Montenegro: hotel con bar nella provincia di Comune di Budua

Just home after the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Budva. We flew into Podgorica, about an hours drive, we took a taxi/ transfer. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and given complimentary champagne. The lobby is beautifully tasteful. The lady who checked us in was most polite and helpful, truly an excellent example of what front of house should be at a 5 star hotel. Our room (203) was on the second floor, to the side of the hotel, immaculate and spacious, so well presented. Bathroom was also spacious with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner in large bottles (a huge plus as a travelling female) Room had very comfortable bed, a seating area and a large balcony also with seating area. Coffee machine and kettle provided, as was a well stocked minibar. Robes and slippers in the wardrobe were top quality. Everything about the room was top quality. We ordered room service on our first evening and this was very generous, presented perfectly. Breakfast was buffet style and catered for all tastes and choices, very fresh, well stocked and well organised breakfast session. The rooftop pool restaurant and bar area was fantastic, we spent a lot of time up here taking in the stunning views, enjoying lunch and reasonably priced drinks. The pool was clean and very well maintained, more of a spa type pool than a hotel pool. Lunches that we enjoyed consisted of pizzas, Italian thin style and delicious, so fresh. We also ate in the rooftop restaurant one evening, my husband had the prawns with vegetables, and said they were the best prawns he had ever eaten. Beautiful ambiance of an evening on the rooftop. The old town is approx 20 mins walk away, and nice for a stroll around, we however, couldn’t get enough of this fantastic hotel, and spent most of our stay here. Thankyou to each and every member of staff who made our stay so amazing, our first visit to Montenegro, and we will most certainly return. Wonderful hotel.

I was staying in Fontana Residence Budva at Fontana Hotel (it belongs to another owner). Hotel was actually great (location and ambience). But the apartment I was staying was terrible (not the room but the host). 1) came early at 11-12plus but understand apartment will be ready only from 130pm-2pm. That's fine. So we went to lunch nearby. However, at about 1pm, host suddenly text us (few times) requesting us to come back (in 15 minutes). Luckily we were nearby so quickly rushed back. 2) whatsapped host on apartment questions, typed in both English and Serbian as she was more comfortable in Serbian, (as hotel staff will redirect them to host. Fair enough as it does not belong to hotel). Eventually host told us not to bother her (she later deleted the message which I failed to screenshot). 3) host tried to justify review but saying person in contact is staff not host and I did not contact host for the problems. Also claimed staff came at 1pm as a favour but I misused (which is a strong accusation). - firstly: how would I as an outsider know if the person is a host/guest (is not written anywhere on them or in any of our online conversations. There was no introduction too) - secondly: we never demand to check in before 130pm nor request for their staff to come down early and check us in. If she wants to come early, at least inform us prior her arrival instead of rushing us and demanding us to return in 15mins. Unfortunately, I could not share the whatsapp screenshots on reservation platform due to their T&Cs. If I could share it here, I would. Our whatsapp messages are solid claims on what really happened and host decided to brush it off and blame the customer instead. Fontana Hotel is great (the 2 stars are strictly for them) but avoid the Fontana Residence Budva (at level 8) instead. Host and staff's attitude really spoilt one's holiday.

La vista marina dell’hotel era semplicemente sconvolgente, ma svegliarsi fino al suono delle onde che si sono crollate e di godere di una tazza di caffè mentre guardare le acque blu brillanti era un sogno che si è realizzato. La stanza stessa era elegantemente progettata con una combinazione perfetta di comfort e lusso, e il personale era incredibilmente attento e andava oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole.

Just got back from our 7 night stay in Villa Gracia, we just loved every single day of our stay. Everything was perfect, starting with great location of the hotel -everywhere we went we didnt have to walk more than 15 minutes- main bus station, beach buses station, waterfront,old city,shops, restaurants or our favorite beach in Budva-Mogren 2. Literally 50m away we had a bakery and a late working small shop (22h) in case we needed anything or wanted a snack. Next, breakfast was fresh and tasty and two ladies working there were super nice and attentive, it was a real pleasure eating on a lovely small terrace every morning. It was not a problem to both of them to bring us anything we asked for (like boiling eggs for my husband ;) ) although the breakfast area was packed with guests and busy. Thank you both, you are lovely :) Room was large with a big closet ,comfy bed, cute balcony, kettle,fridge, equiped with everything we needed. Clean and spotless. We had good night sleep, Villa Gracia is centraly located but in a quiet street with not so much traffic or noise. Least but most important-owner and the staff, everyone was polite,superfriendly and helpful, providing us tips on finding beaches,restaurants, printing our bus tickets etc Me and my husband travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels and accomodations, from budget to five star and these guys are top notch ＜3 One of best small hotels we stayed in, and if we come back to Budva we will stay here again, and I warmly recommed this place to everyone. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you!

Tutto era perfetto. Se si intende visitare Budva non guardare alcuna alternativa questo posto è una scelta perfetta. La posizione è perfetta, le camere sono perfette, il personale è anche. E speciali grazie a Milica; lei era molto gentile e anche professionale, sono grato per la sua ospite.

This hotel is a solid 10/10!!! From the amazing staff to the great breakfast, location, cleanliness, restaurant… everything was perfect!! I don’t remember the names of the two female receptionists who work from 8am-3pm but they were so kind and helpful! ZUK the later shift receptionist was always ready to help and recommended some amazing eatery spots! In the restaurant, Marko and Nemanja always made me feel so comfortable and I ended up going there in the evenings for drinks just to hang out with them because they were truly the kindest and sweetest staff ever!!!

Stai qui per 6 notti e potevi facilmente stare più a lungo. Il proprietario e il personale sono estremamente utile, amichevole e accogliente. L'alloggio è grande e la vista dal balcone è stupenda. Parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dalla villa. Ristoranti di qualità in pochi minuti a piedi. Belle spiagge e un mare chiaro cristallo in 10 minuti a piedi. Ci siamo apprezzati completamente il nostro soggiorno e non cambierebbe nulla. Grazie mille. Rob & Ruth x

Stanza pulita all'arrivo e durante tutto il soggiorno. Addette alle pulizie gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. A finestre chiuse, silenzio e tranquillità tutto il giorno. Bagno molto ben fornito e disposto, doccia ampia. Armadi spaziosi, letti comodi, vista da sogno. Spa eccellente. Piscina esterna pulita, bella e divertente. Spiaggia privata e servizi annessi eccellenti. Personale di tutti i settori gentili e disponibili. Occhio però ai ragazzi dell'entrata, credo che siano d'accordo con taxi che richiedono tariffe molte più alte del dovuto. Meglio sbrigarsela da soli. Unica pecca, a mio avviso, l'offerta gastronomica. A colazione molto buona, ma a pranzo e cena ripetitiva, deludente e non all'altezza di un cinque stelle. Più simile ad un discreto servizio mensa. In definitiva, consigliato per soggiornarci ma senza pensione (né mezza, né completa), anche perché i paraggi sono stracolmi di buoni ristoranti di ogni genere.

Questo posto, chiamato ”hotel”, è stato un disastro, con una lunga lista di cose terribili. La piscina sul tetto che vedete sulle foto dell'hotel non è effettivamente situato in un altro hotel, e non è stato menzionato! È necessario salire circa 200 metri per raggiungere l'altro hotel dove si trova questa piscina (anche se offrono anche un'auto guidata all'altro hotel). Una volta arrivato, si può ”vincere” la seconda fila dei letti della piscina perché non appartiene a questo hotel specifico - significa che si fanno di te un ospite di seconda classe. Inoltre, non c'era alcun shampoo fornito in bagno, solo sapone corporeo. La AC non funzionava bene. La temperatura non scendeva a circa 24 gradi, anche se l'avevo fissato a 19 gradi. Così, sudo tutta la notte e non riuscivo a dormire bene. L'hotel afferma che il sole ha colpito la temperatura, ma le tende sono state chiuse, e non c'è sole alla notte! Per aggiungere alla miseria, non c'era acqua calda nel doccia una sera alle 7:00. Mi è stato detto di aspettare e controllare di nuovo alle 10:00, solo per essere informato che la questione era stata risolta. Ma, come avresti potuto immaginare, non era vero.Quando ho chiesto di usare il doccia di un'altra stanza, mi hanno detto che non potevo aspettare un po' più. Ho chiesto al ricevimento di considerare una compensazione, ma hanno rifiutato completamente. Quando siamo tornati a casa, ho mandato un'e-mail al direttore della catena dell'hotel per ottenere un vero riferimento su tutta questa permanenza, e hanno scusato, ma non potevo offrirmi alcun rimborso perché non ho prenotato la nostra permanenza direttamente dall'hotel. Invece mi hanno offerto un altro sconto di soggiorno, che non userò mai. Vorrei non aver dovuto scrivere questo tipo di recensione per un hotel di punteggio alto 4 stelle. A mio parere, risparmiatevi il problema e evite di rimanere lì o in qualsiasi altro luogo collegato al loro nome. Vorrei non dover scrivere questo tipo di recensione. ps, attaccato un pic' del bagno che era situato in un luogo stretto per sedersi confortevolmente.

In primo luogo, si può vedere il commento come un altro manager di hotel. In qualità di manager di un impianto a cinque stelle in Turchia/Bodrum, abbiamo scelto questo posto per un viaggio 3-day. L'hotel è abbastanza conveniente in termini di prezzo e prestazioni. Le camere sono pulite e utili ... Non c'era nessun kit nella stanza, ma lo forniscono se si chiede (slip, bagno e pasta dentale) non valuterò la varietà del colazione come negli hotel turchi, perché noi, tutti gli hotel, Il Parlamento ha espresso un po' di esagerazione, ma quando lo compariamo con gli hotel europei durante la nostra visita, va bene, solo nel servizio. Non c'erano napkins, bagni bagnati, tè turco bevuto e un amico di cura sulle tavole, e purtroppo era un po' lontano, serio e soffocato, ma come valutazione generale, possiamo dire che ha avuto più punti grazie al receptionista Gordana. Finché Orduna esiste, può trovare soluzioni a tutte le vostre domande e problemi con il suo viso sorridente e la sua approccio business orientato alla soluzione. La mia stanza è molto pulita e comoda, il letto è molto morbido e la testa è molto comoda.Le strutture della stanza sono anche complete, con TV, mini frigo e caffè, che mi fa sentire molto comodo.La camera da letto è anche molto pulita, fornisce tutti i requisiti, come lavatrice di capelli, guardia capelli e rivestimento. In generale, le strutture nella stanza sono molto buone, mi sento molto comodo e soddisfatto. Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto buono.I dipendenti dell'hotel sono sempre molto amichevoli e felici di aiutare le persone.Sono sempre disposti a rispondere alle mie domande e a fornire consigli utili.Inoltre, il colazione fornita dall'hotel è molto delizioso, molti tipi di e hanno diverse opzioni ogni giorno. Il servizio del ristorante è anche molto buono, i dipendenti sono sempre molto attenti e entusiasti.

Hotel eccellente. Cosy, pulito, tutto è organizzato e pensativo. Parcheggio gratuito, spiaggia 100 metri. La camera è piccola ma con tutto ciò che è necessario (teaser e acqua gratuita nelle camere non sono forniti apparentemente in tutto il Montenegro). Le colazioni sono eccellenti, deliziose e saturi, una piscina con sauna sul secondo piano. L'unica cosa che si può fare in anticipo è prendere le camere con vista a parcheggio (non hanno balcone, vista sul mare, ma nessuno camminerà e canterà canzoni alla notte sotto il balcone). Grazie speciali alla ragazza russa sulle ricette - immediatamente e in modo costoso aumentato la categoria della stanza, e semplicemente molto bella!

Stai qui per 6 notti e potevi facilmente stare più a lungo. Il proprietario e il personale sono estremamente utile, amichevole e accogliente. L'alloggio è grande e la vista dal balcone è stupenda. Parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dalla villa. Ristoranti di qualità in pochi minuti a piedi. Belle spiagge e un mare chiaro cristallo in 10 minuti a piedi. Ecco la versione corretta della recensione dell'hotel, con il gramma migliorato: L'hotel è stato in generale buono e valeva la pena di spenderlo. La stanza era pulita e la posizione era bella: lontano dal rumore, ma vicino alle spiagge e un magnifico ristorante chiamato ”Bankada”. Tuttavia, c'erano alcune piccole cose che potevano essere migliorate, come ad esempio il campo da gioco dei bambini, menzionato nella descrizione dell'hotel, era solo una swing a metà rotta e una scala in salita.
