Il personale era estremamente amichevole e competente, molto bello nuovo hotel centrale. Prezzo prestazioni molto buone. Ciò che ci è stato molto piacevole è che se non hai bisogno di servizio in camera, che non è vero anche in un fine settimana, si ottiene 5€ come credito in conto in camera 👍🏼 Anche altrimenti in camera e in generale efficiente e buono - Sono sicuro che torneranno qui o in un hotel in catena in un altro luogo.

L'indirizzo è relativamente parziale, come il campo, ma tranquillo e adatto a dormire.Per dodici minuti a piedi è possibile andare in un cinema, con un ristorante, e XO è buono.
La camera doppia è un po'taccata, circa 80 cm.
Il piccolo fratello della reception è molto buono e ha un servizio entusiasta.
La colazione è semplice, anche buona.

酒店總體感覺還可以，一是有停車位停車方便，二是有早餐能吃飽，三是服務還不錯前台的帥小夥免費給我們升級了房間住的很舒服，就是酒店有點舊，還是不錯的！

La stanza è pulita e confortevole, quattro letti singoli sono anche molto addormentati. Anche se il bordo è vicino alla strada, il suono è molto buono. La stanza non ha un po'di condizionamento, ma in pratica è ancora un buon sonno. L'hotel può memorizzare i bagagli, l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è anche buono, consigliato!

SStanley The Travel ManThis hotel is at the end of the lake. The hotel serves a really tasty buffet lunch for 15.90 Euros. It includes, salad, soup, probably 3 or 4 meat dishes and dessert. I was there 10 minutes before a huge group , maybe 50 in all arrived and I had to hurry myself to get my food because it would be a long wait. When I was eating people can’t squeeze by each other but I only ate there once and since it will rain that afternoon I didn’t waste any time.
I have to say the staff was ok. A lady checked me in quite efficiently. I paid the occupancy tax and I got the key. When I arrrived at 11:45 am, there was no one in the small reception office. A waitress was really serving diners. There is a man who worked at the deli /sausage shop next to it to help out. I have to say the staff there in general wasn’t that welcoming. I wish they had been more pleasant and show a little smile and happiness in their work. It seemed like she was there because she had no other choice.
The room is 12 at the end of a long hallway. There is a big window. The room is small but I was fine with it. No complaint. The other thing is I wish they put a table lamp on the small desk. Otherwise, the room has enough shelf space for me.
The morning buffet is excellent. It offered some tomatoes, small baby coins , cucumbers, many different of rolls, several varieties of ham , salami, egg, sausages, yogures, juice, cereal. The coffee is made with coffee beans and it was excellent. The breakfast is the best.
The small village has practically nothing. There is another hotel 10 to 15 minutes that serve dinner. Another town Bad Goisern is 2.4 miles to the north accessible by train or by bus where there is a Hofer ( Aldi in the U S ) and other supermarkets and restaurants. If you don’t have a car, you have to be prepared something or pay to eat at the one and only restaurant that I knew. On the other hand, this hotel has a microwave oven and one water kettle in case you have instant noodles. The bakery a few steps is expensive. I had a coffee and a sweet roll for 8 Euros.
The hotel is a few steps from a trail that takes you down 6 miles to Obertraun . The trail is in good condition and a large distance is by the lake. You can find the trail in Alltrails. There is a restaurant called Seecafé Obertraun that you can rest to have a sandwich , coffee or a beer. The sitting is by the lake and there is a clean restroom . The waitress and waiter were both friendly.
If I have to do it again, I would take a bus to Hallstatt from there . I think the bus number is 542 to 544. It should be cheaper than the ferry which is a rip off . 12 Euros for a 25 minutes ride. Bus is cheaper . The ferry is a fraud and it shouldn’t charge that much. I didn’t know there is a bus connection from there.
All in all, this hotel is quite decent. The hotel doesn’t serve dinner but the buffet lunch is quite adequate. If you eat at 2:00 pm ( I think it closes at 2:30 pm ), you won’t need to dinner. Aside from the not so welcoming one out of 3 staff members, price is unbeatable. I notice that the price doesn’t change if you book early or late and doesn’t use dynamic pricing which I hate. If there is availability, you pay the same price which is more than fair.
I read that one guest complaInts about the smell from the kitchen and the meat market next to it. It isn’t really an issue. There is a door on the second floor leading down to the kitchen and meat market. Someone closed the door in the morning. Some people just was so nitpicking when they are angry which is not justifiable. I believe the owner offers a decent , clean room for a very fair price as Hallstatt is really touristy and this hotel is a much better option that staying in Hallstatt and pay overpriced food and lodging with every shop sells souvenirs. If you are in the area, this hotel is an excellent choice.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto lontana da Hallstatt se si prevede di utilizzare questo come base (alta 10-20 min bus o 5 min tren + ferry se si cattura il treno), ma la vista e il prezzo sicuramente compensa. La vista è davvero fantastica e si può vedere Hallstatt e la vista del lago assolutamente stupenda dalla vostra stanza se si prenota il balcone uno. E' davvero buono per me. Il personale è anche molto gentile e amichevole.
Ma si noti che il deposito dei bagagli è un servizio pagato (2 euro per un giorno, quindi non lo so male). Anche tu hai solo il tuo bagno, ma non il bagno nella tua stanza (nel mio caso devo camminare un po' per trovare il mio bagno che è condiviso in 2 camere) Se non ti importa di queste, questa è una stanza perfetta con la vista perfetta!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel dispone di un buon colazione e di un tempo monumentale. L'hotel è situato proprio accanto alla strada di shopping, che è molto conveniente con molte opzioni alimentari prima che il negozio sia chiuso. È anche servito da un sistema di tram che può portare alla stazione ferroviaria in generale un hotel molto bello per stare con un amico.

Parking is a bit of a problem with limited space for unloading only near the hotel. Highly recommend this location for easy access to Bad Ischl and Hallstättersee without the crowds.

UUtente ospiteIl piccolo rosso è raccomandato, ma in realtà si sento un po'di dispiacere, forse per la fama, le strutture sono molto generali, il sapore di legno molto morbido nella stanza, il vento è molto vecchio per fermarsi dieci secondi.Alla fine, devo pagare di più, non c'è un aspetto particolarmente redditizio. Ma la posizione geografica è buona.
