HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto buona. Dritto vicino all'AEON e McDonald's, e c'è un 7-Eleven solo un 2-minute camminare lontano. La stazione metropolitana è anche accanto all'hotel, e ci vorrà solo circa 15 minuti a piedi a Shinsaibashi. Mi fermerò qui di nuovo la prossima volta che torno.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è vicina a Shinsaibashi e Dotonbori, e Nihonbashi è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. È anche un luogo di ritrovo popolare per gite e autobus turistici. Si può anche prendere in considerazione l'idea di prendere l'autobus per l'aeroporto per 5 minuti, quindi il trasporto è molto comodo.
A proposito, se scegliete un condominio, la pulizia verrà effettuata solo una volta ogni 3 giorni.
C'è anche una lavatrice indipendente e utensili da cucina semplici in camera. La funzione di aspirazione dei fumi di cottura è nella media, e il metodo di aspirazione dei fumi di olio è appena accettabile se si frigge solo leggermente.

E 'stato vicino al famoso Glico uomo. E 'stato anche a piedi di distanza dal Parco e altri grandi negozi. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos sono vicini. Per quanto riguarda le viaggi di cibo, ci sono molti rami posti intorno. La stazione Namba è a circa 1 km da qui, che può facilmente camminare anche con bagagli, dove si può prendere la linea Nankai all'aeroporto di Kansai. Sì, l'aeroporto è solo un treno di distanza, non c'è bisogno di noleggiare trasferimenti privati costosi.

UUtente ospiteAmbiente: Si trova vicino a Fengsu Street, ma è possibile svoltare dalla strada principale senza preoccuparsi della sicurezza. I minimarket sono molto vicini e al piano inferiore si trovano un ristorante vietnamita di recente apertura e un famoso ristorante thailandese, che potete provare.
Servizi: L'hotel non dispone di lavatrici e asciugatrici. Anche la lavanderia vicina è lontana. Il frigorifero in camera è piccolo e rumoroso.
Servizio: È possibile effettuare il check-in e il check-out autonomamente tramite la macchina. Purtroppo, il personale non parla affatto cinese e inglese. In caso di problemi con la camera, sarà difficile comunicare. Tuttavia, il personale ha comunque utilizzato con entusiasmo il traduttore per risolvere il problema.
Posizione: A dire il vero, la distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana non sembra essere molto breve (solo la distanza in linea d'aria è breve), e le persone con più bagagli dovrebbero essere prudenti.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione era ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi da un minimarket e da una stazione ferroviaria vicina, e a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Dotonbori, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto comodi.
La camera in sé era confortevole, ma ci è stato fornito un solo cuscino. Quando abbiamo richiesto un cuscino extra, ci è stato comunicato che sarebbe costato 500 ¥ a cuscino, il che è stato un po' deludente. Ci è stato anche comunicato che se fossero stati lasciati oggetti sul letto, la camera non sarebbe stata pulita per la giornata, il che ci è sembrato piuttosto restrittivo.
Nel complesso, l'hotel è ben posizionato, ma si consiglia agli ospiti di leggere attentamente queste condizioni prima di prenotare.

UUtente ospiteI couldn't believe how nice this hotel is and how well designed the rooms are to provide so much in such a compact space. The renovations look great, and everything is very clean and smells pleasant everywhere. It was great to have a PIN to enter so I have no key to worry about losing/locking myself out and no check out needed; the private bathroom was wonderful (and a delightful surprise in a Japanese hotel given the limited space); the room has many outlets in excellent locations, the connection to the TV’s HDMI port is conveniently right on the wall with the outlets, the room includes a kettle, a fridge, a hair straightener, a hair dryer, cups, hangers, an aromatic spray, an air purifier/humidifier, air conditioning, big mirrors, a luggage rack, a flashlight, and a USB cable that has 3 different types of adaptors on the end; they make free soft drinks available to guests between 3 pm AND 9 pm DAILY (and some alcohol at a later time); they have an onsen with natural hot spring water, they have a sauna and as well as contrast (cold/natural temperature water) bath by the onsen, and they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; they allow guests to take as many extra pillows as they want or need, and the pillows have different heights and softness to choose from; they have many spaces to relax from an outdoor terrace to dimly lit relaxation room with hammocks and recliners to a bar set up with outlets and wireless charging; they have coin laundry and dryer available (but they provide detergent free), they have free pajamas available to borrow, they have razors and toothbrushes available, and they give you gifts if you don’t need cleaning on days of consecutive stay plus gifts if you don’t use up their toothbrush that they leave out for free in your room... it really did not feel like anything was lacking. And to top it off, all of the staff are very kind and friendly. I also am big about reducing waste, and I appreciate the initiatives they are taking at their hotel. The only thing I didn't try was their food, since it cost extra to have the breakfast. I did however discover my favourite Japanese drink from their free soft drinks (カルピスメロン) and since leaving the hotel, trying to find it in convenience stores and vending machines has proven difficult. Overall I had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here any time.

Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet.
There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day)
Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage
Hotel Room:
We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes
But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything.
Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay
Hotel features:
Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views.
The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free.
The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day.
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful
Overview:
100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

UUtente ospiteI had a generally decent stay at Welina Premier Hotel Shinsaibashi, with a few strong highlights and some trade-offs to be aware of.
Location – Excellent but with a Catch
The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The hotel is situated right opposite Don Quijote, making it extremely convenient for late-night shopping and quick access to Dotonbori, Namba, and surrounding shopping streets, eateries, and nightlife. Everything is within walking distance, which made getting around very easy.
However, the downside of being in such a lively area is the environment. Since the hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars, the streets can be quite dirty, especially in the morning. You may notice trash and unpleasant smells when stepping out. That said, it’s clear that local workers clean up regularly and do their best to maintain the area.
Room – Spacious and Functional
The room size is larger than average for this price range in Osaka, which was a pleasant surprise. There was enough space to comfortably open two large suitcases. Amenities were provided, including a safe box, kettle, and a small coffee/tea setup. Toiletries are from POLA, a good-quality Japanese brand, although a shower cap was not included.
One drawback is the housekeeping policy. Complimentary room cleaning is not available even for a 3-night stay. Fresh towels are provided daily, but if you want your rubbish cleared, you need to leave it outside the room.
Service – Basic and Minimal
Service here is quite minimal. There are no welcome drinks or complimentary pantry services, although the hotel does offer a breakfast option for ¥1500 (which I did not try).
Communication can be a bit challenging, as some staff who are not Japanese also do not speak much English. It may take extra effort to get your message across. Additionally, the level of hospitality felt quite basic—there were no greetings or warm interactions when entering or leaving the hotel, which is quite different from the typical Japanese omotenashi experience, even compared to some more affordable hotels.
Overall
This hotel is best suited for travelers who prioritize location and space over service. It’s a practical place to rest after a full day out, but if you are looking for warm hospitality or a more refined stay, this may fall short.

Posizione: Tre stazioni nelle vicinanze, facilmente raggiungibili in qualsiasi direzione. C'è anche un minimarket nelle vicinanze e un numero civico a 15-20 minuti a piedi. Tsutenaku e un grande mercato di donki si trovano nelle vicinanze. La zona è piuttosto tranquilla, molto comoda e sicura.
Appartamento: L'appartamento in sé è molto carino. Ha una stanza abbastanza grande, un piccolo divano e una piccola cucina. I bagni sono separati. Il WC è molto pulito e il bagno è super moderno, con riscaldamento e asciugatrice. C'è una lavatrice e detersivo per il bucato. La stanza ha una scrivania e una TV con servizi di streaming. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare i fornelli. È disponibile anche tutto il necessario per lavare e lavarsi.
Contro: Il letto ha iniziato a scricchiolare il secondo giorno, anche solo sedendoci sopra. Non ci sono tovaglioli di carta o altri utensili per asciugare i piatti in cucina.
