Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Absolutely fantastic. Staff went out of their way to help us. All were so friendly, and at the end of WeChat if we wanted help. We are vegetarian, and they cooked us separate food in the evening. The family tent was just perfect. The beds were so comfortable, two different types of pillow and a lovely duvet. Bathroom was very clean. View was stunning. We were in A123. When we left they gave us a present of local tea.

Service: For check in on trip, it says to call a day in advance. I tried this, but the person who answered couldn't speak English. It was not a problem, because I then messaged on the online chat. That was perfectly fine and they responded very quickly. I'd say if you don't speak Chinese, just message online. The front desk staff were super helpful when I was there, and quick to use a translator so we could communicate well. Amenities: I did some washing, laundry detergent cost ¥10 I think, and again the staff were very helpful, finding as many hangers as I needed to dry my clothes. Location: The environment was so peaceful, the lobby was a nice air-conditioned place to hang out. The outside grass area was so lovely, with little lavender and rose plants and chairs to sit outside. There is also a bar across the courtyard, and a coffee shop. The area is a bit far out of the city, but it is right near the metro, lots of local shops, and a mall with some big chain stores. Things to consider: I stayed in the single room attached to the women's dorm. It was so handy to have my own space for a very reasonable price. However, the single room itself does not have its own air-conditioning. The women's dorm does, so to cool the room down, I would just keep the door between open for a bit. Still, it was never as cold as the dorm room because it went up to 40°c outside when I was there, and I preferred to keep the door locked when I went out to keep my belongings safe. The single room does have a fan and a window, so you can get some airflow through there. Overall, it was fine, just be aware if you are travelling during the summer. (Also one suggestion I would have is to put a mirror in the room, so you can get ready in there). The only other issue was no soap for washing hands in the dorm bathroom, although there was shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Cat: The cat was so cute! 🐈

Questo è un hotel che ho vissuto il più alto prezzo ma il peggiore della stanza. 1000 yuan per una notte è un piccolo edificio di soffitto, la stanza è piccola, le finestre sono alte e non possono essere vista fuori. Il soffitto può essere un'aria perfetta, rispetto al prezzo di una casa che alcuni hotel sono turbati nel villaggio Il rapporto tra i prezzi e i prezzi dei residenziali di Liu Mu Village è molto basso. Il trasporto è anche conveniente, l'hotel ha il proprio autocarro di bacio, ci sono autobus nel villaggio, quasi senza aspettare, basta fare la gente per andare in auto (può avere molto a che fare con noi, basta riempire la macchina). Se il cibo è di 70 yuan per persona, consegnare gratuitamente un buono per la seconda colazione (valore 38 yuan), e il cibo è anche un prezzo consapevole rispetto al prezzo della casa.

選擇絲路有約民宿讓此次喀什之行無比圓滿開心，從下飛機那時開始到結束旅程整個行程完全可以無腦跟着走就行.我是家庭出行訂2個房間，訂房時不知道民宿是散佈在東西城各個建築裏的獨立院落，就訂了2個不同院子的房間，出發前管家瞭解我們是家庭後協調把兩個房間調到一個院子裏，4個人獨享一個安靜的院子，沒有嘈雜喧鬧，佈置雅緻舒服，白天在院子裏喝茶曬太陽，晚上閑聊聽音樂，長者孩子都很開心。 下飛機後有專人舉牌接機，不用打電話到處找車。到古城後管家小艾帶着直接到達入住的院子，全程自己不用動手提行李，也沒有繁瑣的入住程序，落座後小艾馬上送上來各種水果和小食、當地熱茶；房間乾淨衞生床品舒適，路途的疲憊一掃而空。 第二天管家小艾在約好時間來帶着我們去吃早餐，早餐後小艾帶着我們逛西城，帶着我們打卡當地人才知道的小眾拍照點，並全程負責拍照，讓我這個特不愛拍照的路人出了很多好片，超愛了。晚上我們去看演出，小艾幫着買門票，票價比其他官方渠道便宜100多一張，演出結束後小艾又帶着我們逛東城看夜景。 在喀什古城兩天行程裏，必須好好表揚管家小艾，服務細緻入微，有任何問題都第一時間解決，待人真誠有耐心，沒有應付和套路，是真正的在認真做事。 入住當晚我就推薦給了身邊的親戚朋友了，到喀什，選絲路有約.西域美學宿集，不用懷疑，直接訂就是了，推薦推薦還是推薦！
