L'hotel è abbastanza lontano dal molo e c'è ancora una rampa di scale per arrivarci, ma per questo motivo puoi vedere il grande cancello torii dalla stanza! È bello consumare due pasti in un unico hotel e anche il bagno termale privato è bello! Quando parti, puoi depositare i bagagli e poi recarti al molo. Puoi chiedere al centro visitatori al molo di chiamare l'hotel e chiedere di inviare i tuoi bagagli al molo gratuitamente!

What a nice hotel! Great location! On our departure day, we left the hotel @ 4:15pm and got on the Nozomi Shinkanzen @ 4:28pm :-) Nice room size with table and leather bench so you don’t always have to sit on the bed. The public bath is modern and clean. The best part was the exceptional front desk staff who were so kind and friendly, probably the nicest front desk staff we have experienced in Japan so far. Special thanks goes out to the only male employee working around 4pm on 22nd of May who carried my bag out from the luggage storage and gifted me a mini origami. Your kindness really touched me! Also, great craftmanship!!!

I think it is unfair that this hotel has a low score on Trip.com. The reason I say this is because people were either looking for a “cheap hotel” in Hiroshima and were surprised by how far it is from Hiroshima Station and the city center, or they assumed the hotel was located on Miyajima Island. Since there are only five reviews on Trip.com as I am writing this, I want to make clear who this hotel is suitable for and who it is not. This hotel is perfect for people who want to stay as close as possible to the Miyajima ferry and spend just one night before heading to the island the next morning. You can reach the ferry either by walking (around 30 minutes) or by taking the local tram (around a 10–15 minute ride). This hotel is not a good fit if you want to stay in Hiroshima and explore the city. It is not close to Hiroshima Station, the city center, or any sightseeing spots. The area around the hotel also offers nothing, there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so take that into account. However, if your plan is to stay one night and go to Miyajima Island as early as possible the next morning, and you are traveling with limited luggage (do not bring large suitcases or any heavy luggage), then this hotel is a good choice. We had our main luggage sent to our hotel next to Hiroshima Station and only carried a small 5 kg carry-on with clothes for the next day. The walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel was about 10–15 minutes, and it was not as difficult as some reviews made it sound. Just use Google Maps and you will be fine. About the hotel itself, because of what we read, we expected nothing, but we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process, done by machine, was instant and smooth with no issues at all. Sometimes I really wonder what people are doing when I read their experiences. The room itself was more than fine. You have all the amenities you need, the room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, the bed was big enough for us, the hotel was clean, and overall it felt like a good hotel. I was even surprised that the hotel had a laundry room.

La stanza che mi hanno dato era rivolta a ovest e potevo vedere il fiume. Il tramonto serale era molto bello. Sebbene fosse un po' rumoroso perché era vicino alla strada, ho potuto ignorarlo perché era di fronte al Parco della Pace. La sua posizione era eccellente, quindi ho potuto tollerare tutti i suoi difetti. Bisogna prestare particolare attenzione alla tessera della stanza di questo hotel. Se la si perde, non si può effettuare il check-in gratuitamente. Bisogna pagare 9.000 yen per una tessera sostitutiva, quindi bisogna tenerla al sicuro dopo essere usciti.

La posizione è molto centrale, molte possibilità di mangiare nelle vicinanze, anche molti negozi sono molto vicini all'hotel. Peace Museum e Peace Memorial Park sono a circa 15 minuti a piedi. La colazione all'hotel è moderata, che riguarda sia la scelta dei pasti che le località in cui si svolge la colazione, potrebbe essere molto piena e stretta. La stanza che avevamo era abbastanza piccola per due persone, ma pulita, WiFi in hotel è debole. In generale, questo hotel è completamente ok per un breve soggiorno a Hiroshima.

Ho avuto un problema e ho dovuto rimanere urgentemente in questa città. Grazie per avermi preso!! Un hotel con i piedi e iucata, tè verde e pota di tè nella stanza. Non avevo un balcone ma la vista era eccellente!! Anche in hotel c'è Onsen con una vista chic. Sono stato felice di trovarlo dopo un giorno lungo e difficile. Grazie mille!!!

L'hotel è decente e accettabile per un breve soggiorno. La camera è piccola, si prevede, ma funzionale e in generale pulita. Una parte inferiore è la finestra, che si trova direttamente sul muro/faccia dell'edificio vicino, quindi c'è molto poca luce naturale e nessuna vista reale. La posizione e i servizi sono ok, ma niente di speciale. Una scelta adeguata se si vuole solo un posto di base per dormire, senza aspettare comfort o atmosfera.

Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia. La mia camera era sul lato mare, ma dato che era al secondo piano, c'era un edificio proprio di fronte, quindi mi chiedevo se la vista sarebbe stata bella, ma ero felice di poter vedere la porta Otorii. Quando ho fatto il check-in, mi è stato detto che l'orario del check-out era alle 10:00, ma quando ho effettuato la prenotazione erano le 12:00, quindi gliel'ho spiegato e si sono presi cura di me, grazie mille . Sono molto soddisfatto del cibo e del bagno. Voglio usarlo di nuovo.

Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in dopo le 21:00. Sebbene gli spazi siano condivisi, il futon nella zona lounge era rotto. Sarebbe gradito se pulissero l'area quotidianamente e controllassero questi dettagli. Le aree comuni erano spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. Sarebbe utile una maggiore segnaletica per chi parla spagnolo, ad esempio un avviso che indichi il costo aggiuntivo per il noleggio degli asciugamani. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e ringraziamo Eva per averci aiutato con il check-in.
