Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

I have stayed here for work before but this time I booked for myself and my Husband for an overnight stay. This hotel is lovely, the room was beautiful, overlooked the vast gardens. Everywhere was nice and clean and the added bonus of the swimming pool and outdoor hot-tub was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Il cibo è stato bellamente preparato, pieno di sapore, e servito con un sorriso. Evidentemente la squadra si è molto orgogliosa della qualità del servizio. In generale, sono lieto di dire che Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa si è rimborsato più che in me stesso. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse una camminata rilassante con servizio di top-notch. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Grande hotel con un colazione inglese. Le camere sono tranquille, e si possono aprire le finestre se vuole. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con un team amichevole e attento che si è davvero occupato di noi. e il bagno è grande.

Hotel carino, buona stanza di dimensioni, bello e pulito, sicuramente visitare di nuovo.

Recentemente ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale in un hotel situato nel cuore di Guildford. La comodità della posizione era eccellente, guadagnando un punteggio perfetto di 10 su 10. Il personale ha fornito un servizio esemplificativo, dimostrando professionalità e attenzione durante tutta la mia visita, e soprattutto la stanza era improvvisamente pulita e ben mantenuta, contribuendo in modo significativo alla mia esperienza generale. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel per chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente a Guildford.
