Hotel a 3 stelle in Surrey, Regno Unito

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, although it is the first time that we used Trip to make the booking. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good range of food and drink available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and a good night sleep was had. If I had to make a negative point it would be that we were required to pay an additional fee for parking and that hasn’t been the case before. I didn’t notice anything about parking charges when I made the booking although it may have been there. As a hotel guest that I would expect overnight parking to be complementary however this will not impact whether or not we stay at the hotel again. Thank you to the friendly staff and compliments to the Cleaning staff for presenting us with a nice room.

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

L'hotel è un po' date e indossate, quindi ho avuto qualche trepidazione quando sono arrivato per la prima volta. Tuttavia, la mia stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Tutte le strutture abituali. Colazione era disponibile ma non l'ho presa. L'unica cosa che direi è che le stanze sono molto vicine e le porte sono molto alte. Ero fortunato di non avere vicini rumorosi, ma immagino che se avessero persone che venivano e andassero molto, sarebbe molto irritante.

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché abbiamo un volo mattinale da catturare. Questo hotel è collegato all'aeroporto North Terminal di Londra Gatwick da un corridoio. Il controllo in corso è stato effettuato entro 2 minuti, l'ascensore è gestito con la chiave della stanza, che è una sicurezza aggiuntiva. I letti sono confortevoli e sono stati grandi a guardare i Pasquali per preparare il nostro viaggio a Londra. Il colazione è grande, devo lodare il servizio del signor Bill, che è stato così proattivo per tutti i clienti. Amo i salsicce britannici, è una vergogna che hanno uova fritte. Ma il yogurt, il toast, Croissants, conflagrazioni sono tutti li', non per dimenticare una macchina da waffle, per divertirsi con le persone - intendo divertirsi durante la frattura.

Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

Sono stato molto felice di stare in questo hotel, in quanto potevo portare i miei piccoli cani con me. Le aree circostanti l'hotel sono buone per portare i cani fuori prima e ultima cosa di notte. Li ho portati fuori con me in tempo di giorno, perché ho l'aria condizionata in macchina. Poi potremmo avere picnic in macchina. Sono felice di aver potuto fare colazione se avessi scelto. Ho avuto i miei snack con me, così potevo stare con i miei cani. Il personale dell'hotel era molto bello mentre uscivo di tè in un secondo stadio. Stavo per qualche giorno e mi sono esteso un giorno per fare qualche corso, mi ha permesso di esplorare la zona e cercare un appartamento, mentre mi muovo a Surrey in un mese. Grazie.

What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river. The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh. We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us. We will definitely come back again.

Molto gentile dare una stanza può guardare il posto di corsa. Molto bello, anche se molto lontano dalla città. Ma Uber è molto conveniente. Anche può ordinare cibo da Uber. Una bella esperienza.Solo il colazione può essere aggiornato. Le cose al colazione sono molto amichevole, accettate che sembra un po' strano. Grazie, e tornerò a rimanere di nuovo.
