Grecia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Creta

I stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were both very impressed. The value for money was excellent, and the room actually exceeded my expectations—it looked even better in real life than in the photos. We had a beautiful view from the window, and the location was perfect: quiet, yet only a two-minute walk to the beach. Same for bus stop to Chania. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom, and it was equipped with everything we needed. It felt more like a small apartment, complete with a kitchen and a spacious balcony where we really enjoyed spending time. We liked it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the rooms were already fully booked for our dates. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would definitely recommend.

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti. Ho prenotato una stanza di vista sul mare, ma hanno detto che era stata aggiornata in una stanza con un jacuzzi. Anche se il jacuzzi era bello e rilassante, la vista sul mare era piuttosto limitata, un po’ deludente. La struttura è situata in una parte lontana e tranquilla dell'isola. Ha un eccellente accesso a Internet e un fitness all'aperto decente. Poiché è a destra del mare, si può godere di camminare o correre lungo la costa fino alla città più vicina, Mavrikianon. Un aspetto importante da ricordare è che la proprietà non ha accesso diretto al mare. Per nuotare, è necessario andare a Plaka Beach, che richiede un minimo di spendere 40 € per persona per usare le letti solari, o a Mavrikianon Beach, che è molto più conveniente a 5 € per persona per tutto il giorno. La spiaggia Mavrikianon è molto piacevole e vicina ai mercati dove si possono acquistare bevande. Ci sono anche alcuni buoni posti di bevanda e cibo vicino, come il bar di Rudi, un pub di stile britannico e Porto Rino, che serve grandi pizza. Assicurati di saltare il taverno di Nico e provare il Ferryman invece non la rimpiangerete. La cosa più frustrante è stata la mancanza di schermi di mosquito sulle finestre. dormire con le finestre aperte non era davvero un'opzione, anche se il vento naturale era meraviglioso. La nostra stanza aveva un aria condizionata, ma noi tendiamo a dormire malati con essa, c'era anche un ventilatore di soffitto, ma è vergognoso perdere l'aria fresca semplicemente per una schermata mancante. Il colazione era anche una delusione, ci sono state poche opzioni, il caffè non era buono e le omelete erano troppo cucinate. La parte più sfavorevole del nostro soggiorno è stato il sistema di parcheggio. Devi controllare e uscire con sicurezza ogni volta, che si è sentito eccessivo e consumato il tempo. Ha dato l'impressione di entrare in una zona di alta sicurezza, non un rilassante resort. In generale, è stata una buona esperienza con alcune caratteristiche bellissime, ma per il prezzo, manca conforto e comodità in alcuni settori chiave. - Signor Presidente, signore.

Non era la stagione di picco, forse perché il personale non era così preparato, ma aspettavo molto tempo per prendere la ricezione dalla ricezione alla stanza dell’hotel, anche per cercare di chiedere un ombrello e altre informazioni. Il personale sembrava sempre occupato a parlare al telefono o con l'altro.La mia porta aveva qualche problema, avete bisogno di qualche abilità per aprirla, il conducente di autobus dello shuttle ha trascorso cinque minuti a aprirla. Il personale dei ristoranti era amichevole, equo, il ristorante a buffet era molto bello, cucinava cibo diverso e delizioso. Il ristorante di alimenti per la notte ha servito un menu, per il quale ho aspettato molto, poiché mi è stato consentito sostituire un pasto a buffet per un ristorante la cart. Il cibo stesso era giusto, anche se troppo salonico, e due o tre piatti saranno serviti allo stesso tempo e sinceramente non erano nemmeno caldi. La camera era molto efficiente e la camera era sempre pulita. La piscina privata era bella, pensava fosse fredda e ventosa ora. Quindi controlla il tempo prima di andare, giorni sole e pioggia sono esperienze completamente diverse. La spiaggia dell'hotel era bella, ma ancora una volta non ho ricevuto il mio cocktail Paloma dopo aver aspettato mezz'ora. Hanno fornito interessanti spettacoli la sera, mi dispiace perderlo, ma devi guardare, l'esecutore è molto appassionato. And about transportation, you can choose either hotel’s pickup that is expensive but convenient, or the local bus (I chose KTEL, it’s very comfortable but please check the timetable on the website). Questo posto è lontano da ogni parte, si può utilizzare un vicino supermercato che ha tutto a un prezzo equo. Se possibile, si dovrebbe noleggiare un'auto, che potrebbe migliorare significativamente la vostra esperienza . Non mi sono divertito questa volta, in qualche modo per i miei affari personali, spero che tu abbia un bel tempo li'!

My stay at The Royal Senses Hotel in Crete was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions. We stayed in Sunrise apartments in the beginning of June. First of all I'd like to say a huge thank you to Nicko and Tonya, the hotel manager and his wife. They are amazing people,very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made us feel at home during our stay. The hotel itself is located on a hill, but that's what gives you the best view of sunset and sunrise. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs. It's a Beautiful spot with sea and mountain views to watch the sunset and have dinner in a relaxing atmosphere. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you needed and it was cleaned 4 times during our stay(10 days). All bedding and towels changed every time they cleaned the room. The cleaner was amazing too. She did such a great job. The pool was very clean and very pleasant, the water check was done by Nicko daily. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The hotel was approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, which was quite good and had everything we needed. Restaurants and taverns are all located within walking distance,but if you want to rent a car or scooter, Nicko will help you with that too. He is very approachable and helpful. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and highly recommend Sunrise apartments to other guests. Thank you Nicko for everything you have done for us and put up with us all 10 days and made our Crete experience unforgettable.

L'hotel è abbastanza pulito e moderno. Abbiamo trovato i letti molto comodi e la posizione dell'hotel era abbastanza comoda vicino alla città vecchia e alle aree portuali. Le camere sono ben arredate con un paio di sedie, una zona lavoro, una postazione per caffè/tè, una grande TV e un ampio bagno. C'erano abbastanza prese in giro per la stanza e molti interruttori con le impostazioni della luce per farlo bene. Abbiamo apprezzato il balcone e la vista all'esterno, ma ogni sera c'erano alcune macchine che passavano con musica ad alto volume. L'unica lamentela significativa che abbiamo avuto è stata che la doccia del bagno perdeva molto facilmente nelle nostre camere e bagnava il pavimento vicino al bagno. La colazione in hotel era abbastanza buona con una varietà di cibi cretesi come formaggio e pasticcini. C'erano uova strapazzate fresche e anche un'ottima salsiccia disponibile. La colazione comprendeva anche una grande varietà di frutta conservata che si abbinava bene allo yogurt greco e comprendeva arance, ciliegie, uva e fichi. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che l'hotel disponesse di un parcheggio economico nelle vicinanze del Central Parking, che costava 7 euro al giorno con privilegi illimitati di entrata e uscita a patto che ricevessimo un timbro all'ingresso. L'hotel aveva anche un ristorante che offriva il servizio in camera e c'era un caffè popolare proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Questo hotel è stato una buona base per esplorare Creta con una posizione comoda vicino all'aeroporto e il prezzo era molto onesto per noi.

I giving this review from my previous stays at this accommodation over the last 10 Years. Its always been a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Just one complaint though. I accidentally booked the wrong dates to stay but i managed to cancel a whole week before i was meant to stay. NO REFUND EVEN WITH A WEEKS NOTICE!  The hotel Just referred me to TRIP.COM And TRIP.COM just referred me to The hotel. It definitely soured my experience with a place i have stayed at before every time i come to visit
