Colombia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Dipartimento di Antioquia

The hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price

La struttura è molto attraente, con una vista incredibile, a pochi passi dalla stanza, dalla zona di colazione/bar (magni e sera) e da un piano di bagno e spa. - Acqua complimentaria - Benvenuti in bevande non alcoliche - Complimentare massaggio 15min per 1 persona al bagno (l'aggiungiamo a un massaggio 45min che era anche grande) - 8 min a piedi al centro commerciale Santafe (che ha un negozio di prodotti alimentari sottoterra) - Fully loaded frigo & bar for paid items - Buffet colazione con varietà di frutta fresca e zuppa calda e tonnellate di opzioni - Attenzione personale al colazione & bar in serata Speciale grida a Tatiana & Andres & anche un cuoco / personale della cucina che ci ha chiesto se c'era qualcos'altro che abbiamo bisogno quando stavo solo guardando.

Hanno la grande TV intelligente ma non hanno fornito la distanza e dicono che tutta la distanza è stata affittata . Ridicolo. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita ma non si può ottenere direttamente dall'ascensore. Devi andare giù per entrare.

Lugar con buena relación calidad precio si pescas una buena oferta.

Buona posizione, anche se non ha parcheggio. Puoi muoversi camminando è vicino a tutto. Le viste dal bar sulla terrazza sono fantastiche. Quando eravamo il jacuzzi era senza servizio.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, grandi supermercati, e l'ambiente è anche buono

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Ogni volta che vengo a Medellín, vive qui, in un negozio, la colazione è buona e il dintorni è molto conveniente.La stanza è molto comoda.Il servizio è buono.Arrivare all'aeroporto circa un'ora di auto.

Hotel situé un peu en retrait (à 700m. de la place), donc relativement calme la nuit. Chambre familiale au top, terrasse avec belle vue sur le lac et la ville. Cuisine partagée vraiment pratique.
