Hotel a 3 stelle in Riau, Indonesia

First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi? Dan di kamar mandi, air wastafel tidak bersih dan di area shower, air tidak mengalir lancar dan tersumbat, perlu menunggu 15-20 menit untuk menggunakan area shower lagi. Mohon tindakan untuk kebersihan dan layanan kartu akses.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth — in fact, I was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious and breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only concern was the air-conditioning in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cooling properly. I informed the front desk, and the technician came to check, but there was no improvement. This made the stay less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great good.

i have stayed here many times because the location is very close to food corner, mall and some cafe my problem during short stay this time, first The wifi, it's very terrible, the connection constantly slow during my stay, i want to do my work and it kept reloading also i found some bugs on my bed but still manage to clean it by my self. previous stay all was ok

In generale, l'hotel a Pekanbaru è molto economico e offre un buon prezzo per i soldi. L'unico scontro che ho notato è stato un odore sgradevole nel bagno, che potrebbe essere dovuto alla pulizia non effettuata o forse a un problema con la piombo La colazione era piuttosto standard, non favolosa, ma ancora decente e piacevole. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il personale di accoglienza... Erano molto accoglienti, amichevoli e utili durante il soggiorno, che facevano una differenza positiva. Un altro convenienza è la posizione: vicino all'hotel c'è un Indomaret e un caffè, che rende facile prendere le esigenze di ogni giorno o un drink veloce. Tuttavia, si dovrebbe essere attenti quando si attraversa la strada davanti all'hotel, perché il traffico può essere molto occupato

The hotel is very clean and peaceful， The service is also good， rooms are spacious and dont carry bad smell. The only problem i can think of is towels and curtain. which i guess wont be problem for anyone who is not picky like me， there is a little amount of light leaking through curtains which will make you awake if you are sensitive to light. Also the towels are thin which are not to my liking and they are missing small towels. Breakfast downstairs is delicious but there isnt much to select from.morning coffee is the best i have tasted all over indonesia. Over all good hotel and would choose to stay here next time too. Also thanks to the staff. Best regards

Il servizio è buono. La posizione è una strategia dal momento che si trova nella città di Pekanbaru. Rimasto qui per 2 notti. Le camere finora sono pulite e confortevoli ma hanno qualche danno sul letto e la pittura di parete. L'AC ha bisogno di tempo per diventare freddo ma finora così buono.

La stanza è pulita ma non c'è tovagliolo nella stanza.Per favore controlla la stanza a volte non c'è nessuna distanza nella stanza per cambiare il canale TV
