Hotel a 5 stelle in Prefettura di Mie, Giappone

The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor.

La posizione era molto lontana, non molto di più, doveva andare in città più vicina per ottenere cibo a meno che non mangiate nella sala da pranzo. C'era un bug attaccato alla stanza che potevamo usare per guidare intorno al complesso dell'hotel per esplorare, era divertente, e hanno anche un bel po' di decente (la parte più vecchia dell'hotel). Sono eccitato per la nuova piscina e mi piacerebbe tornare qui se la vita permette.La villa era spaziale e la amo tanto. Super comodo e c'è un ponte con un BBQ, sedie a ponte per il raffreddamento, giocatore vinile, un telescopio per stelle e è generalmente un piacevole soggiorno.

I have two feelings about this stay. 1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival. 2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.

Truly most stunning architecture. We chose a “Villa” that’s stone n wood. We love the attention to detail of everything in the room. I was so relaxed I fell asleep on the sofa n missed the heavenly bed w/the fluffiest duvet on Earth. We love the eel kaiseki dinner which was so delicious. The best part was going to their sister property Aqua Ignis which is a huge hotel w/many outdoor onsens. The H Confectionary cake sweets shop was out of the world! I got some chocolate balls w/cream inside, too yummy for words. Also had a great massage in the spa by the kindest n most passionate masseuse Doy. We’ll go back n stay there soon

L'hotel era spazioso e il personale era amichevole. La stanza giapponese era pulita, decorata con gusto e offre una bella vista sull'oceano. Le strutture del nostro hotel erano eccellenti, soprattutto il bagno all'aperto, che ha fornito un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. È stato meraviglioso cenare e colazione. Sarei sicuramente rimasto in questo hotel.

La suite è di 100 m2 ed è enorme . La nostra suite è dotata di 3 futon, perfetta per 3 gentiluomini. La grande bagno è ben fornita con le più belle strutture cosmetiche e i tovaglioli fluffy. Tutto nel frigorifero era libero, anche i vini. Tuttavia non abbiamo consumato nessuno. Il salone del Club al quinto piano era già ben fornito con tutti i tipi di snack, bevande e vini, aperti dal mattino al tardi della notte. Abbiamo avuto un colazione giapponese il giorno e un colazione occidentale il secondo giorno.

お伊勢参りの際に家族で泊まりました。 受付、レストラン、シャトルバスの送迎の方と皆さんとても親切で丁寧な接客で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 夜食フレンチのコース、朝食ビュッフェともに美味しかったです。 特に朝食は色々なものがあったので、本当につけてよかったなと思いました。 お部屋の水回りは設備は古く水圧も少し弱いですが、綺麗してあり、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがあったのはよかったです。温泉に入れるので特にマイナス要素ではありませんでした。 温泉のパールの湯が綺麗で、あがってからも全身キラキラとしていて嬉しかったです。売店でお土産に買って帰りました。 一応スキンケアセットを持ってきましたが、必要ありませんでした。 両親も喜んでくれたので、ここにしてよかったです。

伊勢志摩を旅行する際にホテルを探していたら、絶景が綺麗なホテルと聞いて滞在してみました。 今回は、プレミアムツインルームに1泊しました。お部屋からの景色はとても綺麗で、全体的に清潔感があってとても過ごしやすかったです。 宿泊者限定のラウンジも無料で利用でき、アルコールやおつまみなどの無料提供もありました。 施設の周りは自然豊かで、お散歩がてら周ってみたのですがとても新鮮な気持ちになりました。 屋上から見える夕陽も格別です。 スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしかったです。場所がわからず、お聞きした時にスタッフさん同士の連携プレーでその場所まで案内してくださってとても親切な対応で嬉しかったです。 ここのホテルは、G7サミット2016が開催されたホテルなので、当時使われた机と椅子がそのまま残されていてとても見応えを感じました。 賢島駅から徒歩5分前後で着くので、とてもアクセスしやすいです。 ぜひ、また利用してみたいと思いました。

Ho vissuto una notte con tre membri della famiglia, che è un alloggio molto soddisfacente. Prima di tutto, la stanza è grande e pulita.Posso passare un tempo facile.Soprattutto il panorama è buono, è davvero bello sentire un sentimento straordinario. I punti di cena sono auto-aiuti di mattina e sera, e molti tipi di.Molti piatti sono fatti con cibo locale, sono deliziosi e la famiglia è molto piacevole.I menu che i bambini amano sono molti, e questo è anche un buon punto. Sono fermamente convinto che anche nella confessione reale, sia stato altamente valutato, chiamato ”varietà e deliziosi”. Inoltre, ci sono molti soggiorni e caldi, quindi puoi goderti pienamente da solo in hotel.In generale, il servizio e le strutture sono ben equilibrati, ho passato un po'di tempo facile. L'hotel che raccomanda fortemente viaggi a casa è un buon hotel, che ti permette di ”rientrare”.
