As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated the hotel’s professional travel information and thoughtful safety reminders. They made me feel well-supported throughout my entire stay in Yangon. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help whenever I had questions about transportation or places to visit. Thanks to their guidance, everything went smoothly and I felt very safe exploring the city on my own. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Yangon.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno presso Hotel Grand United - 21st Downtown a Yangon, Myanmar. In quanto musulmano, devo consigliarvi di rimanere lì, avrete mangiare Halal vicino all'hotel. Ci sono diverse moschee a piedi vicino all'hotel. Ti piacerà il posto, quindi devo raccomandare.

Хороший отель. Местоположение в центре - в шаговой доступности магазины, уличная еда, обмен валют. Если немного пройтись пешком или такси - пагоды Шведагон и Суле. При отеле на последнем этаже кафе с завтраками. Вообще самые приятные впечатления о Янгоне и Мьянме вцелом. В данный отель вернусь при следующем визите.

I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but I needed to cancel my second night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The room was simple and functional. There was nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the size of the room. I also enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Even when there was a language barrier, they made a genuine effort to communicate and help in any way they could. Their friendliness and professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, this is a clean, practical hotel with excellent service, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Yangon.

Pretty varied impressions of the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, no big problems to get anywhere. Most of the staff is friendly, but the problem is that only one of the staff speaks good English. Also the owner of the place speaks English. It happens that under one type of room with one name there can be 2 types of rooms: you can easily be given a room without windows, or you can be given a smoky room. I do not recommend to take breakfast, as it is rather poor for this price and the choice of dishes is not great. Do not think of giving your clothes to the laundry. A few things were in disrepair afterwards. Overall, a normal hotel with a good location and friendly staff, if you are willing to sometimes long to explain your needs or fight for the paid level.

Se stai cercando un posto vicino all'aeroporto questo hotel è buono. A parte questo non c'è altro. Il personale è amichevole, ma c'è un autobus gratuito che è circa 5 minuti all'aeroporto. Il colazione inizia alle 6. Non è affatto fantasma, ma non è male. Questo hotel è medio in termini di qualità.

Il Balmi Hotel è situato nel cuore della città, e in generale è stata una piacevole esperienza. Tuttavia, ho incontrato un problema che richiede attenzione, ho notato due piccoli cazzoni durante il mio soggiorno, mentre ciò non ha rovinato la mia esperienza, ma ha bisogno di migliorare le misure di controllo delle malattie, affrontandolo migliorerebbe notevolmente la qualità complessiva del soggiorno. Nonostante ciò, Balmi ha molto da offrire e potrebbe facilmente essere una scelta di primo piano per i viaggiatori una volta risolto questo problema.

Our stay was short but the Holly Hotel is very close to the bus station and 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is very helpful! It is a little sad that you can not open a window in the room as we don't like to use AC. The hotel is also close to the Terminal M shopping mall with Ocean supermarket.

Esecutivi del Front Desk parlare fluentemente sia in inglese che in mandarino. Un uomo junior executive si mostra attento e vuole aiutare la natura; il resto del personale è proprio come questo umile giovane. Il servizio di trucco in camera è buono e eccellente.
