India: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Kerala

Questa villa era assolutamente fantastica! Mi sentivo come se ci fermassimo in una casa tradizionale con cibo servito proprio sul patio. Letti molto confortevoli, cuscini, doccia bello ... solo doveva aspettare un po' per l'acqua per riscaldare, e super pulito. L'unico problema è stato il coro, perché la villa è vicino alla spiaggia, ma non credo che l'hotel possa fare nulla a riguardo. Solo avere i vostri pasti e pulire rapidamente prima che il coro sbarchi.

L'hotel Coast View si sentiva un po' datato, ma era in generale pulito. La TV non funzionava, ma era immediatamente riparata. Il buffet e il ristorante erano deliziosi, e il personale era molto utile. Purtroppo, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata del mio pagamento con carta di credito al checkout. Nonostante molte richieste di posta elettronica da quando sono tornato a casa, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata dell'importo totale, quindi sono confusa con ciò che è stato caricato nella mia stanza e quanto.Può mettere questo messaggio in una posta elettronica il più presto possibile?

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

Hotel was beautiful, expensive but worth the money.

La posizione è buona e l'hotel è semplicemente buono. È necessario un certo rinominamento intorno al percorso che conduce alla spiaggia. ***y optare per questa posizione per un facile accesso alle spiagge, se non mantenuto, porterà dellusione. Il SPA non è per la speranza e la manutenzione del Spa è molto cattiva. La cibo è superiore alla media. Il buffet è buono ma manca la varietà per coloro che rimangono più a lungo. In generale è stata una buona esperienza. Il signor Babu è un buon amico, dovrebbe essere premiato per il suo bel servizio. In generale, il personale dell'hotel è gentile e ben noto e ascolta le nostre preoccupazioni.

A parte la vista, niente altro è uscito

Petals is a beautiful, well-maintained resort located close to the main road near Thariode and I would highly recommend it for multiple reasons. We were there for 3 nights and the staff were helpful and polite. The food was too good and varied. We chose the heritage room and it was clean, loaded with all amenities and had great views of the valley. The resort has a great pool, game rooms, spa and a badminton court. All in all a perfect stay and would love to come again.

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!
