Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

This is a lovely place that is conveniently located-- and it has a delicious rooftop restaurant and a spa with steamroom and sauna in the basement. Top to bottom great!! I did not get a massage, but I used the steamroom after my long flight in and slept so well!! The staff was lovely, the room was clean-- I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hotel is good value with immaculate common area and a great gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Style of the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom - although very clean.

My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro diversi hotel a cinque stelle durante il nostro viaggio in Giordania, e se torno a Ammanor consiglio un hotel ai miei amiciit sarebbe sicuramente W Hotel. Il colazione è fantastico, con un impresionante ambiente e personale creativo che ha anche fatto dei waffles per me! L'intera squadra è professionale, amichevole e attento. Bonus: tutti i ragazzi che lavorano lì, anche in parcheggio, sono giovani, carini e occhio-catchingdefinitamente un divertente toccare! lol

Every thing was wonderful staff food pool room fantastic hospitality it was very beautiful holiday

When arrived, reception told us that there is no reservation for us. We book the evening of the day before. They implied that “it is not our problem, go solve it with the website you used for booking” it was very unprofessional. Immediately I had contact with customer service of trip.com and they contacted them and solved the issue. Other than this issue, everything was nice and the room was in an acceptable condition.

Il servizio dell'hotel è cordiale e premuroso. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto tranquillo e pulito, in particolare la Sky Lobby è fantastica. È molto piacevole sedersi nella hall, bere qualcosa, chiacchierare e godersi il panorama. Anche la stanza è spaziosa. Ricca colazione

Signia dovrebbe essere un marchio giovane di Sua Maestà Hilton, e un livello di Hilton.L'atmosfera di Amman è buona, soprattutto la coscienza del servizio del personale, che ti aiuterà a prendere un bagaglio per un elicottero o qualcosa del genere. L'unico difetto è che la stanza non ha denti, forse possiamo andare alla reception, e non abbiamo bisogno di noi stessi.
