This hotel is 16minutes from North Beach which was amazing ! The interior of the hotel will make you feel like you are on vacation in a resort. I would recommend for any type of stay either alone , a couple or a family it was magical

Hotel è non fumante. Deve firmare un modulo che dichiara che non fumeremo in camera. Grande come siamo non fumatori. Camera però puzza di fumo!!!! Un po ', circa 4/10. Possiamo aprire le finestre e aprirle. Possiamo rimanere, ma irritato i miei occhi. L'odore del fumo è stato peggiore, non si aspettava troppo per il prezzo rispetto ad altri alloggi locali. La stanza era ben pulita e spaziosa ma uscita datata e in bisogno di alcune riparazioni. Il manico di faucet era rotto sul secchio, la schermata finestra sulla finestra che funzionava bene era mancante. Una schermata con schermo doveva essere accoltellato per rimanere aperta. La piscina sembrava bella. La stanza era pulita, il personale del desk era amichevole, una buona posizione.

La pulizia è molto generale.Il personale della reception è relativamente freddo.Ci sono ristoranti che sono più conveniente per mangiare, ma in generale le strutture sono molto scarse.L'aria in palestra è molto pesante e deve essere rimossa con un ventilatore.La nostra sala da sauna è tutto cattiva nei giorni.

Great stay, friendly staff! I will stay here again if in the area.

Buona esperienza

Proprio vicino a Killington, servizio amichevole, e una piscina all'aperto riscaldata, un posto meraviglioso.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Location was great. Pool are outdoor area were exceptional. The guest rooms are in need of being updated. The staff could have been friendlier. We were charged $25 for checking in an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready so there was zero time/effort for us to check in a little early. Definitely a bad policy.
