The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities I have mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. While there were some high points, the handling of basic facilities and staff communication led me to give a 3-star rating. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast. it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s ”broken” machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an ”out of order” sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Overall: A decent place to sleep with a good breakfast, but the management needs to work on honest communication and facility maintenance.

Questa visita, volevo scappare dal rumore della città e trovare un posto tranquillo in qualche luogo vicino alla natura ma ancora confortevole. E questo è il modo in cui sono finito a AutoCamp Zion, solo circa un 20-minute di guida dal Parco Nazionale Zion in Utah. Vi dico che questo non è il vostro campeggio medio.È il più glamour campeggio glamoroso al suo meglio! ✨ Tutto è bellissimo progettato e incredibilmente cospicuo, dal letto più grande e bagno privato al soft lighting e elegante decoro che ti fanno sentire come sei in un resort boutique circondato da roccia rossa. Sono rimasto in una delle loro sigla Airstream Suites, i rimorchi di alluminio brillanti che sono diventati la marca di AutoCamp. Quando mi sono salito all’interno, ero sinceramente impressionato è minimalista, moderno e caldo allo stesso tempo. La grande finestra si apre ad una vista stupenda delle montagne rosse di Utah una vista che immediatamente ti fa rallentare e respirare. Il risalto?Tempo notturno.🌌 Ogni suite viene con la sua propria piazza di fuoco.Io e il mio amico siamo seduti fuori a fare marshmallows, a fare vino, e guardare le stelle riempire lentamente il cielo. Era tranquilla, magica e così tranquilla la notte che volete potreste durar per sempre. La mattina, andammo al caffè del lupo, dove offrono caffè, granola e yogurt semplice ma perfetto.L’intero spazio si sente come una piccola comunità di viaggiatori che amano la natura e il buon design. Se hai sognato di riconnettersi con la natura senza sacrificare il comfort, AutoCamp Zion è il luogo perfetto. 🌿 È tranquillo, bellissimo e pensato per farvi sentire fondato, ispirato e completamente agevole.

L'aereo è in ritardo, e Xiaojiang può soggiornare intorno all'aeroporto.L'aeroporto ha preso un taxi per dieci minuti all'hotel, e il maestro nero non ha preso 30 coltelli. L'hotel intorno alle 10 dicono che non posso uscire rapidamente dal lavoro. Così, nella stazione di benzina sudamericana, il pollo di Battlefield è buono per il pollo di Battlefield.Il bus è stato spedito all'aeroporto il mattino dopo, ma ricorda di dargli un piccolo pegno al conducente.

Questo era un bell'hotel pulito con un parcheggio in garage di facile accesso e molto facile da individuare?

Mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente di quanto tutto fosse bello all'hotel. Check-in era veloce e amichevole. Mi è stato dato un delizioso chip di cioccolato e biscotti di noccioline dopo l'ispezione. La mia camera era tranquilla, pulita, grande, con un letto molto comodo, e una sedia facile. La loro navetta aeroportuale era disponibile anche alle 4:00, quando ne avevo bisogno. Rimango sicuramente quando devo stare di notte vicino all'aeroporto.

Am Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.

Questo hotel è terribile! Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che le tende non potevano essere tirate e la stanza era molto buia. Questa è la condizione di base. Inoltre, il prezzo della camera era molto caro e inaccettabile. Ho chiesto alla reception di cambiare camera e mi è stato detto che non c'erano più camere. In questo momento ho visto che gli ospiti facevano il check-in uno dopo l'altro. In questo caso, la pratica abituale è cambiare camera o effettuare l'upgrade. Il coordinamento tramite Ctrip due volte non ha funzionato. Il servizio di Ctrip è buono, quindi mi sento sollevato dal fatto che mi abbiano dato un certo compenso.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.
