Hotel a 3 stelle in Agiaria, Georgia

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

La stanza era pulita. Ha tutto quello che poteva essere necessario. La vista era anche molto bella. Ci hanno dato un bel benvenuto e sono stati molto attenti. Non abbiamo avuto problemi. Era piacevole.

Nella stanza aleggiava un odore insopportabile di sostanze chimiche.

Invece di ”ciao”, ho dato al manager di Nick: ”Voglio un altro hotel”. Pensavo che il tassista parlasse della costruzione, nelle mappe ho visto che il centro era lontano, e mi ha girato completamente. La sorpresa di Nicky non era limitata, ma presto si rende conto che non era l'hotel, ma i miei timori.Durante i suoi anni di lavoro, imparò a sentire gli ospiti e mostrare la bellezza dove non la noti prima. La vista della stanza è affascinante mare, città, montagne. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, tutto è disponibile per un soggiorno confortevole, si sente confortevole e gratuito. Solo così tranquillo che il caffè mattina sul balcone o sulla prateria diventa un rituale di felicità. E per quanto riguarda il ”Distanza dal centro”, si è scoperto che l'hotel è proprio nel mezzo tra il centro e il giardino botanico, il trasporto di un penny. Ecco un vero conforto, amicizia, atmosfera di casa, e Nick ci ha guidati in vista, ha mostrato Batumi, e si è trovato molto più economico di qualsiasi altro, ha aiutato i bambini. Grazie a zio Guramu, zia Inessa e la loro famiglia si sono incontrati come famiglia.Il cibo è delizioso, domestico. Li chiamo zio e zia non dalla gentilezza che si avvicinano. Sono sicuro di tornare. E solo in questo hotel per una vera ospitalità georgiana.

В целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал. В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит

Great place to stay nearby everything in the old city. Short walk to anything. Friendly staff that will help with anything, an AMAZING breakfast buffet and super comfy beds! And the rooftop view was great!!

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность, место тихо, уютное, спальный район. На ресепшене очень приятный и гостеприимный человек, что не мало важно. Сам номер был очень чистым, уютным, ванная комната чистая, все необходимые принадлежности предоставили, так самое важное, что супер дешево Буду заселяться только тут. Спасибо большое ❤️

Abbiamo avuto poche difficoltà a trovare la posizione, poiché la foto che abbiamo visto durante la prenotazione era Ristorante foto al contrario della posizione.. Ma le camere erano spaziali, il personale era amichevole e le strutture erano buone vista sul mare erano buone in generale Buono valore per i soldi.Vorremmo rimanere più quando visitaremo Batumi di nuovo in futuro.

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
