Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Banten

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

Peccato che non ci sia un servizio navetta dall'hotel all'aeroporto dopo le 15:00. L'hotel può organizzare il trasporto, ma per il prelievo al di fuori degli orari previsti dalla navetta è previsto un costo di 55.000 IDR. Tuttavia, secondo le informazioni dell'hotel, il costo dovrebbe essere di sole 35.000 IDR.

Hotel in posizione comoda vicino all’aeroporto. Servizio navetta ben organizzato e colazione ottima. Gradevole anche la presenza di piscina e palestra aperte fino alle 22 e soprattutto servizio in camera h24. Stanza ampia ma non il massimo a livello di comfort e pulizia. Nel complesso però buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

La camera era molto pulita e la posizione vicino all'aeroporto era perfetta per uno scalo. L'hotel offriva un servizio navetta per il terminal passeggeri, anch'esso molto efficiente. È un po' lontano dal centro di Giacarta, ma se siete solo in viaggio d'affari o di passaggio, non è un problema.

L'hotel è nella media e relativamente nuovo. Ha molte camere, tanto che orientarsi può risultare un po' complicato. Ci sono anche molti erogatori d'acqua nei corridoi. Avevo organizzato un autista per il prelievo, ma non sono riuscito a contattarlo via WhatsApp, così ho dovuto chiamare un Grab direttamente in aeroporto.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Aspettava questa visita per un evento vicino a ICE BSD. Certamente vale la pena. Sarete benvenuti con portatore che offre aiuto con i bagagli, il check-in è stato briezy.  La colazione è diffusa per morire. È possibile godersi un gusto dell'Indonesia e ho goduto ogni pezzo.  Visiterà di sicuro di nuovo, non riuscirà a fare uso della palestra e della piscina, forse lo userà allora.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

La posizione è strategicamente collegata a Teraskota, quindi non è troppo stanco, la stanza è pulita, sono solo un po' dubbio se il letto è cambiato per ogni nuovo ospite perché ha un odore strano, la stanza ha anche bisogno di un freschiatore, il suono dei veicoli esterni penetra davvero la stanza, il suono della AC è anche piuttosto disturbante, il personale è amichevole e utile.
