Israele: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Distretto Meridionale

Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas. Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc. Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night. The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards. Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Leonardo Club è stato il perfetto viaggio in Mar Morto! Quando abbiamo dovuto cambiare la nostra stanza a causa dei vicini che fumavano, Tamar l'ha gestita con gentilezza e immediatamente. Shlomit ci ha chiamati più volte per assicurarci che siamo felici. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto l'attenzione che Shlomit ci ha dato da nessun hotel! Shlomit ha anche raccomandato la ”traccia bagnata” a Nachal Bokek. Shlomit ha anche raccomandato un viaggio verso la Forte di Zohar. Che bella e storico luogo! Anche libero. Il cibo era eccellente. La stanza era pulita senza spot. I lavoratori erano piacevoli e gentili. Non potevamo chiedere di più.

Six Senses Shaharut è visivamente incongruo; le camere, le strutture e il paesaggio privo di toccata, lo rendono il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Il servizio e la cena però mancavano drasticamente il segno di un lusso. Anche se il bar tapas era sorprendente, il ristorante del principale chef era inedibile e mal cotto, e il colazione era mediocre. Con una totale mancanza di gestione e un atteggiamento completamente non professionale, il servizio si sentiva purtroppo più come un ostello giovanile mal gestito che un pensionamento di alto livello.

I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool. The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋. The massages were super relaxing. Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza straordinaria di 3 giorni 2 notti Shavuot, tutti godono di ogni momento. Benvenuti, cortesia, servizio professionale! Camere pulite e dotate I bambini godevano delle piscine e delle strutture, e tutti godevamo del cibo a un livello molto elevato. Abbiamo la sensazione di ospiti VIP Grazie al personale di accoglienza e alla gestione dell'hotel, riteniamo che stiano facendo un sforzo per fornire un'esperienza di servizio eccezionale.
