It’s decent hotel we loved it. The only issue was parking because we wanted a safe parking space as we were looking through different hotels and it was listed. Only to find out when we got there that they were renovating their parking lot. It was not updated online.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well.
I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

Location was perfect for the business I needed to transact in the greater Umhlanga area. Staff we ever supportive of needs, breakfast buffet was amazing even though for very few people and food was good quality, room/suite was very very comfortable and spacious, plus they had a sauna which was a nice touch after the gym. I would stay again.

TTraveldairies.A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall.
The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though.
Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late.
We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets.
Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP.
I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon.
One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients
I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments.
The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable!
The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable.
My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

Environment : They are welcoming. . We had a good time . Since it’s winter we thought it’s gonna be too cold since it’s closer to the mountains. But to our surprise it’s warmer .
Activities : They have a brochure that has all the activities that will take place on that day . It has prices and locations of Activities .
Rooms : They are neat and our room has nice views

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend The Capital Zimbali and would definitely stay here again.

KKeshinVery well situated hotel. Room was clean with all regular complimentary amenities. Unfortunately breakfast left a lot to be desired. Went in an hour before service was scheduled to end and food was all dry. Looked like it had been overcooked and then left out for a long time before being reheated. Apart from that, the hotel itself was great. Definitely worth recommending, though I would suggest grabbing your breakfast elsewhere.
