Colombia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Dipartimento di Antioquia

Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor. - Complimentary water - Welcome non alcoholic drinks - Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too) - 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground) - Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items - Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options - Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

Hanno la grande TV intelligente ma non hanno fornito la distanza e dicono che tutta la distanza è stata affittata . Ridicolo. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita ma non si può ottenere direttamente dall'ascensore. Devi andare giù per entrare.

La piscina e il colazione erano un grande plus. Rimango sicuramente di nuovo. La vista sull'hotel a notte è sorprendente

Buona posizione, anche se non ha parcheggio. Puoi muoversi camminando è vicino a tutto. Le viste dal bar sulla terrazza sono fantastiche. Quando eravamo il jacuzzi era senza servizio.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, grandi supermercati, e l'ambiente è anche buono

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Super deluso In letto alle 9:00 e la ragazza che fa il mini bar entra nella mia stanza vede che sono in letto e vado a controllare il contenuto del mini bar.Le dico di tornare più tardi, ma non ha un lavoro e si muove. Dice che è colpa mia come ospite pagatore, ho accettato che hanno il diritto di entrare nella mia stanza, anche se sono a letto. Stile di gestione molto insolito. Hotel situé un peu en retrait (à 700m. de la place), donc relativement calme la nuit. Chambre familiale au top, terrasse avec belle vue sur le lac et la ville. Cuisine partagée vraiment pratique.
