Norvegia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Contea di Oslo

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole. Nonostante un piccolo intoppo con la prenotazione della camera che ha ritardato il check-in, ho apprezzato l'impegno sia della reception dell'hotel (in particolare di Jordan) che del rappresentante di Trip (Nico) nel risolvere tempestivamente il problema. La camera in sé era piuttosto essenziale, ma la posizione superba e la deliziosa colazione hanno più che compensato il disagio. Tornerei sicuramente e soggiornerei di nuovo presso Clarion Hotels.

Struttura stupenda, con vista bellissima e completa di tutto. Unico inconveniente è la distanza dai mezzi, quando si arriva e si parte con i bagagli. Da tornare!!!

Mio marito stava soffrendo di dolore durante il viaggio, cercando di chiedere una matrigna di sicurezza con la ricezione. La bella signora della ricezione ha risposto con una risposta molto gentile e rapida e ha contattato la custodia della casa.Quando sono tornato all'hotel, la custodia della casa ha già trovato una soluzione per risolvere il problema e ha lasciato un buon messaggio come sotto. Vorrei ringraziarli per il loro aiuto.

Un hotel di una catena alberghiera dai colori vivaci, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, che rende gli spostamenti in treno estremamente comodi. La colazione era fantastica, con salmone e formaggio norvegese marrone a volontà 🧀. Anche il servizio nel complesso è stato molto buono. Gli unici aspetti negativi erano le camere piccole e i servizi relativamente essenziali. C'erano parecchi europei e americani che soggiornavano lì. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto soddisfacente 👍👍

Prima di tutto, io e papa abbiamo portato tre bagagli. Il cameriere che riceveva non significa aiutare subito. Quando uscivamo dalla stanza, incontrai una ricetta speciale. La gente era molto gentile e molto entusiasta. La posizione dell'hotel era buona. Il rapporto prezzo è più alto e il prezzo è più comodo di vivere in Giappone

L'hotel si trova a 5-6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, proprio vicino al mare. Dispone di una piccola lobby, ma potremmo anche utilizzare alcuni tavoli del suo ristorante, mentre ci godiamo caffè o tè gratuiti durante tutta la giornata. Offre anche una cena leggera inclusa nel prezzo ed è stato uno dei motivi per cui l'ho scelto. La cena comprende un buffet di poche insalate e fantastici condimenti, oltre a una zuppa quotidiana, un pasto e pane appena sfornato. La colazione era molto gustosa, splendidamente decorata su un tavolino, con varietà di opzioni per tutti i gusti, immediatamente riempita quando svuotata. Tutto ciò che veniva offerto era di alta qualità. C'è anche una palestra e una sauna gratuite. La stanza non è grande, ma è sufficiente. Bella decorazione. Letti non troppo grandi in una doppia. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo, con cabina doccia intelligente. Belle finestre enormi con sole tutto il giorno. Sorprendentemente, non c'era il frigorifero. La TV aveva solo pochi canali nazionali. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ho ricevuto la camera immediatamente all'arrivo, poche ore prima dell'orario ufficiale del check-in. Il check-out è davvero ottimo: fissato a mezzogiorno. C'è un deposito bagagli molto piccolo ma gratuito. Alla fine, su Trip.com ho ottenuto un ottimo prezzo rispetto agli altri fornitori.

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

La stanza è quasi come una stanza dell'Hanting in Cina, ma fondamentalmente è così in Norvegia. La posizione è comoda, molto vicino alla metropolitana. La colazione è molto buona, ricca di varietà, a cinque stelle, degna di lode

Bisogna prendere la metropolitana dalla stazione centrale di Oslo, che dista circa due o tre fermate. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione comoda, a quattro minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Toyun. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un supermercato 7-23 Mart e un ristorante. La cosa migliore è che l'appartamento ha una cucina. Noi tre condividevamo due stanze e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Al momento del check-out, è necessario togliere le lenzuola e depositarle nell'area di raccolta, gettare la spazzatura vicino alla porta e lavare i piatti. Il deposito di 2.000 sterline verrà rimborsato. Abbiamo adorato questo appartamento.
