Hotel a 3 stelle in Uusimaa, Finlandia

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione centrale di Helsinki, a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto e a soli 100 metri dalle fermate di tram e metropolitana. La colazione era molto buona e, nonostante la presenza di molti ospiti, l'atmosfera era comunque piacevole. Nel complesso, un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo e un servizio impeccabile. Se dovessi tornare a Helsinki, soggiornerei di nuovo qui. Grazie a tutto lo staff dell'Hotel Arthur.

Adoro questo posto! Se torno in Finlandia, rimarrò qui. È proprio nel centro della città e camminando a distanza dalle attrazioni della città principale. Puoi anche camminare a Senato Square!! Il posto stesso è molto pulito, molto completo con apparecchiature di cucina che e anche muslim amico come è stato bidet... è facile da controllare con il codice anche!!

We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places.

Adorava il concetto di hotel senza ricevimento e senza personale - il check-in è stato effettuato online, e il codice di accesso all'edificio e alla stanza è stato fornito in anticipo. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente - a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. La stanza era accogliente con un bel letto e servizi...

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

Hotel correcte mais tu te sent que tu t adresse un robot, ce qui devient un sejour de congé plus que officiel, exemple je suis arrivé à l hotel a 12H mais le robot ne m a permis l accès à la chambre qu un 15H a la moniteur. Poser un TV ça va pas coûter cher, et je comprends pas pourquoi le fitness est fermé le week end. L hotel est merveilleux mais il a besoin de bonne gérance pour mieux le commercialiser. Bon courage

Durante un viaggio itinerante per la Finlandia ho soggiornato in diverse occasioni presso questa struttura che offre sistemazioni monolocali sostanzialmente identiche. Punto di forza è sicuramente l'ubicazione per gli spostamenti trovandosi a circa 15 minuti di treno (pari ad un servizio di metropolitana) dall'aeroporto e 15 minuti dal centro di Helsinki con fermata Malmi a circa 100 mt. L'area è prettamente residenziale con diverse attività commerciali nelle vicinanze. Nonostante la vicinanza con la stazione l'insonorizzazione esterna e ottima. Punto debole risulta invece la scarsa areazione della camera essedo possibile l'apertura solo di una piccola finestra a compasso (probabilmente per motivi si sicurezza . camere assegnate al piano 13 e 11) e del bagno cieco che tende a rimanere umido. Nell'ultima camera assegnata era presente anche uno sgradevole odore di pesce cucinato lasciato presumibilmente dal precedente cliente.

benedici questo hotel e il suo staff, il mio soggiorno è stato rilassante e tranquillo come solo uno può essere. finestre sul cortile interno, si poteva anche dormire con le finestre aperte, niente rumore della strada. L'aria condizionata a giugno è necessaria, era funzionante e regolabile. accanto all'hotel ci sono McDonalds e S_market, che consiglio, che ha un sacco di cibo. giardino botanico proprio dall'altra parte del canale letteralmente a 10 minuti a piedi, 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale. grazie hotel scandic e arrivederci alla prossima!!👋👋

The hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it.

Un hotel relativamente economico in una buona posizione. C'erano molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi era facile uscire a mangiare. La lavanderia era gratuita e il detersivo era fornito. L'ultimo giorno, il water della nostra camera si è rotto da solo e l'acqua continuava a scorrere, ma hanno risolto il problema via email.
