Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

Questo è stato facilmente uno dei migliori soggiorni durante il mio viaggio a nord di Xinjiang. L'ospite e il personale erano incredibilmente caldi e facevano sentire il posto come casa. Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of Tashkurgan. We highly recommend Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel to anyone visiting the region. Non posso andare male rimanere qui in Urumqi. Un super posto freddo con una grande area comune dando fuori una vibrazione domestica. Il personale è carino ho avuto qualche buon chat con loro. Molto pulito ostello. Localizzazione è in un quartiere residenziale con molti ristoranti a cinque minuti a piedi, come pure un centro commerciale e un supermercato. Nota che non ci sono igiene occidentali e cortina sui letti da letto che sono l'unico posto a cui sono aperti.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

選擇絲路有約民宿讓此次喀什之行無比圓滿開心，從下飛機那時開始到結束旅程整個行程完全可以無腦跟着走就行.我是家庭出行訂2個房間，訂房時不知道民宿是散佈在東西城各個建築裏的獨立院落，就訂了2個不同院子的房間，出發前管家瞭解我們是家庭後協調把兩個房間調到一個院子裏，4個人獨享一個安靜的院子，沒有嘈雜喧鬧，佈置雅緻舒服，白天在院子裏喝茶曬太陽，晚上閑聊聽音樂，長者孩子都很開心。 下飛機後有專人舉牌接機，不用打電話到處找車。到古城後管家小艾帶着直接到達入住的院子，全程自己不用動手提行李，也沒有繁瑣的入住程序，落座後小艾馬上送上來各種水果和小食、當地熱茶；房間乾淨衞生床品舒適，路途的疲憊一掃而空。 第二天管家小艾在約好時間來帶着我們去吃早餐，早餐後小艾帶着我們逛西城，帶着我們打卡當地人才知道的小眾拍照點，並全程負責拍照，讓我這個特不愛拍照的路人出了很多好片，超愛了。晚上我們去看演出，小艾幫着買門票，票價比其他官方渠道便宜100多一張，演出結束後小艾又帶着我們逛東城看夜景。 在喀什古城兩天行程裏，必須好好表揚管家小艾，服務細緻入微，有任何問題都第一時間解決，待人真誠有耐心，沒有應付和套路，是真正的在認真做事。 入住當晚我就推薦給了身邊的親戚朋友了，到喀什，選絲路有約.西域美學宿集，不用懷疑，直接訂就是了，推薦推薦還是推薦！
