena. Resort adatto alle famiglie. Unico neo, la spiaggia davanti al resort non è molto grande e il mare di fronte, avendo una barriera di fronte, risulta meno limpido rispetto al resto ma, comunque, facendo pochi metri alla destra del resort si gode di una splendida e trasparente acqua.

The Mercure Samui, is hands down one of the most spectacularly positioned hotels on the beautiful Chaweng beach. At just one year old it is also the most beautifully landscaped and furnished of the many hotels we have been so lucky to stay during our travels. The team who maintain and care for the hotel and clearly understand the importance of guest services is outstanding. From the wonderful management of Nat and Nina, to their beautiful staff of whom there are too many to mention and the amazing reception team of, Sira, Bella, B and Daris, there was nothing that they didn’t do to make our stay as perfect as possible. We wish we could name them all. Everyone was wonderful! We had planned a seven day stop over here on Koh Samui as we came to the end of two months travelling in Europe. We chose the Mercure and Koh Samui on a whim as hopefully a restful place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for more! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast each morning was a buffet with a chef station for selecting items that could be made on request. The restaurant team at meal times and at breakfast was cognisant of my wife’s gluten intolerance and catered for her with excellent alternatives. They were brilliant! We had not considered a return to Koh Samui before our arrival but all that has now changed. We will indeed return to the Mercure for the pure joy this wonderful hotel provided us during our stay. The beach is one of the cleanest and calmest of the beaches we have visited in Asia. Travel too and from the Samui Central mall or down to Lamai is inexpensive and extremely well serviced by small buses that pass by the hotel at least every five minutes and cost just 100 THB. The rooms are beautifully furnished as you would expect from such a new hotel. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. A fabulous shower! We stayed in pool access room, 2005. It was a real treat to be able to walk into the beautifully clean and well appointed pool whenever we felt the need for a refresh. Access to the pool and the beach was easy from all rooms with plenty of shady deck chairs available. The three bars, on the beach, in the pool, on the rooftop of the restaurant, offered happy hour times that varied between venues. As you can see from this review, we loved the Mercure on Koh Samui. We are already planning a return visit!
