Turchia: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Provincia di Istanbul

Soggiorno di due giorni molto piacevole presso lo Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy. La colazione è stata eccellente: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschi, oltre alla possibilità di avere frittate e omelette cucinate al momento su richiesta, un dettaglio davvero gradito. Bellissima la piscina esterna, ideale per rilassarsi, e ho molto apprezzato il fatto che sauna e bagno turco fossero inclusi nel prezzo. La camera era ampia,pulita e luminosa, con una splendida vista mare, anche se i kit di benvenuto erano pochi. Piccolo difetto la scarsa insonorizzazione: durante un matrimonio in piscina la musica si sentiva chiaramente. La zona del porto vicina all'hotel offre tanti locali e un bel lungomare per passeggiare.

Di solito non commento, ma i miei commenti vengono dal profondo del mio cuore. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'hotel. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato ha un soggiorno separato, molto ampio. Io e il mio amico ne siamo molto soddisfatti. Anche il ristorante cinese al primo piano serve un'ottima cucina dell'Hunan. Consiglio ai cinesi che vengono in viaggio di soggiornare in questo hotel per evitare di essere truffati.

L'hotel è uno dei miei preferiti a Istanbul, perché amo la posizione e le grandi strutture che l'hotel dispone. Il signore della reception Eray fa un ottimo lavoro e apprezzo davvero che stia cercando di fornire una aggiornamento della stanza quando disponibile. Aggiungo che il personale di pulizia è così bello e fa un ottimo lavoro.Come sempre consiglio fortemente questo hotel per il vostro viaggio a Istanbul.

L'Hilton è l'hotel più economico di Türkiye. Perché la posizione è troppo remota rispetto alla zona. È adatto per sdraiarsi o noleggiare un'auto per il tempo libero, ci sono pochi cinesi in questa zona. Siamo stati per una settimana e ho visto un cinese. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Il pranzo e la cena al ristorante possono essere economici e buonissimi, la colazione... vi consiglio di sceglierla anche voi, perché non ci sono molti negozi aperti intorno all'hotel la mattina. C'è un grande centro commerciale intorno all'hotel, centro commerciale del parco. Carrefour può richiedere una scheda telefonica per prelevare denaro e il fast food KFC McDonald's si trova a 3 chilometri dall'hotel. Non è molto lontano a piedi, 40 in taxi. La palestra dell'hotel è buona e la piscina è ancora meglio, ad aprile fa un po' freddo e la temperatura dell'acqua è molto calda e confortevole.

La camera base è più piccola, le scorte e l'acqua sono buone e anche le strutture pubbliche come la piscina all'aperto sono anguste e limitate. Mi è stata data una vista laterale dello stretto al 7° piano. Era una vista molto laterale, ma la vista era abbastanza buona. La posizione è un po' scomoda. Non è molto lontano dal New Palace, dal New Galataport e da Taksim in linea retta. Tuttavia, l'hotel si trova nel mezzo di una pendenza. Non è conveniente salire o scendere essere detratto. Il servizio è generalmente buono, educato, premuroso e cortese, ne sono soddisfatto. La colazione è in stile europeo + stile locale e la scelta per gli stomaci cinesi è molto limitata. Dopo due o tre giorni ti stancherai un po'. Non ci sono molte varietà di frutta fresca, ma la qualità della frutta secca va bene. Inoltre il segnale della rete TV è scarso. Non so se questo è il caso solo nella nostra stanza o se è un fenomeno comune. Comunque puoi ancora controllare diverse stazioni televisive europee, americane e locali. C'è un grave ritardo nei quattro set centrali insisti a guardarlo per un po', si bloccherà. Lo scopo della segnalazione per la riparazione era di riavviarlo. L'ufficio tecnico sembrava essere ben consapevole del problema ma non era in grado di fare nulla, quindi alla fine hanno dovuto arrendersi.

The welcome of the staff was warm and courteous, the service is excellent The room is clean and the amenities are superb. I got everything I asked for straightway, the checkin was quick and my luggage were brought quickly in the room while I was enjoying a welcome drinks with my family.. If I could give 10 star I would. I definitely recommend this hotel, my children absolutely loved it. Shop and restaurant are a minute walking distance.and you can do grocery shopping if you want and even order food from outside to your room. The breakfast is delicious. Again the staff are very friendly and helpful..

We truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific: We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile . In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient . As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible . Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) . One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work . L'hotel è un po' datato, ma è ancora ben mantenuto e pulito. Il personale ha fornito un servizio eccellente e sono sempre stati gentili e utili. La posizione è conveniente, con diverse attrazioni turistiche a piedi. In generale, è un luogo confortevole per soggiornare se si desidera un facile accesso alle emozioni della città.

L'esperienza è stata terribile. La reception era difficile da contattare. Anche Ctrip è rimasta senza parole. Ho pagato una camera d'albergo per una notte, ma poiché Ctrip non aveva ancora trasferito il pagamento, ho fatto il check-in in ritardo. Ho aspettato una comunicazione e poi ho fatto il check-in ore dopo senza un motivo apparente. Al momento del check-out, mi è stato detto che Ctrip non aveva ancora trasferito il pagamento e che avrebbe detratto la caparra! Sono rimasta senza parole e molto insoddisfatta!
