Hotel a 3 stelle in Surrey, Regno Unito

L'hotel è pulito e conveniente. La stanza era ben grande, ma il letto doppio era solo due single, così non era così comodo. Il personale era benvenuto e gentile. Resterò qui se mi accadde di essere nella zona.

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn

The location was excellent and hotel restaurant had all the food choices covered including Vegan. Only gripe was they ran out of some items at all the meals and also at breakfast they did not have much options for vegetarians , and it would be good if the breakfast is open a bit longer . The staff courteous and professional.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

Sono stato molto felice di stare in questo hotel, in quanto potevo portare i miei piccoli cani con me. Le aree circostanti l'hotel sono buone per portare i cani fuori prima e ultima cosa di notte. Li ho portati fuori con me in tempo di giorno, perché ho l'aria condizionata in macchina. Poi potremmo avere picnic in macchina. Sono felice di aver potuto fare colazione se avessi scelto. Ho avuto i miei snack con me, così potevo stare con i miei cani. Il personale dell'hotel era molto bello mentre uscivo di tè in un secondo stadio. Stavo per qualche giorno e mi sono esteso un giorno per fare qualche corso, mi ha permesso di esplorare la zona e cercare un appartamento, mentre mi muovo a Surrey in un mese. Grazie.

Molto carino, mi hanno dato una stanza con vista sul circuito. Posto molto tranquillo, anche se piuttosto lontano dalla città. Ma Uber è molto comodo. Si può anche ordinare cibo da Uber. Esperienza meravigliosa. Solo la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata. Il personale della sala colazione è molto cordiale, anche se sembra un po' strano. Grazie, tornerò sicuramente.
