シャトルバスのピックアップを2回依頼したり、SNSでやり取りしても2時間来ませんでした。結局ホリデーインのドライバーの方が心配して声を掛けてくれて送ってくれました。空港まではちゃんと送ってくれました。シャトルバスサービスがあるから予約したのに残念でしたがお部屋は綺麗で朝食は良かったです。

Sono stato profondamente deluso dal mio soggiorno a Hyatt Regency Dallas. Per un hotel che pagava oltre 200 dollari a notte, il loro rifiuto di fornire una semplice bottiglia d'acqua o di fare una copia cartacea è stato scioccante e inaccettabile. Dopo 40 anni di lealtà, la loro mancanza di ospite di base li ha persi un cliente dedicato. Mi prenderò il mio business in hotel che valgono i loro ospiti oltre i profitti.

Our flight was cancelled due to weather in our layover in Dallas so we picked a feasibly priced hotel near the airport to sleep. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is older and a bit worn but for the price it fit exactly what we needed.

We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing.

L'hotel è molto bello, e il personale di guardia e di campanile erano eccezionalmente amichevole. Il doccia aveva una grande pressione idrica; tuttavia, se si è alti, il posto della testa del doccia non è idealemi marito è 5’10” e doveva andare a usarlo.
Noi pensavamo di restare di nuovo, ma la nostra mattina stava bloccando e sovraffollando il bagno, che era frustrante, soprattutto perché era stato usato molto poco carta da bagno. La maggior parte delle persone considerano che il flusso di bagno sia un problema urgente che richiede un'attenzione immediata, ma noi chiediamo aiuto, ma nessuno è mai venuto. Sembrava che il personale si supponesse di poter aspettare, dato che abbiamo avuto qualche ora prima del check-out, che era deludente. Di conseguenza, mio marito doveva andare al piano terra per usare la camera da letto, e dovevamo navigare intorno all'acqua da bagno mentre ci preparavamo.

Excelente Hotel, servicio excelente, recepcionista bilingüe, la habitación muy cómoda, tiene una pequeña cocineta, refrigerador y microondas. Tiene los servicios de productos de higiene Shampoo, Acondicionador, gel de manos y crema corporal. Cuarto Vestidor, escritorio de trabajo y cómoda para guardar tus artículos personales. En las instalaciones hay alberca, centro de lavado. A cualquier hora en recepción puedes tomar café.

Oh...Sono stati inghiottiti da un po'di bocca. Questa rabbia è davvero morta. La prima volta che si trova in un hotel è stata inghiottita da un po'di bocca!!!!!

Overall speaking, we are quite satisfied with the hotel but the only fly in the ointment was that our request of cancellation of last night for one of our team who had to reschedule his travel plan was bluntly rejected. by the way, I have booked 6 rooms for three nights.

UUtente ospiteMuch better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

HH KBreraQuesta è la peggiore diffamazione che abbia mai avuto, le foto non ingannano niente come un ristorante e o Hotel, questo è più probabilmente un motel di livello 5 così ingannato così prezioso per la qualità delle camere reali. My room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a long day of travel. The room’s modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my visit was the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Whether I was in the mood for something light like fresh fruit and yogurt or something more hearty like waffles and eggs, there was always something delicious to start my day off right.
The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being just minutes away from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge convenience, making my travel to and from the airport effortless. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay.

Era sulla via navigabile, quindi rendeva la passeggiata piacevole ....vicinato anche ai ristoranti. Il parcheggio presso il garage degli ospiti è stato conveniente a $17 per 24 ore.

UUtente ospiteHo avuto una bella esperienza. L'hotel sembrava essere stato recentemente aggiornato e aveva un'atmosfera rilassante e moderna. Il personale alla reception era così amichevole e andò davvero un migliaio di più per aiutarmi con qualche domanda che avevo. L'accesso diretto alla spiaggia è stato apprezzato e è stato bello avere una piscina. La mia camera si sentiva molto lussuosa e è stata ben decorata. Ci sono negozi vicino e la zona è conveniente. Un grande soggiorno e sono felice di averlo scelto!

Pros: The pricing was fair. Rooms, for the most part, are clean and maintained. Rooms are spacious. The position of the aircon is good, doesn't blow straight at you like some other places. The Room didn't smell. Both the shower and sink have good water pressure. The service was solid, the lady we met was welcoming and she got straight to the point. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge which is convenient. The beds are spacious and the mattress is supportive.
Cons. The carpet in the room as well as the tiles in the bathroom are a bit sticky. Not sure if that's due to the high moisture or if they are not cleaned well. Some might find it nasty. The gym only has a cable machine which is alright but some more equipment would have been much better. They advertise saying they have a great breakfast however it isn't anything crazy. Just some eggs, waffles that you have to make yourself, and some coffee. Not much variety overall. This is nitpicky, but the furniture is a bit old and could use some polish/maintenance. The biggest con for me was the location, its located right beside the frontage road which is in theory good, but during rush hour the road becomes completely jammed with cars. Especially at the time of writing this review because there is a lot of construction going on nearby so driving in and out of the residence can be dangerous and annoying.
Overall: This place is great for staying a couple nights on a short trip however I wouldn't recommend staying here long term. Its safe and has mostly everything you need.
