One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of Tashkurgan. We highly recommend Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel to anyone visiting the region. If we return to Tashkurgan in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire hotel team for giving us such an unforgettable experience.

Tutto in questo posto è stimolante e accattivante, in un modo o nell'altro. Arredato con gusto, offre uno spazio comune pulito con una bella libreria, un angolo lettura, un tavolo da pranzo e un morbido divano in pelliccia sintetica. Se c'è una cosa che traspare dall'arredamento di questa locanda, è che qui l'arte è vissuta con entusiasmo, un vantaggio per gli ospiti amanti dell'arte. Per finire, gli amanti dei gatti apprezzeranno particolarmente questo posto grazie al suo tema felino e alla mascotte, il gatto Hanhan. Per il suo prezzo, è un luogo meraviglioso dove soggiornare a Urumqi.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).
