Good location by river front and near Pub Street for eating places and near markets. Night market right in front of hotel. Good courteous and helpful reception staff. Quick and efficient check in. Room is good sized. Has good WiFi and coffee and tea as well as fridge for cold water. Bed is comfortable and good size. Clean throughout. Nice warm swimming pool. Can see the sunrise from there. Sadly no gym. Breakfast is adequate and staff are very obliging. Good service. Value for money.

Everything was great except for the second morning, when some young people in the next room were listening to loud music and shouting in the corridor at 5 AM. The hotel’s location is very close to Pub Street, making transportation easy. The tuk-tuk drivers waiting in front of the hotel are very friendly and polite, and the hotel staff is the same. Oh! If you're an early sleeper, request a room on the lower floors, as the music from the pool can be loud for sleeping. Much love to the hotel staff 🌺

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno qui, ma non mi piace che non si possa portare cibo in hotel. Non credo sia giusto non permettere spuntini e frutta ecc. La piscina è fantastica e il personale è gentile.

Okay nel nome, okay nel soggiorno. Sono arrivato molto presto la mattina e pagando un piccolo supplemento ho potuto effettuare il check-in anticipato, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Tuttavia, l'addetto notturno parlava solo un po' di inglese, il che ha reso le cose un po' difficili. Dopo avermi accompagnato in una stanza che non era pronta, mi sono diretto verso una seconda che non credo fosse destinata a me perché era una stanza più grande. Nessuna lamentela a parte la confusione su quale stanza avrebbe dovuto essere mia. Ho chiesto della colazione ma al momento non servivano. Inoltre, non c'era nessuno a portata di mano nell'area della piscina: nessun servizio di cibo/bevande lì. Sono un nuotatore fiducioso, ma se non lo sei, fai attenzione perché non c'è nessuno che possa supervisionare. La piscina stessa era davvero di buone dimensioni con lettini intorno. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è in un vicolo ma devo ammettere che non mi sentivo in pericolo. I tuk tuk erano sempre disponibili all'esterno: costa $ 2 per la strada dei pub. Ho prenotato alcuni tour da qui: mi sono stati utili anche quando ho finito per cancellarne uno. Il check-out posticipato non è un'opzione. Puoi lasciare la valigia ma non c'è uno spazio ”sicuro”: era solo alla reception e nemmeno dietro la scrivania, cosa che non mi piaceva.

V-Plus Hotel offered a wonderful experience, particularly with its spacious pool that encouraged relaxation. The cleanliness of my room was noteworthy, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. This standard hotel provides excellent service and amenities that cater to all guests. The friendly staff were always cheerful, greeting me with warm smiles. They provided comprehensive information about the hotel and surrounding attractions, making my stay seamless. The delicious food served was a pleasant surprise, further enhancing my overall experience.

The room I was given to was below my expectations as the TV and fridge weren’t working. Was hoping the fridge was working as the weather there was hot and keeping a few cold drinks would be nice. Nonetheless the staff and the service are great. Perhaps they could upgrade the doors to a card system than a key instead.

В целом нам всё понравилось. За очень скромные деньги максимум возможного. Бассейн приятный, с джакузи и лежаками, скромно, но всё действует. Выбор завтрака небольшой, но опять же, шведского стола мы не ожидали. Кофе-чай в любом количестве бесплатные. До Паб стрит минут 15-20 неспешным шагом. Рядом много кафешек и билетных касс в соседние города. При случае вернусь в этот отель. Для бюджетного путешествия всем рекомендую.

La posizione è perfetta, e il personale è amichevole e utile. Tuttavia, la stanza aveva mosquiti, che era deludente. In generale, il soggiorno era ancora accettabile.

This hotel is really clean, comfortable, and located peaceful area, its next to an elementary school and very quiet at night. I enjoyed the Angkor Wat tour and free rental bicycle. Both of them are offered by this hotel. Furthermore, the staffs here have a great hospitality. Both men at the reception were so friendly, and spoke good English. It was a memorable moment to talk with them. Thank you for the wonderful time! (^ ^)

La posizione è eccezionale. Ci sono molti ristoranti economici e ben valutati proprio nello stesso vicolo. La camera è spaziosa e anche il bagno è spazioso. Anche la piscina è ben tenuta e ottima per il relax. È fantastico andare su ad Angkor Wat e scendere a Pub Street. La pulizia viene effettuata una volta ogni tre giorni e gli asciugamani possono essere cambiati direttamente al primo piano.
