I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

Molto bene, il panorama dell'hotel è buono, a 15 minuti di auto dal centro della città. La colazione è una colazione inglese normale, non c'è niente di speciale.Buonasera alla piscina!

Genting Hotel è un hotel di alta qualità, conosciuto per la sua eccellente posizione, camere moderne e accesso diretto a Resorts World, NEC e Birmingham Airport. Gli ospiti apprezzano in generale la pulizia, le strutture e il personale amichevole, anche se alcuni si sentono costosi le tariffe e le tariffe supplementari. In generale, è una scelta confortevole e conveniente per i viaggiatori di business e di svago.

Questo hotel ha visto giorni migliori, purtroppo.. Forse una volta era una catena principale di hotel, ma gli attuali proprietari stanno lottando per mantenere al di sopra delle questioni..La prima stanza che mi è stata offerta ha un odore di vapore molle. La seconda opzione era migliore. Ma in generale non potevo raccomandare di rimanere qui.

We were allocated room on ground floor, unfortunately the bathroom is only bathtub. There is no shower at all. The staff did not know about this when we report it. Internet is fast. The bed is okay. The room is smell like someone had a smoking before and not treated properly.

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had a lovely large shower. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was delicious and hot, buffet style with cereals and pastries too.

The receptionists provide great service, along with the waiters in the restaurant. The rooms provided everything you need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable. We cannot fault the food at all. The dinner and breakfast were both extremely tasty, cooked to perfection and brilliantly presented. The only downfall was on checkout when we were asked to pay for our child's dinner, even though we had booked half board for 2 adults and 1 child (3 guests) but hopefully getting this resolved. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Era una bella grande stanza, il letto con quattro poster. I ricevitori facevano il loro lavoro correttamente. Ci siamo trasferiti solo una notte, non abbiamo usato tutte le strutture, come il bar, la piscina o la palestra disponibili, solo il ristorante. Il letto è troppo morbido, mio marito si è infilato in esso, non ha dormito bene.
