Ci piace l'atmosfera e le piscine. Personale cordiale. Ottima colazione. Hanno anche un'opzione vegetariana, il che è fantastico. Resort enorme ed è fantastico passeggiare tra i giardini tropicali. La nostra camera era rumorosa durante la notte a causa del rumore dell'acqua che scorreva negli scarichi e forse nel sistema del bagno. Abbiamo soggiornato in un edificio nuovo. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio per la prima parte. Sicuramente torneremo per le piscine e la spiaggia.

Vai a soggiornare in una tenda, spaziosa come una camera, con aria condizionata, frigorifero, comfort completi. C'è un bagno separato con acqua calda. L'unica critica è che il getto d'acqua sul fondo è troppo forte e non oso usarlo. Un'altra cosa è che la tenda non ha un buon isolamento acustico. Si sentono i rumori delle macchine che passano, i cani che abbaiano, la pioggia e il forte vento. Il resto del servizio è molto buono. Gli addetti alla reception sono tutti bravi, compresi la reception e gli autisti della navetta. Il ristorante offre un buon servizio a tutti, in particolare al signor Porsche. Il cibo era delizioso e lo chef includeva una crème brulée al gusto di mango. Sono rimasto molto colpito se c'è la possibilità di soggiornare nuovamente. La vista è molto bella, lo skywalk non fa paura, molto robusto.

Veniamo da phi phi a un bungalow di spiaggia, quindi mi aspettavo qualcosa di molto bello. Abbiamo controllato e un bug ci ha portati al nostro bungalow, ma il bungalow era buono a prima vista. , bella doccia all'aperto, era un grande letto di stanza era su come una piattaforma in legno, quindi abbiamo trovato difficile andare e uscire entrambi nella nostra vista 60s. è bella sopra la piscina al mare. il bungalow fuori era un po' stanco poteva fare con qualche TLC il terreno Il colazione era solo carnage se volevi noodles, ecc non è un problema, ma niente di lontano inglese tutte le piastre calde erano vuote la prima mattina non potevamo nemmeno avere una tavola, quindi non potevamo abbia abbandonato, la seconda mattina abbiamo andato un po' prima 8.30 e abbiamo riuscito a sederci ma non c'era cibo caldo, quindi abbiamo avuto tosta e uova bollite, ma queste non erano cucinate correttamente, quindi appena lasciato cercava di parlare con qualcuno di esso ma non abbastanza personale, quindi non si è disturbato il colazione di nuovo. sembra che ci siano alcuni nuovi edifici in questo hotel, quindi forse hanno più camere di quelle che ci sono tavoli da pranzo. Eravamo qui solo per 4 notti, quindi non era una questione per noi, ci siamo appena andati a uno dei scacchi della spiaggia. Molti cibi e negozi sono molto ben situati, quindi mangiamo sempre fuori. intorno alla piscina c'è una cultura in cui tutti mettono le tue docce sui letti a 6.30-7 sono così a 8 sono nessun letto lasciato questo è un odio di animali domestici per me, per questo non siamo in vacanza in Europa così mi sono arrabbiato quando lo l'ho visto. Abbiamo finito in fila la prima mattina sopra i letti, ma il tipo di piscina l'ha ordinata per noi. In tutto abbiamo goduto il nostro tempo a Khaolak, ma a riflessione non useremmo questo hotel di nuovo, non ci ha appena adattato

Nice resort, with beautiful beach view and comfortable decoration style. Good restaurant with welcoming staff. Unsatisfied with the receptionist, a middle aged woman, seems cold and unfriendly.

Had a wonderful stay at the sands as a family of 3 . Check in was a breeze as we arrived late at night due to a cancelled flight. Room was spacious however I did not like the layout of the room bathroom being very open, bed was comfortable , no issues with cleanliness - however some mosquitoes. Breakfast buffet was ok but very busy chaotic at times , we found it a bit repetitive the food options. Our daughter had the time of life at the pool,slides and playground it kept her busy all day. We enjoyed the swim up bar the cocktails were okay too sugary we enjoyed the happy hours at different bars at the resort we did walk along the beach 2 min walk to hippie fish bar and enjoyed the cocktails there more much better quality I believe happy hr was 6 to 7 there highly recommended good vibe. The gym was well maintained everything you need. We ate dinners at spinach, thenight markets, room service was great as well. We also loved the roti and fried chicken cart . Would only recommend staying here with children not as a couple.

Questo hotel è a Grand Long Island.La piscina dell'hotel è bella, la camera è bella, la colazione è deliziosa, la spiaggia è davanti alla porta dell'hotel.La qualità dell'acqua del mare è buona, non c'è nuoto, è adatto per nuotare in mare ai bambini della famiglia.Molto meglio dell'acqua di spiaggia di Sanya. La rotta di Shanghai, Chengdu all'aeroporto di Buggi, l'aeroporto ha preso un auto per Bang train pier, e poi ha comprato un biglietto da 300 Tai per un uomo al porto di Grand Long Island.Attualmente, la nave veloce di Grand Long Island e Long Island è separata.Prendi gli ordini dell'hotel per il personale, non si sbaglia. Siamo stati in questo resort in occasione del viaggio di nozze mio e di mia moglie. Tutto meraviglioso. Partiamo dalla camera, bella, pulita e con vista piscina. Incantati. Per quanto riguarda poi il modo in cui ci hanno accolto ogni giorno nei diversi ristoranti e bar della struttura è stato davvero tanto tanto professionali. Ci e tanto piaciuto il modo di accoglierci di Herman, direttore argentino del ristorante centrale. Unico a parlare italiano, ha avuto sempre un comportamento che ci ha fatto sentire a casa coccolandoci con le leccornie della cucina e consigliandoci quelle un po' più adatte a noi. Grazie a lui abbiamo potuto godere ancora di più del posto. Anche quando per un piccolo disservizio in camera, abbiamo chiamato lui e subito lo ha risolto. Anche se non era di sua competenza. Un mostro dell'accoglienza. Uno che ama tanto il suo lavoro. Alla reception poi vorremmo ringraziare Pao e Popeye per come ci hanno accolto e supportato nel grande caldo del posto. Le asciugamanine ghiacciate sono state manna dal cielo per rinfrescarci dopo pranzo o dopo cena. In ultimo vorremmo fare un plauso a tutto il giardino. Che bello vedere a pochi metri dal mare le palme con i cocchi, l'erba sempre tagliata, le siepi sempre in ordine. Peccato che sia finita la vacanza e siamo dovuto partire. Ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio.

Ritornerei in questo hotel. Tuttavia, ho sentito che c'erano un po' troppe persone quando siamo andati lì, e il servizio non era molto buono. Il ragazzo non è stato chiaro quando ho fatto il check-in. La casa non è stata pulita per due giorni. La torta di compleanno promessa è stata consegnata molto tardi, il che è stato un po' deludente. We spent 10 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! An utterly beautiful hotel with clean rooms and facilities and the kindest, most helpful staff I've ever come across in a hotel. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with direct access to the 2.4km pool - this was a great feature and it felt like we had a bit of private pool whilst being able to swim all the way to the main pool. The pool also adds to the feeling that you're in a village community rather than a commercial hotel, as we made friends with our ”neighbours” and would see them from time to time when we were out swimming. The hotel's beach is clean and stunning, the sun beds are thickly padded and comfortable, and we made use of the bodyboarding and kayaking equipment on our stay. The restaurants at the hotel were incredible! The main ones are Ta-Krai (Thai), Sakura (Japanese), and Olive (Italian). Before arriving I was a bit sceptical at how authentic the restaurants would be but the hotel has ensured they've brought in the best chefs who could bring authentic cuisine to Khao Lak. The sushi at Sakura was probably the freshest and tastiest I've ever had (albeit, I've not been to Japan yet, but it's still better than all the London sushi places where we live and even better than Nobu). We loved Olive restaurant too, in particular their Sunset BBQ evening where you're spoilt for choice on meats, seafood, sides, salads, and a full-on Italian cheese and ham bar with really delicious, authentic selections. Chef Enzo there was dishing out cheeses to us and making recommendations what to pair each cheese with and was so helpful (and the cheeses were incredible). We opted for the Breakfast and Dinner package and we're really glad we did as we loved going back to those restaurants over the 10 days. For lunch we'd eat at the hotel cafes, or out at excursions, or at local restaurants adjacent to the hotel, such as Phen's (delicious!). We also bought a spa package at Quan Spa in the hotel and booked in lots of treatments throughout our stay. The spa is beautiful and the massage therapists were excellent; it's a bit pricier than outside the hotel but the spa environment is worth it for that luxe feeling (and still cheaper than in the UK!). Overall, I don't think we found and faults with our stay at JWM and we will definitely come back in the future, perhaps for our anniversaries! And we would highly recommend it to all our family and friends!

Here are the pros and cons of my stay: Pros: 1) Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is located in a prime spot, just a short distance away from the main tourist area. This allows for a peaceful and tranquil stay while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. 2) The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique establishment, with a charming ambiance. From the moment you step into the entrance lobby, you are greeted with antique decorations that add a touch of elegance to the surroundings. 3) One of the highlights of this hotel is the Michelin 2022 and 2023 chef who prepares authentic Nonya cuisines. This is a culinary experience not to be missed, and the restaurant is sure to leave your taste buds satisfied. 4) The hotel is surrounded by many amenities and local food options within walking distance. This makes it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in the local flavors. 5) The breakfast at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is simple yet delicious. It offers a variety of options to suit different preferences, and it's a great way to start your day on a positive note. 6) On a hot day, the hotel's refreshing little pool is a fantastic spot to take a dip and cool off. It provides a relaxing oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the tropical surroundings. 7) The owner and staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and are always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Cons: 1) One issue I encountered during my stay was the presence of lizards and flying pests, especially in rooms with balconies. While this may be a common occurrence in tropical settings, it can be unsettling for some guests. 2) The housekeeping service could use some improvement, particularly in terms of towel change and cleaning of used cups. It would be beneficial if these aspects were given more attention to enhance the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Rating: 8.5/10 In conclusion, Hotel Gahn Khao Lak offers a memorable stay with its good location, beautiful ambiance, authentic cuisine, and friendly staff. While there are a few areas that could be improved upon, the overall experience is highly enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and charming getaway in Khao Lak.

Un peccato dover dare un brutto voto a questo resort perché la struttura è molto ben collocata e dispone di camere belle e spaziose, purtroppo però Francorosso che propone la struttura come sea club facendo pagare assistenza e animazione per tutta la famiglia non esiste proprio! Nessuna persona è presente in struttura nessun tipo di assistenza nessuno che ti aiuti a risolvere o organizzare anche solo una semplice escursione. Inoltre tutti i reparti dell hotel sono gestiti da thailandesi che nonostante la gentilezza sono completamente disorganizzati,svogliati e parlano solo un inglese traballante. Direttore della struttura mai visto neanche una volta in 15 giorni nonostante diverse lamentele presentate al ricevimento… incredibile!! Comunque questa volta Francorosso ha proprio deluso e con quello che fa pagare dovrebbero vergognarsi!

L'hotel è stato il migliore che abbiamo mai soggiornato. Le camere sono spaziose con tutti gli arredamento di alta qualità, luminosa e pulita. Colazione, c'è tutto quello che potresti voler mangiare, il pane è fresco cucinato, omelete, salate, carne, sushi la lista continua. Personale estremamente bello e così utile, sempre sorridente e salutandovi con Sawadee khrap 🙏, abbiamo trovato questo anche fuori dall'hotel, non abbiamo mai incontrato persone simili. Le piscine sono senza spot e abbondante da scegliere, spiaggia carina con abbondante letto solare & ombra. Feliz orario 3 volte al giorno, cocktail amazing Mia Tia è stato il mio preferito 🍹 La città è solo un breve passo, ci sono molte negozi, ristoranti, bellezza/massaggio & Taylor’s. Ho avuto un vestito fatto a Milano, 2nd taylor mentre cammini dall’hotel. Il taxi può essere prenotato all'hotel, ma abbiamo camminato per strada e siamo arrivati in un camion aperto e sono andati a White Sands Beach, ben valsa una gita. È molto più economico prenotare i vostri viaggi fuori dall'hotel e c'è una vasta scelta di luoghi da visitare. Abbiamo fatto James Bond un brillante giorno fuori. Tutto in tutto l'hotel è eccellente, persone carine, perfetto ambiente e non possiamo aspettare di tornare.

Stayed here from 4th - 11th April recently for a family wedding which took place just up the coast on Natai beach at a villa. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was in the surrounding area to the main hotel complex. My understanding is the hotel have acquired these villas which were part of another complex and recently joined them to the hotel. The outside area was beautiful with gorgeous flowers and plants and cute paths leading straight to the beach. The room was very spacious with great air con and facilities were good - although we did not have a balcony we had sun chairs brought to our room so we could sit outside. Room was cleaned well and fresh towels, tea, coffee and water etc every day. Only downside was the bed which was uncomfortably hard although enormous! Missing in the main room was a mirror but this was fixed when we asked for one - a full length mirror was brought to our room which was a necessity to enable me to style my hair. The hotel pool which backs onto the stunning beach was a gorgeous spot to sit with a lovely breeze from the sea and looked so pretty as sunset drew in with beautiful tree lights. There is one main restaurant where breakfast is served which backs right onto the beach. It was uncomfortably hot inside - could do with fans to make the dining experience more comfortable. As the surrounding area is extremely quiet you need to taxi out to local restaurants, the hotel restaurant menu was quite limited although most of the meals we ate both during lunch and dinner were lovely although a bit repetitive. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food and we enjoyed this very much. There are kayaks, surfboards you can hire from the beach hit by the beach and table tennis/boules also. Pool/beach towels are readily available from here too. In all, a lovely hotel in a stunning location on the most beautiful beach. A great get away from it all hotel for the perfect beach retreat holiday. Would definitely return to this hotel if I was in this area again.

Il nostro soggiorno recente a Alenta Phuket – Phang Nga Resort & Spa è rimasto molto da desiderare, e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata colpita da diversi problemi brillanti. Le condizioni della camera erano lontane dagli standard attesi di un resort a cinque stelle. La mancanza di manutenzione era deludente, con problemi visibili come la pittura a chips e i disfunzionamenti. L'hotel presenta una chiara mancanza di manutenzione e di riparazioni eccessive sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. I tempi di attesa per le tavole erano troppo lunghi e anche quando si sedeva, il servizio era lontano dal suolo. Tavole sporche, occhiali mancanti, napkins e altri elementi essenziali erano questioni ricorrenti, dipingendo un quadro di un ambiente di mangiare mal gestito. Questo, insieme ai prezzi elevati per la qualità inferiore, ha lasciato un gusto amargo: per un istituto di cinque stelle condotta, la mancanza di formazione e coordinamento dei dipendenti è stata evidente. Per tutto il soggiorno, il servizio era costantemente mediocre, mancando il professionalismo che si aspetta. E' delusionante che gli sforzi positivi del vice manager Noo e del dipendente Ham siano stati sovrascontrati dalle questioni sistemiche che hanno colpito l'intero funzionamento dell'hotel. Uno degli aspetti più importanti del mio soggiorno è stato l'area ristorante costantemente scura. Nel corso di cinque giorni non vi è stato alcuna prova di una pulizia adeguata della zona del ristorante, creando un'atmosfera igienica che è semplicemente inaccettabile in un ambiente alberghiero. In conclusione, Alenta Phuket – Phang Nga Resort & Spa è caduto in aspettative, con numerosi problemi che vanno dalla qualità della manutenzione e del servizio agli standard igienici. Nonostante gli sforzi preziosi di alcuni membri del personale, l'esperienza complessiva è stata colpita da problemi sistemici. Purtroppo, non possiamo raccomandare questo hotel e non intendiamo ritornare in futuro.

We were planning to drive to Phuket from Surat Thani and chose to stay here overnight and go to Phuket the next morning. Accommodation is great with elegant design and high quality amenities. No fridge in room but you can use the fridge in the common area. Had a great night's sleep. Couldn't have asked for more. There are some eateries just next to it too. 10/10

We stayed at the 2 bedroom pool villa for 3 nights. The room was extremely spacious along with comfortable beds and cool air-conditioning amidst the hottest times of Thailand. The pool in the room is relatively big for most pool villas with comfortable sofas and ceiling fans to lounge around. Don't be fooled by the limited breakfast selection, there is a lot you can order from the menu which is a great idea as the food is prepared fresh to order. Selection variety was wide enough to try a bit of everything through 3 days. One morning we had an early tee-off time and the staff was happy to prepare a breakfast box for us.

Resort situato a una mezza ora di macchina dall aeroporto. Ambiente imponente in stile thay con una attenzione al giardino e al verde quasi maniacale. Ho soggiornato in una pool garden e siamo stati meravigliosamente. Lo staff è gentilissimo senza mai essere invadente. Chi vuole staccare del tutto senza avere la frenesia del traffico e dei rumori è perfetto ma se volete la vita notturna assolutamente no perché avrete bisogno sempre del taxi. È un posto pulito incantevole romantico e soprattutto pulitissimo. Rimango basita quando leggo c erano gli insetti...ovviamente ci sono siamo nella jungla in thailandia non in piazza san marco in citta'. L albergo effettua fumogaxioni settimanali. Due formiche non hanno mai ucciso nessuno. La spiaggia è attrezzata bene senza deturpare la natura. Il ristorante dispone di una selezione di cibo molto varia dai gusti adiatici thay fino a quelli internazionali. Io ci ritorno sicuro.

Если вы на байке не будет никаких проблем добраться до пирса и пляжа, практически нет людей и очень красиво. В доступности три магазина 7/11, прачечная, заправка, рынок местной еды, Lotus- повторюсь, на байке всё на расстоянии 1-2 минут, пешком будет трудно. В номере две бутылки водички, холодильника и чайника нет, можно попросить горячей воды/кофе на ресепшене, wi-fi в наличии ю. Нас всё устроило

Cape Kudu was the perfect island getaway. With that being said, the location is very secluded and requires multiple methods of transport. Although necessary and obvious for an island stay to be secluded, there could be increased methods of getting to the island. Service was impeccable. We celebrated a birthday here and the staff left a small complimentary cake in our room on the day of! They really go above and behind to make your stay amazing. Breakfast is also great - an immense assortment. There’s a roti station, egg station and lots of local and Western dishes available. Overall, would definitely stay at the Cape locations around Thailand!

In generale, un buon soggiorno. Sembri uno dei migliori dell'isola. Se stai cercando una città davvero tranquilla con un sacco di sole e rilassamento, questo è. Il cibo di recinto lascia qualcosa da desiderare. Ci sono cibo molto meglio (e più economico) in pochi passi. La pulizia è in linea con quello che ho visto altrove in Thailandia. Tornerebbe indietro!

According to Google the Thiwson Beach Resort is a 4 star resort, by definition this means it needs to offer a deluxe guest experience with a wide range of facilities, superior design qualities and excellent service. Based on this definition I felt it fell short of the mark and is a 3 star hotel at best, having said that, I absolutely loved it hence the high rating. At the time of writing #kohyaoyai only has a handful of resorts and guesthouses to choose from, i researched them carefully, my essentials being air conditioning & swimming pool in the mid range price bracket, my wish list being a characterful locally owned property on a beach. With the @thiwsonbeach I struck gold. This unpolished gem offered everything on my wish list plus more. Owned by a local family, three generations of whom regularly join the guests for dinner in the open air restaurant which serves very tasty reasonable priced Thai food and great chicken nuggets to the delight of my toddler (albeit they were out of fries for the duration of our stay!). Beside this are the beachfront huts are in prime position with their own outdoor jacuzzi, it’s no wonder they book up so far in advance. There are facilities on site to hire scooters or book tours to explore the island and two lovely pool areas. I was initially disappointed with the hilltop location of our own bungalow which are actually across the road from the others, but the quiet semi private pool area in front of our large veranda anf the sunrise view through the frangipani trees buckled my reservations. Our family suite was made up of 2 interconnecting rooms, including an extra bed charge charge & 3% credit card levy cost us €150 per night. The resort isn’t perfect, there are holes in the concrete (my little girl took a nasty fall in one) & bugs in the rooms (to the delight of my 9 year old boy), there is no room service and while there is sand the sea is separated from the resort with a concrete flood barrier & is extremely tidal so not ideal for swimming but for me character trumps perfection every time so I would return again in a heartbeat💖

A beautiful property, with really gorgeous spacious rooms, huge super comfy beds and lovely details. The pool is also exceptional, clean, large, well maintained and with the most incredible view. The hotel also has a fitness room, which wasn’t advertised but a massive plus. A couple of small points though - the ‘forest pool’ isn’t really maintained at all and could do with a bit of tlc. However it’s not near the main pool so doesn’t affect that at all. The food is predominantly western and overpriced. At breakfast the only Thai offerings were stir fries, whereas I would have much more enjoyed traditional food. That said these are only small points and we loved our stay.

If you want the most delicious food in Thailand - this is the place!! We had beef massaman curry and chicken with cashew nuts and both were exceptional - best meals in 3 weeks of travelling Thailand! Home cooked authentic food with fresh ingredients ! Would eat here everyday if possible - don’t miss it if on Kia Yao noi

Il miglior hotel in tutta la nostra visita alla Thailandia. Ci siamo trasferiti in Villa 2 con la piscina infinita e le viste più incredibili. Sumai, e gli altri membri del team sorprendenti non potevano fare abbastanza per noi. Ci siamo trasferiti 4 notti e potevamo stare molto più a lungo. Abbiamo ordinato diverse volte dal ristorante e l'accento era il curry verde e il roti del pollo, delizioso! Il resort guarda una spiaggia che non è adatto per nuotare, ma abbiamo assunto un scooter per esplorare, e abbiamo trovato alcune bellissime spiagge dall'altra parte dell'isola. L'isola è ancora molto insolita, quindi è stato bello visitare e apprezzare i villaggi e il campo. Abbiamo anche fatto un viaggio a barca a vela privato che abbiamo organizzato attraverso l'hotel. Sumai e la squadra si sono alzati presto e hanno insistito per portarci un colazione e pranzo con noi. Ci siamo sentiti molto attenti dall'inizio alla fine e sicuramente ci accerteremo di visitare la prossima volta che viaggiamo in Thailandia.

Posto incantevole e fuori dal tempo, dove trovare tranquillità, serenità e scrollarsi di dosso lo stress quotidiano! Complessivamente ottima accoglienza e ottimo servizio. La particolarità della struttura sono le villas: semplici nello stile, ma curate nei dettagli e dotate di tutti i confort. La loro dimensione verticale - dove al piano terreno c’è la piscina privata e un bellissimo salottino all’aperto, e al piano superiore l’ampia camera da letto - è qualcosa di veramente unico. Colazione al buffet estremamente fresca e curata con inclusa la possibilità di ordinare alcune specialità alla carte. Molto piacevole anche il ristorante Roots per la cena. La collaborazione con l’hotel Paradise (struttura sorella con cui condivide diverse infrastrutture) permette di variare le proprie cene/pranzi presso i loro due ristoranti in spiaggia. Consigliatissimo!!!
