The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor."

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto e proprio di fronte a una stazione di polizia. La zona circostante sembra essere un quartiere piuttosto esclusivo e sicuro, con un grande centro commerciale raggiungibile in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi. Anche la colazione è buona e si adatta bene ai gusti orientali, inoltre le porzioni dei pasti ordinati al ristorante sono molto abbondanti. L'unica pecca è che la pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorabile: durante le notti del mio soggiorno, in due occasioni mi sono alzato a mezzanotte per andare in bagno e ho notato la presenza di scarafaggi.

Lorne M.Le Suite sono molto spaziose e pulite senza spazi. Il letto grande era comodo e aveva fogli di qualità. La doccia era buona con acqua calda e grandi asciugamani. Il WiFi era solo sufficiente. Il colazione era bello con una buona selezione. Il personale era amichevole e molto professionale. Abbiamo pianificato di tornare al Tequendama per rimanere ancora più a lungo quando torniamo da un breve soggiorno con amici al di fuori di Bogota.

SoulfulExplorerThe Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins.
It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Utente ospitefantastic breakfast, helpful staff as we were travelling with an infant. The surrounding area of the hotel is perfect for running or walking in the park. Close by shopping market within walking distance for food or basic staff. Quiet location respect the busy city and perfect for resting after a day out. Common areas inside the hotel were perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately the last floor with the gym was under renovation and we couldn't use it but we will come back as it has been an overall great staying.

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.

Utente anonimo酒店最令人滿意的是安全性。酒店門口這條街直通玻利瓦爾廣場，隔一條街就是路面地攤什麼的，單單酒店門口這段，沒有地攤沒有賣藝人，沒有無家可歸者。巷子前後都有警察圍欄受着。
酒店早餐不錯，有熱開水，在殖民印記的庭院，氛圍不錯。
唯一不足的是，房間設施有些成舊。裝飾風格老派。
房價有些小貴（連住3晚，有一晚八百多元）。

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

Utente ospiteSome of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Dr. Julio BernalI am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you
