Hotel a 3 stelle in Goa, India

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

The location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal. The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean. Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier. The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.

The hotel is at good place. Rooms and foods are fabulous. Service is excellent. Next time when i visit goa will definitely stay here only

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

Sono andato durante la stagione delle monsone e l'albergo doveva prendere precauzioni per evitare ogni inondazione, mettendo in coperte enormi che lo facevano sembrare in costruzione. Quindi, se stai andando durante la stagione delle monsone, non ti sorprende se non sembra le foto.Non ho avuto lamentele, almeno non ha impedito l'inondazione. Il personale era tutto incredibile e molto bello, ma non è un ostello senza contanti, quindi tutto è attraverso la loro app. Sono andato al picco fuori così poco di un ostello vibe e la gente si è messo in gran parte ai propri gruppi. Non c'è molto intorno all'ostello, tranne qualche caffè, ma ha un ambiente molto tranquillo e rilassante.È anche a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Manderm dove si può camminare ****** la spiaggia completa per andare ad Arambol e anche al lago d'acqua dolce. Tutto in servizio e pulizia è stato grande, la posizione è stata buona e non molto impianti, tranne una piccola piscina.

Così bella, non posso dire che. La posizione è super vicina alla spiaggia di ashvem. Ristorante disponibile anche a piedi. Crowd della gracia è estremamente buono. Molto personale di supporto. Perfetto soggiorno per famiglia/solo/gruppo. L'ho appena amato.

Great stay and no complaints. Service was really nice & rooms were well organised and clean. The best part was food, really delicious!

Gli interni sono in buona condizione. La sua splendida. La stanza era pulita, ma la pulizia è stata fatta solo pulendo completamente. Visto polvere sul corno della galleria e il fondo della tazza di tè. Nessuno spazio dopo aver tenuto il letto. Nessun modo per asciugare la tovagliola e vestiti bagnati. Il bagno è molto piccolo in dimensioni non si può facilmente fare mentre si è fatto il bagno. Ripetuamente si pokera il bagno. Il nome della camera è esecutiva, ma è una categoria di camera di dimensioni più basse e il prezzo è poco affitto rispetto alle camere di dimensioni simili in altre proprietà.

Il resort è situato nel tranquillo ambiente di Colva, a circa 1 km dalla spiaggia. La tranquilla posizione è perfetta per una via di relax. Il cibo è stato delizioso, completato da un bel ambiente. Le camere erano pulite e ben mantenute, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole. Tuttavia, l'accento della nostra esperienza era il personale, che erano eccezionalmente gentili, attenti e sempre pronti ad aiutare. La loro ospitezia ha reso davvero il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Molto raccomandato!
