The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

Un po'di hotel classico con stile turco caratteristico, una piscina buona, due all'interno e all'esterno, Mi piace molto, sto nuotando con i bambini, non c'è molto tipo di colazione, la qualità dei cibi è buona.Il cameriere è in generale molto entusiasta, in generale soddisfacente, anche il parcheggio, cioè guardare la navigazione quando si apre e andare all'hotel per strada.

Il cibo è super buono, la prima classe di colazione e cena. Se non è il fine settimana, la cena fornisce anche starter, il corso principale e tre pranzi del dessert. Mangiare al ristorante di terrazzo. L'acqua dolce della piscina dovrebbe essere naturale, con sapore di zucchero

Location of hotel and sea veiw was excellent Clean hotel well maintained Food at Resturant was perfect good varieties of breskfast. I highly recommend this hotel . All staff team are super.

Puoi andare a piedi e fare una passeggiata tranquilla, dal fronte dell'hotel (Stazione dell'Università di Uludağ) al centro della città (Stazione della zona di Ulucami Hanlar) senza entrare in traffico con la metropolitana/parcheggio.
