Turchia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Istanbul

Il design della camera è elegante come previsto, la colazione è ottima e ne vale la pena, e l'ambiente è bellissimo. Ho acquistato il bagno turco in hotel e ho pensato che potessi trovare un'esperienza migliore. Ho soggiornato per 5 notti ed era molto confortevole.Ci sono ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze.È molto comodo andare nei bar, andare a Duli Street e prendere la metropolitana.Le uniche due notti erano festive e il canto era molto rumoroso di notte 😂

Posizione perfetta per tutto, siamo andati a piedi ovunque, dato che le principali attrazioni e i bazar erano raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. A sinistra c'era la Basilica di Santa Sofia, il Palazzo ecc., a destra i bazar... dritto in fondo c'era il mare. L'hotel era incantevole e la colazione aveva tutto ciò che mi piaceva e anche di più. La vista dall'alto era incredibile; si poteva vedere tutta Istanbul. La nostra camera era pulitissima e avevamo persino della musica rilassante in bagno, il che è stato davvero un bel tocco. Ho dato 4 stelle per i servizi perché, sebbene l'hotel abbia una spa, speravo davvero in un'esperienza hammam, ma purtroppo non è stata all'altezza. Se offrissero un'ora o anche solo una parte della giornata solo per donne, questo hotel sarebbe stato un successo assoluto. Un piccolo inconveniente è stato che il nostro taxi non poteva lasciarci o venirci a prendere direttamente fuori dall'hotel, quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare per circa 3 minuti. Detto questo, la zona sembrava molto sicura: siamo uscite alle 22:00 come due donne e ci siamo sentite completamente a nostro agio. C'è persino una stazione di polizia proprio di fronte all'hotel! Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno fantastico e lo consiglio vivamente.

L'hotel, la stanza e il personale sono grandi! C'è qualcosa che mi ha fatto fratello sincero.  Tutto quello acquistato al bar dell'hotel ha un costo di servizio del 10% obbligatorio.  E questo 10% non va alle empolle che ci servono, ma alla compagnia alberghiera. Non sembra giusto 

È stato inaspettatamente positivo, al mio arrivo mi hanno assegnato una junior suite, molto spaziosa e bella. Ho apprezzato anche la spa. La colazione era varia. Credo che tornerò. Ciò che mi ha infastidito è stato quando ho ordinato il servizio in camera: ho chiesto se prevedesse un costo aggiuntivo e mi hanno detto di no, ma al momento del check-out mi hanno addebitato 130 lire in più per il servizio in camera. Non è stato un bene.

Questo hotel è molto buono, offre anche il servizio di trasferimento dall'aeroporto e l'ambiente è molto pulito. Inizialmente avevo prenotato un soggiorno di due giorni, ma dopo il check-in mi sono trovato così bene che ho prolungato il soggiorno di qualche notte in più.

Fantastico! Sono una donna che soggiorna a Istanbul per quattro giorni, se hai paura di viaggiare da sola questo è il posto giusto! Personale super gentile, cibo fantastico (Nobu è famoso per la cucina giapponese) Ho provato la spa, tutti i ristoranti e la colazione è superba, oltre le 5 stelle (offrono champagne a colazione) I letti sono enormi; le docce sono fantastiche, un piccolo problema per l'allagamento del pavimento della doccia, ma sono riusciti a risolverlo. Per il taxi, prenota in anticipo con il concierge, così niente più confusione dall'hotel all'aeroporto (45 minuti di viaggio)

La posizione è conveniente.Il personale è stato utile.

Everything was great and excellent Metro Access: The hotel is a convenient 9-minute walk (about 420 meters) to the Osmanbey Metro Station. This links you directly to Taksim Square, Nişantaşı, and historic sites Neighborhood: Situated in a trendy area surrounded by popular cafes, local restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets. Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue are just a 5-minute drive away. Airport Transit: It takes roughly 38 minutes to reach Istanbul Airport. An airport shuttle service can be arranged via the front desk for an extra fee.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is new, beautiful, pleasant and very clean. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a coffee machine — it may seem like a small detail, but even many good hotels in Istanbul do not have one, so this was a great plus. Unfortunately, however, the service currently falls noticeably short of the level of the hotel itself. 1. When we arrived, there was hardly any welcome at all. We would have appreciated a little more attention from the very beginning — even something as simple as a warm greeting. 2. Water and coffee were brought to our room only after the first night. On the following days, housekeeping did not come to our room at all, although we could hear the staff servicing other rooms on our floor. 3. It was my birthday during our stay, but there was absolutely no attention or even a small birthday greeting from the hotel. For a hotel of this level, I believe this is an important part of being guest-oriented and providing a good experience. 4. Overall, the staff were not particularly welcoming throughout our stay. Almost no one greeted us during our entire time at the hotel. The only time we received any personal attention was around 1 a.m., when we were returning from celebrating my birthday and a member of staff wished us good night. Unfortunately, that was about it. Before staying at this hotel, we stayed at another hotel in Istanbul, where almost every staff member we came across would greet us. Because of that, the difference in the level of service was especially noticeable. At check-out, we were offered a postcard and were given a red bracelet with an evil-eye charm. It was a thoughtful gesture in itself, but unfortunately, by that point it did not change our overall impression of the service. Especially since the gift is offered at check-out and guests are then immediately asked to leave a review. I simply don’t think it would be fair to leave a positive review about the staff when there are still such noticeable shortcomings in the level of service and attention to guests. That said, I would still recommend the hotel itself. It is beautiful, new and has a lot of potential. I sincerely hope the management will pay more attention to the service and the guest experience. It would be a real shame for such a beautiful hotel to lose some of its appeal simply because of a lack of attention to guests. I hope you will improve the service and maintain the high standard that this beautiful hotel deserves. With better hospitality, the overall guest experience could truly match the level of the property.

Mi piaceva il personale come prendevo cura del loro ospite. Ho usato strutture come piscina, un altro edificio, mentre si va lì si potrebbe poco freddo. Ci sono caffè di caffè e supermercati vicino, buon posto per la rush isolato città :)
