Cina: hotel con spa nella provincia di Macao

This hotel is located at a very convenient location. But overall experience is just average because of the following main reasons: 1) check-in: the check-in area is crowded, no queue-up line for check-in/out customers and the whole area just looks chaos. When i tried to seek help, one of the staff directed me to a vacant line and when we came in front of the check-in counter, the staff was writing some sort of notes at a post card or something and didn’t greet us or even gave proper response to us. She looked at us for 1 second and carried on her writing task. We have no clue but just stood up there in front of the check-in counter and wait for the staff to acknowledge us. It was until I slightly raised my voice at her telling her I was waiting for her to finish the writing and help us to check-in, she notified I was a little bit angry and dropped her pen and took care of us!!! Shame that this famous hotel has this kind of training for staff!!! 2) Swimming pool: the swimming pool (at Bond Tower 2) is good and the staff were all very helpful. But what I suggest for the management is to include some sort of bar/snack facilities (like a small bar or something) at the pool side. It would be a nice and marvellous and chilled experience to have some cocktails or cold drinks sitting at such beautiful pool benches and sitting areas. 3) Hotel Bar: I was told that the Bard Bar was chosen to be one of the top 50 Asian bar and I have had the experience to go for a glass of cocktails with my wife after dinner. We are astonished by the “atmosphere” and “vibe” there…….. To be honest, the bar was beautifully decorated and the staff were all good and helpful. I don’t know if there was any propaganda or marketing or promotion issues, we arrived at the bar at around 9:30pm and left at around 11:30pm, we were the only customers there for the night!!! I think the management should do something on the promotion/propaganda as the place is such a nice place for hotel guests. Nice place, nice staff!!! 4) Check-out: we all understand that the normal check-out time was 12pm, however, I think it will be a definitely “turn-off” when you received a call from staff politely asking if I need an extension of stay (actually a relatively “polite” phrase for “sir, times up, you have to leave now…”) at 12:15pm!!! We had lots of experience over premium / luxury hotels and we both consider that 30 mins grace period is a “norm” and relatively appropriate period for customers to understand they are running over-time…… Frankly speaking, no offence as they did nothing wrong but we both suggest 30 mins a relatively better time period. Having expressed the above negative comments, we both want to shout out some good points of Londoner hotel. We were offered an upgrade promotion to Charles Suite at a rate of MOP500. And I must tell everybody that the cleanliness and tidiness of the room is superb, one of the best we’ve experienced. Thank you

Dal momento in cui entri nella hall principale, puoi sentire l'eleganza del The Conrad. Il personale è gentile, estremamente disponibile e pronto ad assistervi. Sono stato contattato per primo, rendendo il processo di check-in molto fluido. Sono stato in grado di fare il check-in in anticipo, il che è stato fantastico e molto utile. L'hotel è situato all'interno della zona commerciale di The Londoner, che penso sia la zona migliore in cui soggiornare. Ho soggiornato in altri hotel annessi a Macao che erano belli ma potrebbero essere difficili da navigare. Il Londoner è facile da girare a piedi e ha molti dei ristoranti principali (rispetto ai punti ristoro in altre aree commerciali annesse). Le camere stesse sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. L'arredamento è classico e un po' datato ma non logoro. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Excellent service and I love the hotel super pretty and well maintained!! The mall is interconnected and there are many nice restaurants, in fact you do not need to leave this building at all 😉 Enjoyed my time here with my friend, best hotel stay experience I ever had! 💕

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

Durante il Festival di Primavera dell'Anno del Drago, la nostra famiglia di tre persone ha trascorso del tempo a Yuyuan, dispone di strutture lussuose e un servizio premuroso. È uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Le suite dell'hotel sono calde come a casa. I due bellissimi maggiordomi, Xiao Guo e Xiao Lin, sono meticolosi in tutto, dal trasferimento all'aeroporto al servizio giornaliero, considerando il problema antiscivolo che deve affrontare un anziano di 80 anni un bagno, acquistarono appositamente delle pantofole di plastica, diventando davvero una governante. C'è un'ampia varietà di forniture per la camera, dall'uso quotidiano agli snack, e il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e reattivo! Eccellente hotel a Macao, torna qui la prossima volta!

Come viaggiatore solitario, sono soddisfatto del servizio cortese e attento fornito dai membri del personale in quattro stagioni, mi hanno aiutato e mi hanno dato consigli pratici cordiali, mi hanno chiesto i miei commenti e mi hanno seguito senza indugio. Mi hanno dato il feedback il prima possibile. Le varie cucine internazionali fornite nel colazione mattinale erano uniche e attraenti. Mi sono esaltata per vedere il Teppanyaki ice cream 😍! Ho ordinato uno con la mia scelta di topings, yum! Se avete un denti dolci, sarete soddisfatti di vedere vari dolci forniti. Inoltre, un aspettatore è venuto a tavola e ha fatto cena sorpresa con un numero limitato di somme di dim, in modo unico e di grande esperienza. Come viaggiatore di donna, l'igiene del bagno nella mia stanza è una preoccupazione vitale; sono soddisfatto di trovare il secondo rollo di carta da bagno coperto con una copertura decente, in modo che non sia contaminato in esposizione al bagno. Oltre alle tovaglie posizionate fuori dal bagno/ tubo di bagno, è stato pensato che le tovaglie fossero posizionate accanto ai letti. Sarà più confortevole n sano e siccità i piedi accuratamente prima di andare a letto. Certo, la vista, le decorazioni, le decorazioni stagionali e le strutture di questo prestigioso hotel sono state impeccabili come mi aspettavo.

Our room was upgraded with nice view where we can enjoy the musical fountain just in front of Wynn Palace hotel. Breakfast is superb with variety of choices. Location is very strategic which connected to Cotai East station. Definitely worth to revisit again.

I chose the package with free ferry tickets and it’s super value for money! potentially each ferry ticket per pax costs about ~S$27-ish for a return trip. Just that it didn’t include breakfast but not a problem, because you have all restaurants, shops and lots of entertainment just downstairs the hotel :) it’s like a dream come true! Recommended to also walk to the Londoner and Parisian to check out the beautiful architectures.
