Hotel con colazione a Liyang

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni nel nuovo anno cinese con i nipoti e la figlia/figlio in legge. I nipoti hanno descritto la nostra villa a 2 camere da letto come “stupendo” e dobbiamo concordare. Il pasto era eccellente, con una grande varietà di opzioni, e il personale era cortese, utile, amichevole e tempestivo.La nostra nipote di sei mesi aveva molti ammiratori tra il personale! Le fonti calde erano molto piacevoli con una vasta gamma di piscine. I bagni caldi nelle nostre camere sono anche molto terapeutici Naturalmente i fuochi d'artificio non fermati erano incredibili alla vigilia del nuovo anno Una vista incredibile dalla stanza in basso, e la prima volta abbiamo visto gli alberi di bambù in alto. Raccomanderemmo sicuramente questo strumento.

Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Vogliamo sottolineare il lavoro dell'assistente inglese Angelia che ci ha sostenuti per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Poiché non parliamo cinese, il suo aiuto è stato assolutamente invalutabile, dall'iscrizione al trattamento di qualsiasi richiesta. Era sempre disponibile, aiutando con la traduzione, raccomandando ristoranti, e anche aiutando con questioni minori quotidiane. Grazie a lei, la nostra vacanza era completamente senza stress e incredibilmente comoda. L'hotel stesso era anche meraviglioso, con camere accoglienti e una grande posizione, ma è stato l'attenzione e il professionalismo dell'assistente che hanno davvero reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Non troppo cibo occidentale al colazione, soprattutto cibo locale.

Sono andato a Liyang il fine settimana scorsa. E sono rimasto all'hotel con la mia famiglia. Ho fatto una prenotazione per includere Package. L'hotel era troppo conveniente per andare a Nanshanhai. Era troppo vicino a andare. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, ho ricevuto un caldo benvenuto. Stavo per andare a Nanshanhai. Ma quando siamo tornati all'hotel, pioveva fuori, così ho deciso di andare alla primavera calda. Era davvero bello. Perche' pensavo fosse piccolo, ma era davvero bello avere un grande posto e strutture. Non ricordo la persona responsabile del nome, ma apprezzo davvero la loro gentilezza e poi c'era un tizio che era davvero passionato per fare foto. La loro qualità di foto era davvero buona.

This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life. The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station. If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Un letto e lettini molto confortevoli, una doccia piacevole, un buon wifi, una posizione ideale e servizio clienti di alta qualità. Posizione - 10 minuti di taxi dalla stazione ferroviaria Liyang 15rmb, l'autobus 1 va alla stazione degli autocarri, e molti ristoranti a piedi. Servizio clienti - dal momento in cui sono entrato, ho ricevuto un servizio clienti amichevole, utile e sincero. Mi è stato dato aiuto quando ho chiesto di autobus a Yushui caldo primavera. Il colazione è stato molto delizioso (uova, salate, noodles, bacon, yogurt, torte, baozi, granturco, patate dolci, riso, zuppa, e altro ancora).

Abbiamo viaggiato in auto da Shanghai a Liyang con la nostra famiglia e abbiamo scelto di soggiornare al Liyang Nanshan Heyuan Kaiyuan Mingdu Resort. I motivi principali della nostra scelta erano la posizione: a soli 15 chilometri dalla città di Yixing Yaohu e a 20 chilometri dal lago Liyang Tianmu e da Pingqiao Shiba. Anche il Mare di Bambù di Nanshan è facilmente raggiungibile, a soli 2 chilometri di distanza, il che lo rende ideale per visitare la zona. Il parco dell'hotel è vastissimo; abbiamo girato in macchina e non siamo riusciti a vederlo tutto, il che dà un'idea delle sue dimensioni. La zona è ricca di vegetazione, con vaste piantagioni di tè e paesaggi incantevoli. Sono disponibili numerose attività, tra cui equitazione, go-kart, uno zoo con animali da accarezzare e la pesca, il che lo rende adatto alle famiglie con bambini. L'hotel dispone anche di un'area con ville affacciate sul lago. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'edificio principale, con un balcone che si affacciava sul Mare di Bambù di Nanshan. Le montagne si estendevano a perdita d'occhio, l'aria era fresca e si respirava un'atmosfera rustica da hotel di campagna. Dato che era bassa stagione, abbiamo fatto il check-in di domenica e siamo rimasti per tre giorni. Lunedì mattina era previsto un buffet, mentre martedì e mercoledì mattina il menù era a buffet parziale, il che è stato un po' inaspettato. Dato che attualmente siamo in bassa stagione e non in un fine settimana, il tasso di occupazione dell'hotel è basso, con conseguenti opzioni limitate per la cena. L'unica alternativa è cenare nella via dei ristoranti Nanshan Bamboo Sea. Nel complesso, il servizio dell'hotel è buono e il personale è premuroso. Spero sinceramente che l'hotel intensifichi le sue attività promozionali e migliori ulteriormente l'offerta gastronomica nei giorni feriali per attrarre più turisti, poiché la posizione e l'ambiente dell'hotel lo rendono una scelta valida per molti.

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel Quchan Inner è stato una splendida esperienza, tutto è stato di lusso, il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, la stanza è stata fantastica, le primavera calde sono super rilassanti. L'ambiente era bellissimo, ci siamo divertiti tanto, e sicuramente lo consigliere! Grazie speciali al direttore generale Michael, ha sempre assicurato di avere tutto quello che ci serve, e ha raccomandato di visitare il magnifico tempio di illuminazione di Fo Guang Shan!
