È un ottimo hotel, con grandi strutture, buon comportamento del personale e un buon soggiorno. Un ottimo hotel da consigliare e ha un ottimo cibo.

Una esperienza senza guai. Rimanere incredibilmente lussuoso a un prezzo grande per un viaggiatore d'affari. Ottima competenza inglese da tutti. Servizio in camera era pronto, anche se non ordinavo fino a mezzanotte. Nawab, il *** che ha aiutato con le auto, era un aiuto fenomenale; mi ha chiamato e mi ha assicurato che il viaggio andasse bene, e mi ha portato e la macchina mi ha caricato e mi ha portato.

La colazione è deliziosa, il hall è pulito, l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è buono, è un po'difficile trovare la posizione. Nella scatola, c'è ancora niente di paesaggio da vedere. L'esterno e'un edificio di governo abbandonato.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

Hotels play a crucial role whenever I'm out for a trip. Firangipani Suites is by far one of the best stays that I've been to. Starting from the location to the rooms & services - everything is top notch. The food served to the guests is also super delicious. An extra shoutout to the behaviour and cooperation of the staffs. Looking forward to my next stay at this property.

Apart from wifi being disconnected time to time , everything was great.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.
