Bellissima struttura di fronte alla fortezza veneziana ed a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale. Camera di ampiezza standard per il livello, ampio balcone. Letto molto comodo. Piscina sul tetto forse un po' piccola per le esigenze. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Parcheggio non grandissimo ma con utile servizio di valet parking. Colazione con linea con lo standard dell'hotel. Nel complesso una esperienza estremamente piacevole.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in July 2022. There were eight of us in total so two families. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the middle of Heraklion, opposite the bustling square with its wonderful with its Artisan stalls which are worth visiting and only a short walk to the shops and wonderful selection of restaurants. Heraklion is a truly bustling and Cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is very close to Heraklion Archaeological Museum and a bus or taxi ride to the beach. It is also not too far from the port you can walk there but we took a very quick taxi due to the heat. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our baggage was taken to our room for us. The reception area is refreshing to walk into from the heat outside and the decor is lovely and very modern with a comfortable seating area. There is a downstairs bar which is very chic with beautiful artwork where you can eat and you can just walk through to the shops outside to have a mooch with is perfect. Our check in process was very smooth and efficient. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 2. We had travelled from Chania by taxi. and were a little early. The gentleman on reception was able to find our group a room to check into while they got our other rooms ready which was very helpful and we did not have to wait too long. We had the economy rooms two different types between us. The ones which have balconies and the ones which are inside but don't have a balcony. The latter were a bit bigger than the ones with the balcony and the children's bed has its own little area which we really liked. The bathroom and room were very clean and the cleaners were very helpful and polite. We had a small fridge all the usual amenities you would expect and the air conditioning always worked well. I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro

Stavo in suite con vista sul mare. La vista era sorprendente. La camera era bella, il letto era super comodo. C'era una bella tavola di vanità da prepararsi. Il bagno era grande e pulito. Il servizio alla ricezione era molto utile. La posizione era grande nella vecchia città, ma non troppo rumorosa - musica dal ristorante stasera, ma mi piaceva e le campane della chiesa domenica. Un paio di cose da sottolineare: non c’era mobili nei balconi e fuori da un po’, non c’era mobili nella stanza per muoversi fuori, quindi non c’era nulla da sedersi per godere di balcone e la vista. Anche la tenda era solo metà di quella per bloccare la luce, per chiudere i serbatoi che poi restringe l'aria. Non mi importava, ma se volessi dormire l'oscurità, potrei avere bisogno di portare un maschero agli occhi. Come ho detto solo cose minori. In generale grande posto. Acqua calda - mi riferisco come so che questo è importante per le persone :)

L'hotel è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto. Facile da trovare. Il personale era molto utile e bello. La stanza era pulita e organizzata. Il bagno non era così bello, è un bagno senza cortina, quindi il pavimento si bagna molto quando si fa la doccia.

Nous avons pris le forfait demi-pension, c'était le même menu pour 5 nuits. Seulement quelques plats et les plats ne sont pas à notre goût. Le menu pour les autres clients sont meilleurs. On était très déçu. On n'a pas mangé pour la 5e journée car les menus sont les mêmes Seulement quelques choix. Je ne recommande pas demi-pension pour cet hôtel.

L'hotel non è nella vecchia città di Lijiang, ma la posizione è buona, camminare cinque minuti dalla stazione e parcheggiare intorno.La stanza è pulita, spaziosa, tranquilla e le strutture sono nuove.Ci piace molto il tempo di soggiorno.Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto buono, per aiutarci a tirare fuori un taxi. Molti affitti locali non sono orologi in Iraq, quindi chiedo aiuto all'hotel, è molto conveniente.Si consiglia di soggiornare.

Ho usato questo hotel in molte occasioni per 11 anni. La posizione è molto centrale, il personale è sempre cortese e utile. Camere molto comode e un buon colazione buffet al mattino. Raccomandato.

We arrived by overnight ferry from Athens (Minoan Lines) and the hotel was so close to the port that we decided to walk there as we were backpacking. It took us 10-15 minutes. We entered the hotel at 8AM and were stunned to learn that all three of our rooms were ready for us (6 adults total). I'm sure it was because we were there in the off-season, but it was still a pleasant surprise. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. My sister had done a lot of research on restaurants, so we ate most of our breakfasts at one called Crop a few blocks away which was terrific. Net, we didn't pay for/eat the breakfast that the hotel provided up on the top floor. I ran up one morning to check and it looked fine (bread, processed meats, cheeses, a few other things) but nothing that would make you say you had to eat breakfast there. The view was incredible, however. Our rooms did not have ocean views - we faced the street. There were other hotels and apartment buildings nearby and it seemed like a quiet part of town, but again we were there in the off-season. We checked out on our last day around 11AM and they let us store our bags in a locked closet until around 7PM when we caught the overnight ferry back to Athens - very helpful. The staff was lovely, the rooms clean, the location (for our purposes) was terrific so I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Can only echo all the other reviews. From the moment you enter the clean smart reception there is an air of total relaxation. all of the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Special mentions go to Manager owner Petros whose genuine customer service and caring sets the culture for the entire hotel to restaurant staff Manolo and Anastasia both of whom are great characters and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The food was absolutely AMAZING the milanese risotto with ossobucco takes a lot of beating but this was surpassed by the lobster and scallop soup (see photo). We could not fault the room either. Yes is was one of the top rooms the dome suite 532 and yes the views from both inside and the pool were great. There was the coastal rd but did not interfere with the relaxing vibe. Prices within the hotel were very fair, often cheaper than outside (which is fantastic based on the quality). The Cretan wines recommended by Manolo were some of the best we have experienced. Would certainly book this again, just looking for the excuse now.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, camminare pochi minuti dalla vecchia città, la colazione è molto buona, il servizio della ricetta è anche molto buono, la stanza non è grande, ma la progettazione è molto ragionevole, e c'è un balcone, un vento e un confortevole

Ho alloggiato in questo ostello con un gruppo numeroso di amici, camera da 6 letti grandi e comodi, ognuno dotato di un mega cassetto chiudibile con lucchetto in dotazione. Bagni in comune pulitissimi , come tutte le stanze in comune comprese due cucine attrezzate . 4 frughi ad uso degli ospiti super puliti. Personale gentile ed efficiente, disponibile e accogliente. Per una settimana abbiamo noleggiato set asciugamani a 3 euro. Posizione centrale,in 10 minuti a piedi eravamo in centro di Chania,a 100 MT supermercato e accanto forneria. Sicuramente uno degli ostelli più belli che ho visto.

Superb hotel. Perfect location right on the beach with shallow, clear waters. Sun beds free as part of the hotel plus drinks and food are served to your sun bed on the beach too. The bar area was gorgeous overlooking the beach, with a beautiful sunset every evening around 8:15pm. George and Kostas were so friendly and regularly gave us a free bowl of crisps with our drinks which the children loved. Little touches mean a lot. We stayed in a maisonette which worked great with our 10 and 11 year old as they had twin beds and their own bathroom upstairs, with a sliding door at the top of the stairs for privacy, whilst we had our own double bed and bathroom downstairs plus balcony The room was cleaned every day and clean towels provided daily too. Free towels provided for the beach every day. Agia Marina is a long road of restaurants and shops with Gorgona, Rustic Garden and Nymfi (live music on a Sunday, plus a children’s play area), are all excellent restaurants. Chania was a 35 min bus ride (stop 5 minute walk from hotel) or 15 mins via car €17. Very pretty harbour but very busy! You can’t go wrong with this hotel for a family holiday.

Abbiamo viaggiato con un bambino di 1,5 anni per undici giorni con colazione. L'Aparthotel è anche prenotato con mezza pensione o all inclusive. Ho avuto l'impressione che la maggior parte dei visitatori erano tutti inclusive ospiti. Camere: abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento gratuito su un appartamento anche se avevamo prenotato uno studio. Non era sul lato della spiaggia, ma verso. Il balcone era molto grande, che era di alta importanza. Altrimenti, l'appartamento era semplicemente nuovo e non utilizzato. La cottura era generosamente dotata di tostapane e filtro caffè oltre al forno. E 'stato pulito molto bene ogni giorno. Un alto sulle donne pulite dell'impianto. Purtroppo nell'appartamento mancavano prodotti domestici più piccoli come un tovagliolo o un semplice tovagliolo per asciugare e lavare. impianto: ci erano 2 grandi aree di piscina. sul lato della spiaggia e di fronte. Basta selezione con cose continentali, ma anche greche. Posizione: Agia Marina è un tipico luogo di bagno. 9 km da Chania. Buona partenza per le spiagge occidentali. Altrimenti ci sono tutto ciò che ci sono in luoghi di bagno. Supermercati, negozi di souvenir, taverne e molti alloggi. Conclusione: In generale siamo stati soddisfatti. Viaggiando in Europa meridionale, siamo solitamente alla ricerca di appartamenti ragionevoli. Questo è ciò che abbiamo trovato, ma tutto è più mirato al pubblico all inclusive.

Purtroppo il Belmondo hotel non è come viene presentato nelle foto in rete. Vedo foto con camere con vista e ti fanno pensare che siano tutte così, ma non è vero; bagni con cabina doccia ma il nostro aveva una obsoleta vasca da bagno con tenda di plastica di protezione, la colazione (minimale) o la fai in camera oppure in uno dei due tavolini all'ingresso dell'albergo. Letti scomodi con materassi di vecchia concezione. Frigobar vuoto, con 1 sola bottiglia di acqua messa solo il giorno dell'arrivo. Arredamento vecchio e da rimodernare. Su tutto ciò metto a disposizione le foto che ho fatto sul posto. Non è certamente un 4 stelle e forse neanche un 3 stelle per i criteri europei. Unico punto di forza la posizione centralissima anche se questa comporta che la macchina deve essere parcheggiata in piazza Tolo, quindi lontana circa 600 metri, e non c'è alcun servizio per aiutarti a portare le valige, come ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle.

Uno dei migliori alberghi in cui sia mai stata. Il personale tutto sorridente e accogliente, in particolare il ragazzo che guida lo shuttle e quello alla reception. Camera con vista mare da togliere il fiato, anche dopo il checkout siamo stati in piscina tutto il giorno fino all’orario del volo potendo usufruire della doccia e di tutte le facility dell’albergo. Una menzione speciale anche per il ristorante con una vista bellissima e il cibo veramente buono. Shuttle indispensabile per raggiungere il centro. Complimenti Royal Sun!

Premetto che sono abituata a viaggiare molto per lavoro e vacanza e posso affermare che questo hotel è decisamente sopra la media della sua categoria. Naturalmente parliamo di un hotel giovane e dinamico, un’evoluzione del classico 5 stelle. La struttura è nuova, sempre pulita e curata nei dettagli. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, dall’accoglienza alla colazione, dal pranzo alla cena, dalla cura delle camere alla cura del complesso, sono tutti molto attenti nel voler soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. questo tipo di attenzione non è così comune e frequente, almeno in Europa. Un ringraziamento doveroso al ristorante Bony Fish che mi ha riservato un trattamento speciale Polina ed il suo staff sono riusciti ad esaudire ogni mia richiesta con grande professionalità ed entusiasmo, spicca infatti anche la professionalità e la competenza del loro Manager Vasilis Andrikopoulos sempre attento e gentile con ogni ospite. Se proprio devo fare un appunto lo posso fare sul rapporto qualità/prezzo del cibo... ma provengo dal settore e sono Italiana quindi forse troppo esigente😬

I will try and keep this review to the point. Arrived for a 7 day stay at this hotel. Hotel looks amazing from everywhere. Booked a dazzling sea view room and when we arrived I realised it was not a dazzling sea view room and was more what other hotels would refer to as a partial sea view room - showing slight sea view from a corner. I raised it with staff who advised it was sea view but could look at it tomorrow which given the time I agreed to. I also raised it with my travel company. The following morning in the afternoon I was shown another room which wasn’t a proper sea view either. Given that I paid a considerable amount more for a sea view I wasn’t happy with the room provided. I showed the guy in reception the photo of the room I chose when booking and he told me that it “was just marketing” to which I responded it’s false advertising - he then walked off and left us. Later in the day we had a call from guest relations to ask how our first night had been etc which was nice and I explained the night had been ok but room wasn’t good. The lady told me I was in a urban city room not a dazzling sea view which I had chosen and paid more for. I later received a call from my travel company who advised that another room would be shown. Guest manager maria advised she wasn’t sure why we had been told it was city urban view but the new room was front facing sea view - we eventually moved on day 2 and there was no reimbur*****t for the days we were in the incorrect room. The new room was good but just a shame that it took so long to resolve as nobody wants a bad start to their holiday. My second critique of this hotel is front reception staff - mainly the men. Their attitude is poor and any questions appear to be a chore for them. When we arrived I asked about late checkout as our flight wasn’t until 11.55pm. I was told to request it a day before which I did. I was then told to come at 9pm and I explained I had dinner reservations but would come later In the night. I already knew there was an additional charge to keep the room which I was happy to pay. I was then told the hotel was fully booked and late checkout was not available now but we would have access to facilities. This again left a sour note to the holiday as it meant we had to rush and pack and then didn’t have comforts of using bathroom or resting etc. I also checked the hotel website and *********** which showed the hotel did have room availability so the guy on reception was being dishonest. I did challenge him On this but he didn’t appear to care and said if I wanted to book another room I could but it wouldn’t be ready until 3pm the next day. I could write so much more about this experience but overall it really ruined the day and final day of holiday. What was meant to be a relaxing day ended up being stressful as we had to be out the room by 11 and then had nowhere to really rest. Now onto the positives because there are some. Cosa dire… una parola semplice ma per nulla scontata ovvero: GRAZIE!!!! Un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff, soprattuto al team della Reception per la loro attenzione, disponibilità e splendidi sorrisi; a Giorgios (Restaurant Manager) sempre attento a ogni dettaglio, con la sua gentilezza e modi impeccabili ti fanno sentire accolto,come a casa. Per chi lavora nell’hospitality riuscire a far sentire un ospite cosí vuol dire aver centrato in pieno l’obbiettivo. Io ero in vacanza con mio marito e ho delle intolleranze alimentari, in particolare al lattosio, Giorgios e lo chef Dimitris hanno puntualmente soddisfatto la mie necessita’… questo fa davvero la differenza perché vuol dire avere un’attenzione enorme per il cliente. Grazie anche ai ragazzi dei bar e al personale di sala, sempre disponibili e attenti. L’housekeeping fantastica, la nostra stanza era rifatta ogni giorno con cura, assolutamente nulla da dire sulla pulizia, ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati. I facchini che ci hanno aiutato all’arrivo e alla partenza con i nostri bagagli, sono stati tanto tanto gentili e anche loro sempre con il sorriso e grande disponibilità. Lavoro nell’Hotellerie da tanti anni e certe cose per me fanno la differenza… e all’Arina Beach Resort vi assicuro che sanno fare la differenza! Il più bel soggiorno! Il mio partner e io siamo stati qui per 4 notti per un pasto e era meraviglioso. Alla nostra arrivo, il personale ci aveva aggiornato in una stanza giardino che era enorme con un grande balcone, vista sul mare laterale e un letto incredibilmente comodo. Ci aspettava una bottiglia di Prosecco e una piastra fredda nella stanza. La doccia è molto potente e il bagno è enorme! L'intero hotel è stupenda e immacolatamente pulita. Il personale lavora così duro per curare l'hotel e i luoghi e si mostra davvero. I ristoranti sono favolosi.Sono vegetariano e quando ho chiesto di rivedere il mio soggiorno dopo qualche giorno, ho commentato che l'unica cosa che potrei cambiare è le opzioni vegetariane. Le due notti successive al pranzo, ci furono trattate come un regalo con piatti speciali o consigliati. Era così speciale e mi sentivo molto fortunato e curato all'hotel. Nonostante la bellezza e la grandezza, l'hotel ha un bel senso di rilassamento. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato era amichevole, gentile e utile. È così bello ambiente a Amirandes. Nessun problema è troppo. Il personale mi ha anche portato del latte quando ho avuto un terribile bruciore di cuore! Solo persone splendide intorno. L'hotel ha una breve strada per una spiaggia privata, sabbiosa con molte sale, asciugamani sono tutti inclusi e posizionati, nessuna coda! Il mare è tranquillo e chiaro, perfetto per nuotare e snorkeling e si può ordinare cibo e bevande al soggiorno se anche a voi piace. È stata una vera esperienza di 5 stelle e ci prenoteremo di nuovo con la nostra nuova arrivo per il primo soggiorno di famiglia senza dubbio! Grazie a tutti i dipendenti per aver fatto il nostro tempo così speciale. Ci sentivamo immediatamente rilassati all'arrivo e furono trattati come royalty assoluto, grazie 😊

Hotel raccomandato a Crete Island.Non preoccuparti di mangiare un pacchetto completo.Le strutture di intrattenimento all'interno dell'hotel sono anche complete. Durante giorni, i bambini non possono andarsene, e la nebbia è nera.Raccomandare il viaggio dei genitori.

We went from 28 May to 4 June. We arrived just before midnight and so were advised to go straight for something to eat and then we were shown to our rooms. Good points - the resort is spotless, I think I saw two items of litter the whole holiday. The food at the buffet was the best of any all inclusive hotel I have been to. Being able to eat at the a la carte restaurants was also a treat. We managed to eat at them all and our favourites were Mademi and Pithos. You can only book one day in advance so top tip is to download the app and at 7.30am bookings for the restaurants open for the following day. This way we got to try all of the restaurants and the food at them all was very impressive and beautifully presented. We weren’t a fan of the main pool which was very busy, Sun loungers were saved early on. But if you explore you will find a pool that suits you. We loved the Pithos Pool, there were always sun loungers available and at times we had the pool to ourselves. Other pools also had loungers available throughout the day. We also weren’t a fan of the beach which is more pebbles than sand and packed with sun loungers but we loved the spot by the sea next to the Medemi restaurant. We always managed to grab a sun lounger and the view of the sea was much prettier here. Great spot for snorkelling. The gyros bar by the main pool is worth a visit for chicken or pork in a pitta wrap with salad and fries. There is also a smoothie/juice bar and ice cream bar next door. The outdoor cinema was also great although we got bitten a lot by mosquitoes so wear protection. The tv in the room had Netflix and YouTube which was great for the day of bad weather we had during our stay. We did struggle to find shelter during a thunderstorm because the bar area was busy but in the original reception area opposite the Estia restaurant we discovered another indoor bar area with lots of seating. The entertainment is less visible than other resorts but I suspect it is just because the resort is so big. They are based by the pool near the water slides. We watched the circus show one evening and the Disney show, both were very good. The staff are all very friendly and clearly take pride in the resort. On one evening my daughter left her bag in a restaurant and as soon as we realised we went to reception and were very impressed that it had already been handed in. We also left a tv fire stick in our room. My husband emailed the hotel to ask for it to just be removed and destroyed. The hotel replied within a few hours to say they had retrieved the device and had posted it back to us. Assuming it arrives back we are very impressed by this level of service. Few ******s if we are being picky… We booked sea view rooms but were on the side of the hotel so had to stand at the edge of the balcony and turn our heads to see a little bit of sea, which was a little disappointing. We were only ever offered one drink with the buffet meals and even with the a la carte book

I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro

Nous avons pris le forfait demi-pension, c'était le même menu pour 5 nuits. Seulement quelques plats et les plats ne sont pas à notre goût. Le menu pour les autres clients sont meilleurs. On était très déçu. On n'a pas mangé pour la 5e journée car les menus sont les mêmes Seulement quelques choix. Je ne recommande pas demi-pension pour cet hôtel.

Ho usato questo hotel in molte occasioni per 11 anni. La posizione è molto centrale, il personale è sempre cortese e utile. Camere molto comode e un buon colazione buffet al mattino. Raccomandato.

We arrived by overnight ferry from Athens (Minoan Lines) and the hotel was so close to the port that we decided to walk there as we were backpacking. It took us 10-15 minutes. We entered the hotel at 8AM and were stunned to learn that all three of our rooms were ready for us (6 adults total). I'm sure it was because we were there in the off-season, but it was still a pleasant surprise. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. My sister had done a lot of research on restaurants, so we ate most of our breakfasts at one called Crop a few blocks away which was terrific. Net, we didn't pay for/eat the breakfast that the hotel provided up on the top floor. I ran up one morning to check and it looked fine (bread, processed meats, cheeses, a few other things) but nothing that would make you say you had to eat breakfast there. The view was incredible, however. Our rooms did not have ocean views - we faced the street. There were other hotels and apartment buildings nearby and it seemed like a quiet part of town, but again we were there in the off-season. We checked out on our last day around 11AM and they let us store our bags in a locked closet until around 7PM when we caught the overnight ferry back to Athens - very helpful. The staff was lovely, the rooms clean, the location (for our purposes) was terrific so I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

L'hotel non è nella vecchia città di Lijiang, ma la posizione è buona, camminare cinque minuti dalla stazione e parcheggiare intorno.La stanza è pulita, spaziosa, tranquilla e le strutture sono nuove.Ci piace molto il tempo di soggiorno.Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto buono, per aiutarci a tirare fuori un taxi. Molti affitti locali non sono orologi in Iraq, quindi chiedo aiuto all'hotel, è molto conveniente.Si consiglia di soggiornare.

Grande hotel, le camere erano senza spazi, il personale di pulizia era attento e amichevole, il personale del front desk era felice e estremamente utile quando mi servivano qualche medico il domenica, cercavano una farmacia aperta e poi chiamavano a fare attenzione. Grande posto.E il colazione è molto completo!

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Galaxy hotel. Everything about the hotel is faultless: the location, the size and quality of the room, hygiene, food and drink and, above all, the impeccable staff. There really can’t be anywhere better to stay in Heraklion! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our visit so memorable.

Perché il giorno dopo andare al lavoro ha scelto qui, l'hotel è nel centro comparativo della vecchia città, molto vicino alla piazza e alla chiesa di Venezia. L'ambiente circostante è buono. È il supermercato del ristorante e il parcheggio centrale, parcheggio 7 euro ogni notte, un fratello di 24-settimana di autobus; Da l'aeroporto di Lichuan in Iraq, circa 15 minuti, un taxi costa 15 euro per un prezzo; questa stanza con un buono stile è grande secondo gli standard europei, ma la decorazione è piuttosto stupefacente, non come la prassi con un buono stile, né il bagno generale; I bagni sono anche molto casuali, senza trappole, e l'erba non è molto buona; è anche buona con latte da bruciare.

The hotel is strategically located within walls of old city between the beach of Ammoudara and the main attractions, not so far from them. Hotel is re-innovated 7 floor building. Rooms are not large, but but enough for the convenient accommodation. The room has the safe, TV, several chairs, table and the wardrobe, electric kettle, air conditioner. There is quite large balcony with two beach chairs and the small table and also drying hanger for the clothes. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of dust in the air from street, so everything gets dusty very quickly. The room has electric sockets next to the beds and two other sockets, one of them with USB port. The personnel speaks English and very friendly and helpful. The avenue Kalokerinou named after the discoverer of the Knossos Palace is quite busy road so it is nicer to live on higher floors. There is a restaurant serving good continental breakfast. There is omelette, ham, cheese, Greek yogurt, flakes, fruits, on the menu. Just 70 meters from the hotel there is Bazaar and in 200 m is Chalkiadakis supermarket, Lidl in 800 m outside of the city walls. All closed on Sundays. The avenue Kalokerinou has several street food places, and if you walk 400 m to Morosini Lions Fountain you can find even more restaurants there. Heraklion has a problem with great beaches, but in 500 m from the hotel there is a Dermatos Bay, where is a wild beach where one can deep into the sea. The proper beach is in Ammoudara in 2.2 km from the hotel. There is another beach in 1 km in front of Talos Plaza shopping mall, but it is rocky and no sunbeds or lifeguard. Another place to swim is the port mole starting from the Kules fortress in 1.2 km. The mole protects from high waves when it is windy and other places are not suitable for swimming.
