Room little bit too small but cozy, shower very powerful and hot. The hotel is 20 minutes by walk from CBD, so the location is good, there is transportation around the hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful Saturday night there was music coming probably from the bar on the 6th floor till late

Location : Very near the airport, and yet not noisy at all. Cleanliness : Housekeeping team is not very careful, left previous guest food on the table. Did not vacuum the floor properly. After i have reported the incident, the housekeeping department send a bottle of wine to apologise. Good gesture. Service : Front desk staff & manager is very efficient & helpful. Facilities : Can't commend as did not use at all.

Anything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!

Everything was very nice, the apartment was cleaned, nice location….But they put us in the apartment where they have construction right behind the apartment. We were travel long way from Melbourne to Canberra, we hope that we can rest well after long day drive and get up late in the morning a bit before another long way to go. 7am next day when we all still sleeping, the construction started and very noisy, we couldn’t sleep anymore and have to check out early because the noise of it. We went down and let the reception staff know about it, they said sorry and will let manager know about the situation and will get back to me, that’s all. After 1 week no one at the hotel contact back or say anything about that bad service. If they know that the construction behind will start early and it can affect to the customers, at least they should let’s the customers know about that and choose we will stay or go to somewhere else, not just give us the room and say nothing about that.

As the hotel is branded and priced as Park Hyatt instead of Hyatt Hotel, more is expected especially the concierge service. The design of room is a little bit strange and waste of space as it comes with a very long corridor but with only a desk there.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per 3 giorni, quindi probabilmente non possiamo parlare di tutto ciò che questo posto deve offrire, ma qui è il nostro contributo, comunque, sulla base della nostra esperienza! Pros: - Dormire con le lastre e una tavola - Letti confortevoli -TV e terrazza sul tetto - Lockers pagati per un livello di sicurezza aggiuntivo -Tutte le cucine dotate di frigo condiviso - Vicino alle fermate e alle stazioni di autobus Coni: -La zona di doccia non è la più pulita soprattutto sul lato maschile - Il pavimento di carpette era stranamente tintato nella nostra stanza In generale, un posto decente per soggiornare, niente di troppo, ma ancora bello! È possibile arrivare direttamente dall'aeroporto via autobus in circa 20 minuti.

La posizione in un bel giardino è perfetta e il parcheggio davanti all'hotel è facile e conveniente. Molto tranquillo di notte. La camera (il re superiore) era grande, ben vista e aveva molte finestre. Il letto era molto comodo. Solo negativo era che una regina di dimensioni doona era sul letto del re, che la lasciava un po' sul lato piccolo. Le letti e le mutande erano tutte di buona qualità. Il personale era amichevole, anche se quando abbiamo chiesto che il doona fosse sostituito con un doona più grande, ci fu detto quando tornavamo all'hotel dopo che era stato fatto. Non era stato. Il principale punto di svantaggio di questo hotel ben conservato e attraente è che non ci sono strutture per la mangiare o il bar, anche se forniscono collegamenti a caffè e altri ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Mi piace molto questo hotel.Abbiamo prenotato una suite, possiamo cucinare.Maxi è un po'lungo, altre strutture saranno OK.L'hotel non è lontano dal CBD e dal centro, è conveniente per il viaggio.Ringrazio in particolare i trattini dell'hotel, sotto il tovagliolo, è il miglior trattini che io abbia fatto per il viaggio, nessuno

L'appartamento era ben progettato per un breve soggiorno in una posizione conveniente. Il personale del desk front era amichevole ed efficiente. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto è la pulizia generale. Quando arrivammo, trovammo un sacco di capelli sul pavimento del bagno e le finestre dietro la tenda erano spesso coperte di polvere; non si era fatto polvere e vuoto prima e durante il nostro soggiorno. Questi problemi hanno, purtroppo, lasciato un'impressione negativa sul nostro soggiorno.
