Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Riau

The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale e alla comodità. Tuttavia, l'hotel è molto stretto nel design e non come l'hotel normale. La cena è ok. I servizi sono grandi.

Second time stay @dafam. Everything is good especially the breakfast. I love the omelette so much. The room and the bed ar large.

The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly. Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing. But overall, it's good

Very strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here

Il centro di ricerca è stato molto più diffuso, con le divani del lobby che sembravano vecchie e sporche. Anche se l'hotel ha offerto rinfrescamenti durante questo periodo, era ancora inconveniente. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom's cleanliness was only average, especially the walls, which needed better attention. La colazione era decente ma non eccezionale e il luogo era piuttosto umido, ma il personale ha offerto un ospitalità eccellente, molto gentile e amichevole.

Ada denda keterlambatan dr hotel kalo cek out lebih dr jam 12 siang…Tanpa ada pemberitahuan ttg itu seb pas cek in,,,dan yg FO nya pas jam 11 jg tidak memberitahukan batas jam cek out kalo ada denda 100rb per jam….bygan saya ambil 2 kamar lagi😠😩😫

Always enjoying in here for staycation. Mau sama pasangan, solo trip, pokoknya cocok banget disini dengan harga yang terjangkau.
