JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

MMark NLa mia famiglia ha terminato la prenotazione per una notte, ma ha aggiunto altre due notti. La stanza non fumatori era buona, pulita e confortevole. La posizione era adatta, perché abbiamo affari personali nella zona, ma vicino al centro moticolo dove i bambini possono giocare a Meland e molti ristoranti intorno. Sono stato impressionato con il servizio dell'hotel per fare il lavanderia, con il check out orario e le informazioni generali. Penso anche che si possa controllare alle 6:00, che è molto conveniente. Il colazione era buono. Il lato cinese della famiglia l'ha goduto, e come occidentale ho trovato idoneo a avere uova, tosta e caffè.Il caffè è una macchina automatica espresso e NU pacchetti che erano meravigliosi e gusti normali per le norme occidentali. Abbiamo soggiornato durante la settimana e abbiamo trovato l'hotel tranquillo e poteva dormire bene. La palestra è buona con abbastanza attrezzature per un allenamento adeguato. In generale, siamo stati soddisfatti dell'hotel e ci sarebbe rimasto qui. Se avessi avuto una denuncia minore, avrei potuto essere stato un giorno quando controlliamo due uomini che iniziarono a fumare nel lobby a destra con un segno di non fumare che ha causato a mia figlia e a me di lasciare il lobby per qualche minuto, quindi sarebbe bello se l'hotel fosse davanti Il desk lo ha fatto soprattutto con i segni in alto. Dicendo che Changchun è un luogo dove la gente tende a non rimanere in piedi fumando segni, ma è ancora gentile avere il personale a dire gentilmente.

MMohammad AljaradinRecentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel, e questo supera davvero tutte le aspettative; dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha accolto con genuino calore e professionalità, rendendo tutta l'esperienza senza sforzo e rilassante. Il processo di check-in è stato regolare e ogni membro della squadra con cui ho interagito era attento, amichevole e ansioso di aiutare. La camera era immaculata, eccezionalmente pulita, e attrezzata con pensiero con tutte le attrazioni di cui avevo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, e l'atmosfera tranquilla permetteva un riposo perfetto. La custodia delle case ha mantenuto un livello molto elevato in tutto il mondo. Le strutture dell'hotel erano anche eccellenti. Le opzioni di cena offrono deliziose e fresche pasti, e la selezione del colazione è stata particolarmente impressionante. Le aree di fitness e piscina sono state ben mantenute, creando un grande ambiente per rilassarsi. Uno dei punti di vista della mia permanenza era l'attenzione al dettaglio: se si trattasse di una risposta rapida alle richieste, di un caldo saluto da parte del personale, o di una pulizia e organizzazione complessiva, tutto rifletteva una vera ospitalità.

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

LLoud_SpeakerPros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained. For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. È stato un soggiorno piacevole per me e i miei amici in hotel. Il personale è stato particolarmente utile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Jason che si è assicurato che le nostre esigenze fossero soddisfatte: è andato anche oltre per aiutarci a ordinare la nostra colazione utilizzando il suo cellulare in vista del nostro volo di oggi! Anche la reception Miya e Ivy sono state utili! Anche la governante ha fatto un buon lavoro, anche la mia richiesta di bottiglie extra di acqua minerale è stata soddisfatta, indipendentemente dall'ora del giorno. L'unico neo direi che sono i lavori di costruzione in corso: detto questo, devono essere fatti in modo che l'hotel possa fornire servizi migliori agli ospiti. Visiterò di nuovo l'hotel se visiterò di nuovo Changchun! Grazie!

Un hotel con cento anni di storia, arredato in stile retrò. Ha un'atmosfera che ricorda l'epoca della Repubblica di Cina. La posizione è proprio di fronte alla piazza sud della stazione di Changchun, e con la stazione della metropolitana di Changchun nelle vicinanze, è comodo sia per i trasporti che per gli spostamenti. La mattina, per visitare il mercato mattutino di Yongxing, basta prendere l'autobus dalla fermata accanto. La camera è grande, e anche se alcune strutture sembrano un po' datate, come la TV piccola e non intelligente, offre comunque un'esperienza diversa e non ci sono stati disagi. L'hotel è molto grande e molte aree comuni sono adatte per scattare foto. È un hotel tesoro assolutamente consigliato!
